Im happy to be able to give 5 stars to Diane Duffy at the HearingLife Hearing Aid Center. Id add that she is competent and thorough in providing regular follow-up care. She continues to provide periodic testing, and making adjustments to my hearing aids based on the results of the tests. I greatly appreciate her friendly and caring attitude.Her office is very clean and comfortable. My experience is that she is able to see me at very close to the time of my appointments. Definitely a 5 star provider. (I have been in her office about 5 times, as I recall.)

My husband got hearing aides from here. So nice and helpful they even checked my ears for free. The lady that assisted us was so nice. She made it all very comfortable for us. Its cool how they do it all. He got hearing aides and loves them. They were extremely professional and caring I would highly recommend me.

I have been a customer of Hearing Life (and its predecessor company) for about 10 years, and have been through several different hearing aids. They are very knowledgeable, both up front and in follow up visits. They have always gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and appreciated. Hearing is very important to me as my goal in retirement is to learn foreign languages, and while my unassisted hearing is not very good, with their help I have been able to find the right hearing aids to help me achieve my goal.As an update to this review, I recently had to have one of my hearing aids repaired. The staff acted immediately to ensure that my hearing aid would be repaired quickly. After repair, I met with the staff to adjust the hearing aids, and then again to change the initial adjustment slightly. As in the past, the service provided was expert and prompt. Hearing aids require regular adjustment and attention, and I would advise anyone contemplating buying hearing aids to ensure that this kind of support will be available, as it is at HearingLife.

HearingLife gives prompt easy to understand service. Would recommend without hesitation.

Diane is an awesome and good listening audiologist....very helpful, ..cleaning, checking my both ears and adjusting my hearing aide and cleaning ear mold .

They were totally great. Got impression of my ears made for in ear monitors. Diana work extra hard to make sure they met the expectations of Ultimate Ears and they were of the highest quality. I was really worried about that going in. If you are having custom molded in ear monitors made this is the place to get the impressions made.

Had a next day app t. Dispenser took my hearing aids, tested and cleaned both aids. She then checked my ears and determined that both ears had serious amounts of wax preventing my full hearing. She advised having cleaning by a medical source.

Time and again Diane Duffy has been totally available to accommodate my questions and concerns and has provided solutions to any and all issues with patience and expertise.

The s death were very polite very helpful explained everything to me very well I was able to understand everything she was saying without being condescending she was just really on top of it I really enjoyed my experience there and I hope to see them soon

After a thorough aural exam, I was given options for upgrading from the old aids I have had. The prices quoted were significantly lass than my previous provider had given me.

Very friendly and knowledgable. They get the job done and go out of there way to make it happen. I was very happy and now not only can i hear you talking. I can tell what the heck you are saying. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very personable,very patient and very professional. Although my test came out to be perfect, I am still having issues hearing things like jingling keys and voices..!! I was told it could be medication. So looking into that now.
