Went on a Tuesday and the store was well stocked. Very large produce section, the little bistro that they have is nice, the wine selection is very large as well ranging from cheap bottles to over $50 bottles. Store was pretty clean overall as a grocery store should be. Only downsides I could find with this location was the deli usually takes pretty long and they usually don’t have many checkout lanes open.

It seems Kroger doesnt care to provide customer service anymore.On a lighter note. This should be my last visit to Kroger. I will gladly drive out of my way to give my time and money to another establishment.Recommend you avoid Kroger at all costs.

Worst Kroger ever. Produce is average at best, and the pickup is almost like theyre TRYING to be this bad.I was supposed to pick up groceries at 6pm. They called me at 6 as I was in line and told me it was delayed until 730. I got in line at 7:15 and Ive been waiting now for almost 2 hours. Manager wont pick up the phone. I could have done my own damn shopping by now. Will be sure to NEVER come here again.

I’ve been waiting in line for 30 minutes. Only 2 registers open. Pathetic!!! It’s 930 pm on a Friday night on 4/2. The manager needs fired. It’s pathetic

Poor Customer Service. Needs more cashiers. If the store is about to close I should not be kicked out of the line and told the store is about to close it closes at 9. Im trying to get out of here by 9. Why would you close down the cashiers 8 minutes before the store closes and have your customers get in longer lines to be there longer? Doesnt common sense tell you that if there are people in line and the store is closing you check them out so that everyone can go home?

The best Kroger Ive been to. I shop here on evenings when I feel like i own the store because there are only few people who shop late at night. If Im lucky Id be the first to avail of the close-out products. Oh, make sure you use the Kroger app too for coupons. Download the coupons first. When you check out with your Kroger card, the coupons will automatically be applied.

This is the closest Kroger to where we recently moved. Its poorly ran, never stocked, and the employees are rude. Picking up an order is a joke. Always a long wait no matter what day it is. I will say that the employees at pickup are friendly though. And there is a nice selection in the deli/carry and go area. I usually go out of my way now to go to a different location though.

I live in Cincinnati And came up to Dayton to visit my son. This is the most friendly and helpful Kroger store I have ever been in! Talk about clean it was so clean I couldnt believe it

Truly disappointed by this store and shocked Kroger is letting these employees drag their name through the mud! A year and a half ago I was an exclusive Kroger shopper. I got my gas, groceries, and prescriptions there. A series of bad experiences let me to seek out other options. I have only been to a Kroger maybe 3-4 times in the last year and today secured the fact that I will NEVER go back. Terrible employees!!!!!! Rude and hateful. Sorry Kroger but I am done!

While I love Kroger as a store, today is the first time I have ever used their grocery pickup service. My scheduled pickup time was between 12-1 p.m. I am currently setting in a line that stretches far beyond the store and is backed up all the way out into the main road! I have been sitting in line for over 30 minutes and am NOWHERE near the pickup lanes. Please, someone explain to me the point of assigning pickup times when clearly they arent being followed?! I am not exaggerating when I say there are 30-40 cars in this line and more when I first arrived...and still coming in! I know there were not that many people all scheduled for the same time. Kroger, you really need to make some adjustments to this pickup service. Ive picked up from Walmart numerous times and have NEVER seen anything like this. What youre doing now isnt working. To make matters worse, I have my 2 year old grandson in the car with me! Who wants to set in line for an hour+ and especially with little ones? This will most certainly be the last time I use this service at Kroger. I would much rather go in or go elsewhere. I wanted to post a pic of this line, but couldnt figure out how.

This store should be open 24/7. Meijer is open 24/7. There are some of us that cannot get to Kroger during normal hours. Please open it up to 24/7.. groceries of this size should not close.

This store is fine if you don’t care what brand you get if certain things or if you’re looking for something unique. However, if you are looking for popular staples, you will not find them. They are out of the same things for WEEKS on end. You’ll find yourself having to go to other stores to make a simple recipe because this store will ALWAYS be out of at least one ingredient you need. I used to enjoy grocery shopping, but this store has single-handedly made me detest it. In addition, their produce selection is incredibly limited unless you’re willing to pay for organic things. Today, the green beans were almost rotted when I went to select some. Their “fresh” flowers may last a day or two at max. Can’t say enough about how poor this is as a grocery store.

Do NOT recommend for curbside pickup. While the location is great, I waited in line over two hours for curbside pickup. 2-hours! When I arrived there were over 30 cars in front of me for the 5pm-6pm time slot. I could have went in the store and procured my groceries in that time. Very disappointed they don’t do a better job of limiting the number of orders during a time slot. Will not be ordering again from this location.

Do NOT get your pick up from this location. The many reviews about the length of time you wait is no exaggeration. I’ve gotten countless pick up orders from Walmart and have never once waited more than 5 or 10 minutes for my order. There has to be a better way than over scheduling time frames and disrespecting customers time, money, and gas to sit here and wait for an hour or more.

I really like this Kroger! Great bakery, excellent produce and beverage selection. There are things here that I cant find at other grocery stores.

Couldnt get any help in the floral dept. It was open, sign said. Ask for help, still no one. At least 7 employees walked by us, NOT 1! asked if wed been helped. Had to settle for balloons not 100% filled and certainly not what we picked out. But we waited long enough to be ignored.Going down hill fast.

In general most customers wore masks during my shopping trip to the store yesterday. However some customers did not.I suggest that a member staff monitor customers as they enter to ensure store policy, refusing entry to customers who are mask-less.

I thought the Fairborn Krogers did a great job at having someone at the front door making sure everyone wore a mask and provide people with a mask who did not have one. All that became null and void when my cashier had a napkin on her face. A napkin is NOT a suitable replacement for a mask. I would have been fine with a bandana or one of those sleeves, but a napkin is not going to stop anything. I have health issues that makes me immuno-compromise and this is not acceptable. Furthermore, I hate how you now charge for grocery pick-up which makes it harder for me because I am disable and on a limited budget and can only use food stamps.

Tried to shop at my local neighborhood Kroger but was turned away because the employees there think it’s OK to close 10 minutes early and lock the doors

Was in line for my grocery pickup just to be told that my order won’t be ready until the NEXT DAY.

This inside of this store is wonderful- but waiting almost an hour and a half AFTER my pick up time for my groceries in the pick up line with my one year old daughter is not ideal. There has to be a better way to get this done without people waiting this long.

This Kroger allows all thier employees to tak up all the parking spaces closest to the store. Shame on management.

We do our grocery pick up here weekly. It is mostly painless but I have a major gripe. How does their system let 40-50 people make an order for the same time with wait times of over an hour most times it gets packed. There does need to be a better limiting and stacking system in place with the ability to push orders and notify people of the wait times etc and the option to move times or change days.

This is a very unique Kroger Market. I was amazed that they have a Beer and Wine Bar. As I said Unique.

Fairborn Kroger Clicklist(curbside pick up) has managers with very poor customer service. Called me when I was in line to tell me they moved my pick up window back an hour and told me it wasnt ready and I had to come back. No apology for the inconvenience or anything. Beavercreek Kroger is much faster and has better service. It is worth the extra drive time!

Nearly a two hour wait just to pickup groceries. People who showed up after us got their orders before us. Definitely not needed after a 10 hour workday.

Really nice employees. They all communicate saying have a nice day and asking if you need help. Very large selection of cold individual drinks. I prefer this store over the other Kroger stores.

Great it was real busy because of Valentines Day. Why do men wait until the last minute to get their love something. In the floral area at least 45 men waiting in line. Not counting the ones walking around looking at the flowers already to go including balloons and chocolates. There was one lady working who I am sure was exhausted at 7pm. She deserves a $200.00 bonus for all of her hard work. Women want a nice romantic dinner for 2 either at home or going out. There were men getting ideas from the meat department. They grabbed a small bouquet of flowers for the table and a card. Im pretty sure that the men will enjoy dessert and card after dinner. Remember its always cold in February you can get what you are wanting on your lunch hour. Maybe you should have 2or 3 people working from 3 to 7 on the busiest holidays Valentines, Mothers day and Sweetest day. I found what I needed and was out in about 40 minutes. Kroger pick up at this location is horrible. I went when it was not busy and still waited 45 minutes for them to bring it out after i called. Figured it was a simple mistake, so tried to go back two weeks later after work and it was worse. It was kinda busy, but once i had got up and called i figured it wouldnt be too much longer. Man was i wrong, there was people coming in after me and getting their order before, never again. I always prefer to go in, but my wife had placed an order for her grandfather since he cant go, so my advice just go in, you will be out way quicker then these kids could do anything.

I made a quicklist order early on 11/16/2020 and had a reservation to pick up my order on 11/17/2020 between 6 PM & 7 PM. On 11/17 at 5:16 PM I get a phone call from Kroger and they informed me that they had more orders than they anticipated and mine will not be ready until 7 PM, I asked how it was possible to overbook when customers are making reservation, the employee did not have an answer. At 7 PM after waiting in line for a half hour I get a phone call from Kroger again stating that my order now will not be ready until 8 PM. I told the employee that that was impossible because I had just driven 20 minutes to get there and had been in line for a half an hour also I was now 5th in line. Again he said there was nothing they could do. This is the second time this has happened, the first time I held my temper and bit my tongue but it is apparent now that they do not go by reservations they just try to cram as many customers in as they can and do not care about customers time, fuel or inconvenience. I dont know if this is a corporate decision or local but either way it is extremely poor management and customers should avoid this store.

Organic 2% milk almost always short and outdated on the shelf. A lot of Representatives dont know where the products are or even offer to lookup the product on Kroger provided web based equipment/smart phone. I called Little Clinic and there is no response when you chose the option to speak to a person. It disconnects as the mailbox is not configured. The customer service representative should atleast make the effort to walkover and verify if there is anyone in the little clinic. Everybody is in a rush pretty much to either hangup or walk away from your when you seek help with the representatives. I think they should have scanner available at multiple locations in all the isles or atleast at the end of each isle so that we can verify the price as many times the price is not correct.

Please have someone remove the graffiti in the men’s restroom by Starbucks. It is very offensive

As I left the store the wheels of my cart locked up. A person came.right over to me and asked twice if I had gone thru the line, which I had and paid. Was then told the carts do that if you dont go thru the line. Dont like the feeling of being thought of as a theif. Kroger cant use their tech. Idiots

Curbside pickup on 7/20 was a Krogers disaster. Upon arriving at my pickup point, I called to posted number to get my order. None of five calls was answered. I stayed on the line long enough to have my call forwarded to the main store Service Desk. The only help the Service Desk lady provided was to reconnect me with the original pickup number. I eventually asked to speak to a store manager and was put on hold again (never to be answered). Other times using this service, things went better.

First and foremost I respect all of Kroger employees and am so grateful and appreciative of them!!! just a little note though....through times like these you would think that young and old would work together and be respectful of each others space. Kroger has hired shoppers which I think is a good idea until said shoppers dont respect that there are other customers shopping too. I had on girl say excuse me so I would move my cart out of her carts way then proceeded to park her cart directly in front of the egg case where I was looking at the eggs. then as Im squeezing between her cart and looking in the egg case to see if the eggs were not broken she said excuse me twice again to move so she could put something in her cart. Im not usually one to complain and I do MY best not to get in anyones way. this little girl has not been told or made to think of other people. if Kroger could possibly have a talk with their shoppers and let them know that without customers whether at the store or online, Krogers would not be in business and would not need them as shoppers. I was appalled at the total disrespect and uncaring of this girl that Kroger employed. please teach them to stop only thinking of themselves!!!!! the world will be a better place when each individual person remembers that they are not the only ones in the world. plus its not only all of that....social distancing is a real thing. park your cart off to the side not in front of fridge case doors!!!! We switched to curbside pickup a couple months ago and its okay. Theyre working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible, but it can still take over half an hour sometimes. I have had items missing from my order twice, but I got them refunded. I wouldnt want to be working outside in a mask in this weather, so I really cant complain.

This is the store where I buy most of my groceries. In general I am usually satisfied with the store. Clerks are usually friendly and helpful and the selection is good. But I am throughly disappointed with the deli section. They are almost always understaffed and even when they have enough workers they often stand around talking to each other or to other customers about personal things rather than getting the meat and cheese cut and taking care of the next customer. If they are cutting meat or cheese they stop cutting while they are talking to their coworkers. Tonight I was the second of four waiting in line. There was one person behind the counter cutting some meat and she never even looked up and acknowledged any of us. Then suddenly she left and no one came back. I stood there 20 minutes and no one else showed up so I left. This is far from the only time I have had such experiences. I miss the deli in the old store. They were always helpful, customer oriented and prompt. Im ready to look somewhere else. Also, several times lately I have discovered after I got home that some of the grocery items I bought were expired. Produce doesnt last long and often tomatoes or berries have moldy ones on the bottom.

No longer displays pricing on ground beef . Got sticker shock 6.99 for a one pound package of 80/20 regular ground beef . Then to top it off it was more like 72/28 . Raised pricing on almost everything in the store and if they raised it a lot they don’t post the price. Like my toilet paper I have bought for years from this store. I will be looking at a different store for my future grocery trips.

Ordered my groceries when I went to pick them up had to wait an hour before they were brought to my car. They lost one of my totes with my groceries in it. Didn’t bother to tell me until I called after sitting out there for 30 mins. Then had to wait another half and hour to brings my groceries to me. Ridiculous !!!!

For some reason this specific Kroger is organized much better and much clearer than other krogers Ive visited. I make sure to make a special stop if I know Ill be driving by.

I shop here frequently, but today was the first time I had a really great experience. I want to shout out Kelly from the self check out tonight (clothing side). She was so helpful with assisting me with one of items and super friendly to my oh so shy toddler. I greatly appreciate her service! Thank you Kelly for your kindness!

So Im a fan of the Kroger Marketplaces in general. They are huge and carry a lot of items. I really like ours - the general layout makes a lot of sense to me. (Not saying the placement of all items does all the time, but I find that true in about any grocery store.) They have really good sushi at decent prices. The employees are very helpful and nice - I feel like Im almost friends with a lot of them. I like the clothes area - I keep my eyes out for sales and clearances and I get lots of good deals several times a year. Whoever the buyer is for their clothes also does a good job - lots of cool options in all the departments. And I love the fuel points!

Always enjoy going to Krogers - except for the fact that I cant ever get out of there under$50. I go in for just bread and come out with a cart full. They have great sales. Wasnt too keen on it having a bar in it at first. However, after shopping in Krogers when the bar is open, it seems like it has a good atmosphere and in no way interferes with your shopping experience.

Love Kroger!!! No matter which store I visit, Im always greeted by friendly people who are glad to help me. Would like to acknowledge the deli workers for their patients in taking care of me, especially Stephenie, shes one of my favorites. The new store is HUGE! From my experience, every employee I interacted with was courteous and friendly. They have everything you need here. Produce is fresh and the candy selection is massive. Definitely a one stop shop! A+

PLEASE open more checkout lanes on Monday mornings. You have lines 6-8 carts deep. It’s ridiculous to have to wait 20 minutes or more to check out.

Super grocery plus it is also great exercise walking and talking while you shop. I really like it. The workers are always cheerful and helpful. It really has many choices of food and supplies to select from creating a great atmospheres and makes it enjoyable to shop and meet new people as well as having many choices of products to select from. I love it.

Im sure the staff is working as hard as they can, but drive-up pickup just doesnt work at this store. I waited nearly two hours for my order today and have had long waits every other time Ive ordered here. Two pints of expensive Graeters ice cream were melted by the time I got home. Pickups at the Xenia, Beavercreek, and Springfield stores all work beautifully.

It’d be helpful for you to change your store hours on google so people that get off work at 11pm don’t think they can go to the store after work and waste gas to get to your store to be told in the parking lot that you’re closed. Thanks for the help.

Worst curbside service. Expect to wait at least an hour every time. Only 2 employees trying to service at least a line of 30 cars. One employee laughing and talking on his bluetooth as he slowly rolls his cart around and unloads groceries.

Rude Staff Member: Ashley. Tonight there was a pretty good selection and some good prices, especially on key limes--which I needed. Some staff in the produce section were friendly in helping me. But then Ashley, who checked me out, after offering to load my grocery bags into my motorized cart (and not really taking, no for an answer) starts laughing at me. She kept doing it. I guess having difficulty walking is funny to some people. I tried wishing her a merry Christmas to lighten the mood and stop her ridiculing me, but to no avail. I felt pretty bad all evening after that. Not the best Holiday Season shopping experience.

This is one of the largest Krogers in Dayton. No joke. They have an amazing selection of craft beer. Something like Dorothy Lane market but bigger.They have a clothing department, furniture, pharmacy and other extras one might expect from a super Kroger.Its relatively new, and much larger than the old Kroger at the same location.

Great new Kroger store! We were some of the first people into this Kroger store when it opened in 2017. We were very impressed that day & still are now. We usually go to it a couple times a week for a few items and every other week for our main shopping tripThey have a made to order food cafe area which is great for quick meals. Located beside the cafe is an area to eat. They also have a Starbucks inside beside the cafe.The deli includes an antipasti bar & cheese shop. The bakery has various Donuts, cakes, bagels, pretzels, bread, muffins, etc.For those who drink their is a bar with various adult drinks on tap.Most of the prices for store are very reasonable.

This is a great improvement to the previous Kroger. They have everything you need! Its a very lean store, an well stocked. The staff there is always very friendly. It gets a bit crowded there, as you can expect, but manageable.

Amazing the variety of items you can but here.. food.. household.. clothes.. toys.. something for everyone!!

I asked one of the workers (there were so many just walking around) if he could help me put a digital coupon on my app and he told me I actually literally dont know how to use the app at all. And walked away. Not helpful in the slightest. He obviously did not want to be working.

Went to Kroger today for lunch like I always have and was very disappointed it was 12:06 pm and I was looking forward to having potato soup and when I went to the salad bar where the soup is kept the potato soup was empty. I approached one of the workers and ask if they would be replenishing the potato soup and she state yes, she then said I will go back and let the lady know you are waiting for the soup. The lady who takes care of the soup bar came maybe 5 to 6 minutes later and she was pushing a tray with nothing on it. so I ask are you the lady that would be replacing the soup and she answered in a rude tone YES but I can only do one at a time. I state ok thats fine. she then left and returned 7 minutes later and still no soup, she had a thermometer in her hand and was checking the temperatures. one of the co-workers came up and scrape the rest of the potato soup from the canister and she talk to her for a minutes and then went on to make her salad. The lady leaves and takes the canister of chicken noodle with her and the co-worker ask me could she help me and I stated I was waiting for the potato soup and she said she should be right back with it. 10 minutes later she comes back with the chicken noodle soup and the co worker offered me her soup and I stated no thank you I would like to have a full bowl. Then she stated to the lady thats over the soup that I had been waiting and could she get me some soup and she stated in a rude tone shell have to wait because I have to make it and it will be another 15 minutes. I was very upset because at this point I had be already waiting on my lunch break for 25 minutes and she could have told me that it would be that long and I could have made the decision to wait or leave but now my lunch hour is over. I went to the customer service and ask a young man could I please have a manager and he tried to contact a manager 3 times over the intercom and no one ever showed up. At this point I have been there for a total of 45 minutes and I am very displeased with there service.....

This store is huge . Offers everything you can imagine a salad bar sushi bar pizza bar cafe. Even a.small bar to enjoy a.glass of wine. The store is usually busy but I go around 5 so that is a popular time. They sale clothes. They have a large selection of season items.

Great to have a new Marketplace. Much expanded departments including gourmet cheeses and expanded meat and produce. Produce really best looking of area markets. Also nice new food court area and beer wine area.

All of the employees are nice, but I love visiting Raejean at the cheese shop. She is amazing!

The store is nice but on the small side. At the time of this review, they are still constructing the new Kroger right next to the old location so parking is limited and I am sure once the new store opens, the size will no longer be an issue.The layout of the store is easy to follow, I found that I did not have to backtrack to get something that I may have forgotten because it was easy for me to locate everything as I went along. The staff was friendly and check out was quick.

Amaze-Balls! Huge, well stocked & well staffed! Selections are fantastic, as well as the variety available. They have a Starbucks, a bistro, bakery, deli, cheese counter, pharmacy, butcher, a seating area, clothes with dressing room and so on and so on. Its worth the trip.

I was very impressed with the time three store took to help me find a 25 Merry Days product (Private Selection Limited Edition Holiday Candy Canister - 9-16 oz). We didnt find it, but their effort was notable. A special thanks to Missy. (Not the Customer Service Missy.)

Great prices, great selection, great deli food. Every employee Ive ever interacted with here has been super nice and cool, and I love going to this Kroger.

Like other Kroger stores, they neglect customers waiting at customer service. There were four or five separate customers waiting in line for the one member of staff working at the service desk. Meanwhile, other staff were performing less urgent jobs like trying to reboot one of the self-service checkouts (while the other self-service checkouts were working but not busy). Yes, I know not every associate is trained for customer service, but maybe they could be trained to notify a manager when the customer service line gets too long.

Beautiful new store. Huge selection of produce, cheese, organic, alcohol. Starbucks and lots of restaurant quality deli/food counters. So clean and organized inside. Helpful and friendly staff.

This new location opened summer of 2017, next door to the old Kroger. Its bigger, but still pretty easy to navigate. Employees are very helpful with finding products. I appreciate the wider variety of products at the expanded location.

So many options and there is a sit-in bar you can walk around and Shop while enjoying a glass of wine or beer and select yourself Lunch such as hot pizzas Chinese food and more ready to go Marketplace. The Bakery and Deli and seafood selection is amazing and is always fresh as well as so many other options for household items decor clothing and everything you could imagine and more for a Kroger store it is unbelievable the options that you have to buy in there This truly a One Stop Shop

To store is AWESOME to say the least. Massive isles to manuvere in a selection for even the most discriminating of purchasers. Youll look forward to every visit.

This Krogers location is always busy. It is a nice location though, clean, friendly staff. Though this recent visit I had to wait almost 15 minutes for assistance in the floral section to buy roses and a balloon. This could of been 15 minutes I or any other person may not of been able to afford, other then that I would of rated 5 stars.

Quite busy for pickup but were very kind when I ended up waiting at the wrong store.

Nice store on a very busy day. Shopping for Christmas cards and purchased 21 but felt card selection limited. As always, employees friendly and willing to help.

This new Kroger is awful! Empty shelves, always! I always have to go to another store to complete my grocery list... for things as simple as bread and yogurt.Very disappointed! Our old Kroger was just fine, at least it was stocked!

Good variety of food. Lots of good quality available. Check out lines can be slow/long and parking tends to be pretty full

The store is nice but they have a terrible selection for sauces for oriental food. There was no orange, need a better sweet and sour sauce. Very disappointed. Plenty of Soy and teriyaki. I would love to see some Panda express.Taylor stir fry I wish they also had the Pad Thai in stock. Thanks

Ok. Samples of pizza was nice. Chinese place. Food is not good. Could not even get half of it down. They need to restock faster. To many empty places on shelves and refrigerated section.

LOVE this store. The store is fairly new and plenty big, but not so big that you waste time getting around and finding things. The best thing about this store is the employees. There is no trying to decide which line to get in, because you are looking for a fast cashier. They are all great and fast. The people at the deli dont get grumpy if you ask them to chip ham! I dont know what the training program or employee screening process is for this Kroger, but it works!!! I really cant remember ever having a slow cashier at this Kroger location. Thank you Kroger.

Great service, good selection, good prices if you shop smart. New pharmacy is nice. Bank and little clinic inside. Bar that sells and fill hiwkers and growlers. You can enjoy a glass of beer or wine while you shop. Good floral shop. Great bakery, deli, hot food to go and fresh baked pizzas. Not as cozy as the old store, bit more room to navigate that KS to wider aisles. Fast checkout and plenty of good free parking. New pharmacy no has a drive thru too.

One of the nicest places to go shopping for food in the area. Since being remodeled it is now even nicer with added departments! Now with a bar along with restaurant inside!

I personally dont like how big the store is now, my wife loves it. I had to do 3 laps around the entire store to find diapers. I liked the old regular Krogers
