Helpful and knowledgeable store staff over the years including the lady with the slight British or New England accent most often interact with. On occasion an out of stock item, but that can happen with any store. Seldom a problem with food quality. During the pandemic using curbside or take out pickup, but you must pick up the order from the store the same day you call it in. Can be pricey, but good deals from mailings can be had once a regular customer.

I have been on the phone with Omaha Steaks for over 2 hours trying to order a gift to send to my relatives. I received a package deal in the mail and then was told it was not valid and they were out of stock of some of the items yet were able to sell me the same out of stock items for double the price. Then after much searching, I found a deal that I liked on THEIR website and was told basically that I was lying about the price and was told to screen shot the screen to their email that would be looked at whenever. I asked to speak to someone who could access their email right away and was told there was no one who could help me. So I requested to be connected back to customer service and the 1st thing she said is I see the item you want for the exact same price I had told the other people who implied that I was lying about what I saw. This has been THE WORST customer service experience I have ever encountered and would have given up a long time ago if my relatives didnt love these items. I can guarantee that I will never purchase from Omaha Steaks again. They change the prices on you even though you are looking at the prices on their website and try to upsell you on products you dont want. They insult you and act like you are lying and that you could not possibly see the price that you are telling them. No one likes to be accused of being a liar when it is the sales representatives who are lying to you. It should not take 2 hours to order a simple gift basket. Also, they play bait and switch on the prices and packages that are available. Their representatives are rude and inconsiderate. Stay away from these people. They will drive you crazy with their gaslighting. I feel like Ive gone down the rabbit hole and cant get out. I wouldnt even give them 1 star but it made me.

As a senior living alone I am very grateful to Omaha Steaks during this Pandemic. I order online and the shipment comes several days before expected. I find one order will last me 3-4 weeks . The meat is very good . This shipment I changed to another combo and am looking forward to some great pork dinners and apple tarts. Thank you for making my quarantined solitary life a little better! And not paying for shipping is a wonderful plus.

Store was empty when I arrived. Staff person was knowledgeable and friendly. Plenty of parking.

Nice staff! The food is good! Much better than going out to eat, FOR SURE!Last weekend, we bought a package of steaks. One bag was not sealed correctly, so I brought it back to the store. As the box says, 100% guaranteed, they gave me a whole new box! I LOVE the stores they do 100% guaranteed. We will definitely will come back here!

The overall rating of 1 star came as a result of the customer service in the store being substandard. The attendant seemed to have an attitude about something that had nothing to do with me. He should have put that in check. Gonna call corporate on that one; bad business image. Ill get back with you on the actual quality of the food later.

OMAHA STEAKS HAVE DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN THE PAST. NOW THEY DO. OT ACCEPT. Y ADDRESS. I HAVE TRIED TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR TWO HOURS. I am a past customer in good standing but I am checking out other dealers.

Very disappointed, spent over 200 dollars, steaks were very tough, hamburgers were brown and tasted awful on the grill. What a waste of money.

Good selections but wished they offered more heat and serve options for other meat options for walk-ins. Came in looking for Fathers day meals and they were all sold out on ribs and other heat and serve options.

Havent tried your steaks. After being subjected to repeated runs of your assinine ads on television, I have no desire to do so. A companys ad reflects itself. If you feel these poor ads and that twit with the singsong voice are a good reflection of your company, I intend to stay far far away and spend my money elsewhere. Have you even actually LISTENED to those ads? Horrible!

Did not have 2 of the items (chops or hot dogs) for our order...clueless woman working the front counter. Got what I needed by calling the 1-800#.Will never go back!

Received an email today about $5 crockpot meals. Sounded too good to be true so I called the Fairfax store and spoke with Mike. I specifically asked him about the deal. I asked what’s the catch? Do I have to buy something in order to ger the meals for $5? He said no. All meals are $5. I drove 15 miles to go and buy the meals since it was a one day deal only. I arrived there and he blatantly says that he explained it was $5 for the first one and $25 for any additonal. What a despicable liar. I can’t believe that in this day and age companies lie like that. I will never, ever go there again. I am beyond disgusted.Quick update: I called customer service more than a month ago and they said they were sorry and that a gift was kn the way. They never sent anything. Also, I sent an email to the email the store owner indicated below but it went unanswered. Wow! I have no clue how this company is still in business.

Really good steak for a decent price. They are consistently good, and you never get a bad cut!

The steaks are a bit small but everything is of good quality. I typically buy if I have a Groupon.

Had lots of specials. The salesman was very helpful printing out a list so I could purchase gluten free items.

Christmas TV ad indicates they will add 4 steaks to your order for free with the $59.99 order. Omaha website indicates the $59.99 order has free shipping. All a scam. No free steaks added, and Omaha charges for shipping.
