The best place to go to order replacement parts for your car, so much better than ordering online and not being sure it will fit. The staff is very helpful in ordering for you. At times they are busy but its worth coming/calling back if the line is too long. I will definitely use them for any auto body repair.

They had what I needed for my car and even though I didnt pay for them to get it for me, the guy found me struggling to get it from the car and helped me do it and showed me how to go about putting it back into my own car. Every time Ive needed something here its been a good experience.

Not this was a diamond in the rough. I went looking for a back tail light the dealership wanted $212.00 for after military discount. I got it from MSI for 85.00. Went on a Saturday without an appointment picked it on Tuesday during my lunch. Explained to my hubby how I managed to miss the open garage door to hit the side of house. All wells that ends not in divorce or a night on the couch

They towed it from the mechanics lot, and I still got a bit for my trouble.

Usually have the right parts but employe wanted to argue with me.

I really like this place. Laid back, staff is always helpful. They do ask you to remove the parts yourself, but they usually offer great rates when you do. Sometimes they might grab the part, but they are often very busy.

Had what I needed, but planned to charge $65 for me to remove part from vehicle when I could get a brand new one from online for $25. Smh.

Fantastic inventory for a small city. Good staff and management. Not fast, but they dont make a lot of mistakes and if they do make a mistake, they make it right. Good local used parts yard. Now open all winter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Respect them and theyll respect you. Will usually have what I need. On occasion Ive been sent out on wild goose chases and come out empty handed, but overall great prices and easy to deal with. They have a return policy, which gives me added assurance.

They are Notorious for agreeing to buy your vehicle and then never sending the check. They rip people off all the time. They should not even be in business anymore.

The guys who work there are friendly and have a lot of knowledge. They can be willing to cut deals if youre not a tool and they are easy to work with. Only thing is, they are consistently busy so they might be a little difficult to get on the phone.

Just FYI: MSI auto parts is the worst parts people Ive ever worked with. They cheated, sold me parts I didnt need ( I should have done my research, but I was in a rush and I gave them the pictures they asked for, the YMM, and the VIN, they should have been able to do the job correctly. Who sells a diesel part to someone who is getting parts for a gas engine?!) they cursed my father out when he asked to return on a returnable part and refused to return our core charge.Worst parts experience ever.*** four or so months later... the owner just called me to complain about my review. ~unprofessional~And told me that he was defending me when cursing my father out... I know my dad would never do that. EVER. He said he worked really hard to get the parts, great, you still ordered a part I didnt need and refused to return a core charge. And trying to turn me against my father is a sick ploy to try and get me to change my review.

MSI is super good about helping you find the parts you need for your vehicle. I recommend going in person instead of calling though because they get busy at times.

Horrible customer service. I called to see if they had a part for my 98 Subaru legacy Outback. They took down my information and said theyll call me back. I didnt hear from them. So waited for about 4 hours. I called back just to see what the issue was. And I was told there was a few people ahead of me and theyll call me back. It was said with a attitude. Now its been two days since I called and still nothing back. I assume they do not want my business. Thank you Ill just continue to do business with interior auto salvage. At least they get back to me within 20 mins.

I work for a dealership and we use MSI 99% of the time. Tires, Mount and balance, even allingments. They are fast and fun to work with. If you dont have an appointment that can usually get you in that day or the next.

Expect to be standing in line for a while and dont expect for them to answer the phone in a timely manner.

Just went to MSI Auto Parts, it was the worst experience I have ever had in the automotive industry. I got my degree in automotive technology, I learned about customer service helping people and working together. I purchased some small cheap parts and they did not fit my fault. When I returned to talk and explain I need a different size the clerk first treated my stupid and ignorint. I simply asked if I can switch all the little parts for the one I actually need by ignorint I mean he replied first I dont know where they go if you trade them back. I said Ill put them back where I got them. He got mad then changed his answer to I just want to sell you more. Ill be the bigger man its my mistake all on my shoulders. I will never retuen to the place. I thought this was the golden heart city. Not at MSI. The whole frasko was over $20. I work hard for my money wont spend it at MSI. People there are all about themselves and just want to line there pockets with money at any cost. Hope people read the review and its helpful. God bless
