Andrew is the best pharmacist Ive ever dealt with. I was very nervous and he took the time to answer all of my questions and try to calm my fears. I cant thank him enough for his patience and kindness. It was greatly appreciated.

I ALWAYS have great service. The photo center is wonderful! I love having all of my photos printed and especially from my phone. The girl that was there was incredibly helpful. She knew what she was doing. I also love the movies that are available to rent. It’s perfect for a nice stay at home with some popcorn. The store is very clean and well kept. The employees work hard to make sure it’s a great store. I hope more stores come to the Springfield/Dayton region. It’s really one of Ohio’s best kept secrets. You’re more than a pharmacy and you’re super convenient.

Its a hit or miss on the service you will get. I went in today to get photos printed and the lady on the registered didnt know how it all worked and had a bad attitude. Normally the service is great. Jenny is my favorite worker. She is always nice and professional

Ive never walked in and not left with what I needed. Lots of variety in the store. Typical drug store atmosphere with a decent size pet section as well. Home and auto is pretty well stocked.

Awful customer service. Been going to drug mart when I lived up in Cleveland. Shelly needs not to work with people.

LONG lines sometimes. Same as everyone else does, try to use the least amount of employees as possible. Went there a few days ago and waited in line so long my milk was warm when I left.
