Was a little quiet, which is how I like it. Black Friday, so great deals on a new TV today. Im ready to buy but hubby has always been slower to decide. Unfortunately by the time he decides this 70 Samsung I love may not be on sale anymore. Possibly again before Christmas though. Everyone was very helpful but not pushy! Good experience!

The associates working the appliance area have been amazingly helpful while we have been remodeling the kitchen. Other home improvement stores have ruined our schedules by not telling us everything up front. Weve been extremely happy with the staff at Best Buy and their knowledge.

The really only problem with the store, some of the products are laid out kinda funky. Not grouped together like youd think. Example is that the some computer parts are with computer stuff, and then stuff that says for windows is in the Xbox Isle.

Went there for specific item; noise cancelling headphones. Associate claimed he was knowledgeable was looking up on his phone and actually reading information and recommending based on reviews the the products own website. Had to ask him to let us shop without his help three times. He kept insisting we needed his help. Finally left us alone when I got very firm with him. Sure I hurt the little snowflakes feelings. Likely to never return to Best Buy.

Curbside pickup of an arcade 1up arcade cabinet took about 3 minutes, and thats a pretty big, heavy item! Geek squad at this location is a joke though so dont waste your time on that, only reason its not 5 stars.

I was trying to call and learn more about a tablet that I saw with 30+ games that was said to be sold by Best Buy. They had me put in a prompt for everything down to the type of electronic I was looking for and promised a less than 10 minute call wait time for tablets. The call was eventually answered at around 12 minutes which isnt a huge deal, but the person I was asking about the product to seemed to not know anything at all about the product. After a few very basic questions he finally said, hang on a second and let me get you with somebody from tablets as if I hadnt already waited longer than the said time to talk to somebody from tablets, after another 10 minutes of no answer on hold, I hung up. I will never receive that 30 minutes of my life back. One star because the hold song was decent.

Pretty nice place to shop. Last of the big box electronic stores in my area. They do a great job of price matching in store. Isles are always clean. Associates are always friendly and willing to help. I have never had an experience of them trying to up sell me on anything I didnt need. I always have a quick pleasant experience shopping at Best Buy.

I was looking for a certain tv. I spent all day looking for it at nearby superstores, only to find that they did not have it, even tho their websites said that they did. Looked it up on Best buy, it showed that they had 1. I had to drive an hour to get there, then found that they had 4! Best news i had all day! Seems like the other stores have new recruits, software issues online, or other troubles and wasted my day.

A new washing machine was hooked up incorrectly, hot to cold and cold to hot. This was not good. Was told by the installers that a survey would arrive by email but it never did so posted an installation review instead on their website. Reached out to our sales person and a few store managers by email but none of them ever replied. Will probably not use Best Buy for applicance purchases in the future.

We went to get a new TV for our bedroom and ended up leaving with a new 65 for our living room. The guys were so nice and helpful. Top notch service and we got the TV brand we have been trying to get at a price that was over $100 lower than Walmart...which we originally ordered from online and they sent us a banged up box with a smashed TV. 🤦‍♀️So it was very appreciated that we had such an awesome experience with Best Buy. We wont be shopping anywhere else for electronics!

We went to Best Buy to buy a small TV for our spare room. The person who waited on us was great. The only problem I have is delivery and set-up is between noon and 8 p.m. on Saturday!! Waiting all day for Geek Squad especially on a Saturday is not good. :(

Website said 3 stores(Grove City, Springfield, Fairborn) had it. Finally at Fairborn they called Fairfield to guarantee it was there. 8hours later Customer cannot call the stores but gets routed to offshore call center who has sane info as website. After calling call center that evening was being routed to Supervisor but got hung up on. Experience Sucked. Best Buy = Worst Buy

I went looking for an Adapter for my Bluetooth for charging it and not sure of the kind I needed. The one and only associate I found in the dept I needed( I guessed the area correctly) was busy with what looked like activating a phone asked if I needed help. I explained and he stepped away for a moment and when he came back he stuffed a box in my hand, went back to helping the man getting the phone activation. I was ignored, I was left with questions. I seen where he went to get the item do I went over to the area and found the same item on two legs side by side on pegs. Two pegs, same item, two different prices. I tried to figure out which price was the correct one but didnt understand it. I put the one back that he gave me and left. On associate for the entire dept I guess. This was about noon or so on on 6/30/2021.

Best Buy had less to offer with a pricey price tag. Something small tech like a tablet. Best Buy had no selection under a thousand dollars except one tablet at an estimate of four hundred and was the only one available with no variety of colors only silver.

I usually wear a suit when I patronize Best Buy and people are always eager to assist me. I’m on vacation and doing yard work and wear lazy clothes in the store 1 time and not 1 person asked to help me, even though they are less than 10 feet away looking at their phone. 1/2 a dozen staff members have walked by me, some in pairs. Not 1 word. We were looking to update our entire audio and visual components at our offices. BIG MISTAKE!

Unbelievably bad service. 3 workers at the register doing something with merch. I had been standing there for 2 min. No one else in line or being checked out. I ask if anyone is working the register. One guy says Ill be with you in a minute. I set my merch on the counter and walked out. They are seriously to busy in this store to bother with customer.

Customer service is non existent. The employees dont know what theyre talking about. And in case you bought warranty for a future exchange, you dont actually get an exchange. You get a refund. Now I drive back home 50 min with damaged goods because I bought them on special... no loyalty to customers. No effort to make things right. A bad experience every time I shop here

I went to this store to get a Sonos Arc. The salesman proceeded to act like he knew more than me on the item I researched. He also decided to treat me like I can’t handle ordering something online myself. He obviously didn’t know himself being he order all the wrong mounts and stuff and I have an arc that is on the ground till the new mount comes for the proper sanus universal mount bracket. Everything even showed online in stock. Worst experience ever. I will never shop here again. I am returning my entire home theater system here to go buy elsewhere.

Dan, in the appliancies department at this Best Buy was the friendliest. He was knowledgeable, friendly and profesional.However, the assistant in the car stereo departament seemed unable to understand me.I left my mask at his space, but when I returned itvwas nowhere to be found. Now I know it didnt just disappear.I have rated the store based on my experience with Dan.

As this is the only Best Buys store near my home, this is the one I have always gone to since they opened up in the early or mid 1990s. Usually good variety of items I am looking for. This store is usually quite clean. Staff usually eager to help and sometimes over-eager to help. Lately, their variety of computer items are fewer than before.....probably because of on-line sources, but still usually can find what I need fast at this Best Buys in Beavercreek, Ohio. Stay away from the Geek Squad if they still have them. They are a rip off and overpriced services they provide is basically a scam. 4 stars for this Best Buys with the exception of their Geek Squad....which I would rate a zero star.

Late to deliver my elderly parents refrigerator. LEFT IT IN THE GARAGE because they didnt realize theyd have to take the house door off to get it inside And THEN say they cant get out to fix things for a week and a half. AVOID Best Buy. Avoid Geek Squad IPhone repair!!!!!!. I have a 11 pro max. Had an appointment to get it fixed. Said they ran diagnostics, wanted to charge me between $500-$1000 for repair when phone was still under warranty. Went to the Apple Store last night. Told them what Geek Squad found, The Apple Tech looked over my phone, did diagnostics on phone. Said everything was fine and no problems were found. Cleaned lightening port and speakers. Phone is as good as new. Geek squad said I needed a new lightening port and speakers. Sounds to me you guys try and take advantage of the customer with unneeded repairs. CASH GRAB! Will not trust this store with ANYTHING!

On this visit I was there for a new pair of wireless earbuds for my phone. There was a pretty good selection of different styles and price ranges. The store didnt have a lot of people shopping so we had plenty of space to shop. The check out was great! They had five registers open so, the line moved a long pretty fast. The cashier had on a mask and gloves so they are doing a good job staying safe. I will be going back real soon to get another pair of ear buds. 😊

Sorry that I had to give this one star. We just purchased a new washer that was broke! I was put on hold for 27 minutes and then they told me to hold and hung up on me. This place is the exact example of why stores like this are going out business. There is no such thing as customer service at Best Buy anymore. Spend your money elsewhere.

Bought a prepaid phone card that didnt work when I called att. Att said they didnt scan it in just looked it up by item type to add to the receipt. Said theyve had multiple problems with cards sold from this location. Took back up to Assistant manager and she wouldnt even exchange it. She could have easily called the number. Att said they called up to the store directly while I was on hold with them and they admitted fault. Att said it sounded like they were scamming me. Im out over 80 dollars. I only go to the dayton mall store now.

Associates are very helpful and will take you to the products you are looking for and will help you decide exactly what you need to get your desired outcome. I always get there just after opening, so I may have to wait to speak with someone. My last visit, I thought I had gotten what I needed on my own, but when checking out I told associate what I was using the product for and, of course I had chosen the wrong item. He stopped the transaction and took me back to those products and helped me to choose the correct one for my needs. Very helpful that I didnt get home, find I had purchased the wrong item and had to return to the store to exchange.
