This place has the worst clerks! There was a bad smell in the store I could detect even though I wore a mask. The girl that helped me had her bare belly hanging out and she did not know what she was doing I came home with my new phone and it took me several hours to set up the phone. She sold me the most expensive phone because she said that was the only one she had! I will never go there again and I been a customer with this business for at least ten years.

The young ladies working there have excellent customer service skills and are always helpful.

I came into this Metro location because my friend recommended it based on my experience I will do the same. Juan greeted me with a friendly smile and an obvious commitment to excellent customer service. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure I Understood my options for service, phone, and accessories and on top of that, was able to answer all of my questions. The best Metro Ive ever been to! Jemima and Adilene have great customer service, they helped me pick the right upgrade and walked me through everything in transferring phones! I really appreciated their attention to detail and ability to multitask, Ill definitely be a returning customer!

Juan was awesome. Helped several people all at the same time. We told him what we wanted and didnt have to think twice about taking his advise. Purchased 2 phones for me and my daughters birthdays. Love being a long time Metro customer a little more now thanks to this store.. And its close to my home, so they will be seeing me again. Lol

Very good place to go today my phone keyboard was not working and I want to the one in 3651 traxel rd in Sacramento and I told him I bought the phone from here and my keyboard was not working he said go buy a new phone or I have to do the factory reset and he was talking very mean way to the customer s and wish wasnt right he said he cant back up my phone to and I said fine keep your business then I called the one in 5480 Dewey Dr in fair oaks he said dont worry come one in I fixed it for u want there and he fixed for me and he was going to closed closes at 8:00 so I rushed to this location and the boy and the girl fixed with our doing factory reset I love this place from now on I am going to go to this place I love you guys so much and thanks to Stephen and Cecilia and Emily and Mario for helping with me for every thing u guys are so nice best. Place to go for your phone they are very good and they love helping customer thank u all u guys for helping me

I used to really like this place. Stephen provided excellent customer service during my first visit! I bought a few accessories for my new phone and ended up having an issue with the screen protector glass. I went back and he said hed replace it as soon as the new shipment came in the following week. Well needless to say its been 6 months and I still have no screen protector on my phone. I call about twice a month and get the run around. More recently I called to see how much the charge was to swap a phone out on my account, was told $10. I get there and they charge me $30. Wont be going back unless they decide to honor the screen protector that I already purchased and they never gave me.

Ok, so I paid my bill at a totally different location, still my phone wasnt turned on. I contacted Metro 888 number and was on the phone waiting, and waiting for a operator. I then thought to call my neighborhood Metro PCS. Stephen answered the phone, courtesy was 100. He couldnt resolve my problem but very kindly waited on the phone as a gentleman that he felt could rectify my issue was finished with another customer. When Juan got on the phone his assistance was 100 too. Well, lets just say the problem was resolved and all is well. Ive been to other locations before, ive been with Metro for 11+ years and the young men were outstanding with their concern, politeness, customer service. Two Thumbs up, as we say in Cali. These guys are HELLA COOL!

This stores customer service ROCKS!!I called this location prior to going up there because it was a hot day and I was going to ride my bike. If they didnt have what I wanted when I arrived I would have been really disappointed.I had a terrible experience the previous day at the metro pcs store inside the sunrise mall so I wanted NO drama.Juan asked about my previous phone, told me about the new Samsung phone and the upgrade fee. I told him I wanted NO parts of a $100 phone, but Im on my way.Upon my arrival Juan and Priscilla were very kind and patient.I was tired, hot and sweaty, so I asked them to give me a moment to regroup. They laughed and said no problem.Juan got me a chair so I could sit down then walked away while Priscilla asked me some questions. When Juan came back in the store, he handed me an ice cold bottle of water. I jumped on him as I was SO grateful.Priscilla was very patient since I could not make up my mind regarding the assessories.Finally when I made up my mind, she put my screen protector on, uploaded my files and contacts and helped me choose a phone bumper.Voila I was back in business with a grown up phone YES for UNDER $100.Juan came over to make sure my transaction was smooth and even did a test call with me when I came back and told him I hear a lot of static/feedback while talking.I have been with Metro PCS for YEARS and have visited many stores including Corporate stores, but I have to say hands UP, this store has to be the best customer service Ive ever received from a MPCS store.I look forward to doing business with Juan and Priscilla again. I even put the store number in my new phone. lolI hope they get some type of recognition from their management, because Juan and Priscilla are AMAZING.P.S.
