Friendly staff, but their not professionals anymore than those working at Wal-Mart. Dont call and ask the availability of something because they dont know what youre asking, theyll just tell you to drive (the 90 miles) into town and find out if for yourself.

About a month ago my high pressure power steering line failed on my truck. The truck gets me to work every day, so I can’t afford to wait and have it fixed later. Carquest had it in stock for about $10 less than everywhere else in town. I thought, “Sweet! I don’t go there very often.” My dad and I do all the work on my truck so he tagged along with me to get the hose.We could have placed the order online and gotten an additional 20% discount for an online order, but decided to just go and get it to save time.We went in with the part number and told the guy at the counter. He went back and got the hose for us, but when he rang it up it was more than the price on the website. I asked if he could honor the online pricing. He dismissed me and told me that we used an additional online code to get that pricing and that he couldn’t honor it in store (we didn’t). I said OK can I place the order online right now and get that price? He told me it would take too long. My dad asked why he couldn’t, and he became very agitated and rude. We asked to see his manager, and he said he was the manager. We quickly paid and left the store.We won’t be going back because of the horrible customer service. I wasn’t going to post anything, but I started leaking power steering fluid again from the hose we just replaced! It’s leaking out of the side of the rubber hose it’s self. Usually leaks form where the rubber hose clamps to the part of the hose, not the side.

Great help and friendly,knowledgeable employees. Definitely recommend checking these guys out.

Buy parts from here a lot. Usually good service. Price are kind of high compared to NAPA or Oreilys but the sales people usually know more. My only issues is they never seem to have stuff in their store. Always have to order it from Anchorage.

They always have what I need and for a lot cheaper than Napa, Oreillys, and Autozone. Awesome customer service. Always has hard to get stuff I could not find anywhere else.

The manager Mike is helpful and the tall guy with the glasses is helpful to you but the guy neck is a prick hung up on me didnt order my part never called me back I work at a parts store I get it take my name number call me back no dial tone and didnt wear my part
