Very friendly staff... Efficient service. Dr. was great, nurse was great. Thumbs up!!!!!!

Unfortunately office staff are badly discriminating against the hearing impaired! Of all people who work in the medical field, who do hearing tests to speak rapidly!!Never will I go to them again!!! They cant make Reasonable Accommodations I never seen that much stupid people in my life.

Such an amazing staff!! My son has Autism and all the way from the front desk to the assistants to the doctors ... we could not ask for a better group of people. Dr. Golfarb has been with my son for years now. My son is a complex patient with him being non-verbal and has chronic ear infections. David is so professional and is absolutely amazing with him. We are so greatful to have this group of professionals helping my son and I.

Very rude staff, these older ladies need be trained to work with customers!!Usually doctor sees you for 5 minute and sends you home with same exactly problem 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Rude Phone Receptionist 💀Friday morning, 8:30AM. Tried to schedule an appointment for earwax extraction following an unsuccessful visit to my GP on Tuesday that left 1) bloody abrasions to my ear canal and 2) fluid stuck behind the wax. Im very worried about developing an infection and due to the abrasions in my ear I was scared of attempting to put OTC wax softener in and trying to irrigate it myself b/c I could make it worse, so I called the office.Unfortunately there werent any openings for appointments, which I was understanding of, but the receptionist was very dismissive and unhelpful when I tried to ask if there was anything I could do 😬 No suggestion to even go to an ER / urgent care or to call another Sac ENT office. She hung up on me when I still had questions as well. In retrospect her tone the entire call was very unfriendly and she spoke to me in a condescending way.I guess its not her job to give alternative advice, but her behaviour did not inspire confidence in the reliability of her workplace. If someone calls fearing they could develop a serious infection if theyre not seen immediately, its incredibly insensitive to just say sorry, I dont know what to say to you, and hang up immediately. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Either way I wont be calling back.

They do not follow up with their patients.

Well after 4 ear aches this year and several visits to the er and to my general practitioner he referred me out to see sac ent for further and or better treatment? Lol that is when the problems began, keep in mind I am fifty with decernable memories of ear aches and treatments including ear drum replacement surgery at 11! The point is that not anyone can decider my ear problem thus ENT DOCTOR. No but they use the old bait and switch with me and scheduale me with a PA NOT MD and to make matters worst they dont disclose that he is a PA til the third visit with him were he could not find anything and in the mean time I was going to erato get the relief I desperately needed! At one point the man I found out later was a PA David someting actually told me fungal infections in the ear cause no pain and he felt I might be overstating it to get him to write a script for pain pills! First I dont think he is qualified to write scripts and second I deal with my pain, it builds character something this company knows nothing about character, understanding, compassion! But they are very good at being belittling, offensive, abrasive and unprofessional! As far as doctor KEARNS is he is unprofessional and has a poor bed side manner I was at my second visit with him and he dismissed me once again like I was faking an ear ache! Yeah sure! Im asking him questions he takes it as a challenge slides back the rolling chair and yells your to aggressive! REALLY your a doctor Im in pain I need help Im thinking, well I just walk out of the room and went home STILL IN PAIN if they werent one the only gigs in town they would have a lot less patients people go to he because they have to, not because they want to! Be Leary of this ENT! I will never give them my time or my money again! I think this man is more concerned with his social status and money not truest helping people with pain and problem solving hes on foot in the grave ridding his prior successes!
