Beautiful location that not only offers frozen yogurt, however other delicious sandwiches and sweets! Loved how clean the place was and the customer service was very on point!

This place is clean and nice atmosphere. I ordered waffle and Hong Kong waffle. They both tasted the same but in different shapes. The chocolate gelato is tasty.

Great flavors of yogurt; they even have a sugar free option. The toppings are also kid approved.

I had the chocolate banana crepe Gelato and was pleased with the flavor. It was a bit pricey at $8 and the wait was a bit long. Its because the cashier is also the one preparing and it was quite busy that Wednesday night. I hope they hire more help during peak hours. There are very few good dessert places I know in the area and this place is one of them.

Love this place! Its very clean and quiet. Its also very spacious unlike many other cafes in town. The light fixtures are very unique and makes the cafe fun! We’ve enjoyed their sweet treats during the pandemic and it’s been easy to order online and pickup.Probably has also helped on keeping the kids in check by ordering online vs. their desire of overflowing toppings/sugar rush. 🍨🍬

It seems as though the store manager and owner are Islamaphobic bigots. They discriminated against a newly hired employee. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but some opinions can carry consequences.If you support this establishment by spending money here, then you’re unintentionally supporting a management and ownership team that discriminates against everyday Americans who simply wants to work.The type of behavior displayed by the owner and manager is quite frankly un-American, anti American-Dream, and against the very values America was founded on: that all men (and women) were created equally.A public apology should be posted on their social media pages, if that does not happen, then I hope their business fails and it’s replaced by a business that supports American values.Fairfax is a diverse city and I know they won’t put up with this.

I love everything they have. Waffles. Crepe. Gelato. Yogurt ice cream. My family is regular customer here and we like to take friends here to enjoy the food/dessert and chat.

Maybe I came on an off day, but man, was I disappointed. Their matcha crepe tasted nothing like green tea and was extremely doughy. Their ice creams were pretty mediocre as well. Overall, was a little disappointed in this ice cream shop as it’s so close to where I live.

AMAZING! I absolutely love this place! Drove in from Richmond and it was so good! Worth the drive! I bought their waffle with all their toppings. And their green tea bubble tea was great!

While its a bit pricey, the waffles, HK waffles and gelato are solid. Its an enjoyable place to go if youre looking to get away from the craziness of Annandale.

I ordered the crepe with a scoop of gelato. It really wasnt anything special. The gelato didnt have the typical European silky/smooth/soft texture. It. Was more like a mix of frozen yogurt and ice cream. The crepe was good though. The staff was not very friendly...they looked like they didnt want to be there.

Been here so many times that I have lost count. This is my to-go-place whenever I crave for ice cream and crepes.They have many different flavors of frozen yogurt and a few flavors of gelato ice creams with a wide variety of toppings. You have the option of having gelato in a cup or with crepe or Hong Kong waffles. My favorite is the strawberry nutella crepe with chocolate gelato.I only wish they had more branches.Must visit!

Sweet Berry is known for its frozen yogurt but check out the rest of the foods on their menu, especially their crepes - sweet or savory. Granted, the sweet crepes may fill you up but the savory crepes are delicious and probably meet more of the recommended food groups than the sweet crepes. I had the ham and cheese crepe which was delicious! (Note that it hit the meat, dairy, and bread food groups if you count the crepe as a bread.) Parking is tight in that corner of the parking lot but its free and Ive always found an empty spot even if it is a bit of a walk. In any event, Sweet Betty is worth the visit!

We love this place, the kids especially. Their frozen yogurt is exceptional. Their taking every precaution to make the visit safe and pleasant during this COVID situation.

This place is so freaking cute lol i love coming here because of the atmosphere and it just makes me happy. The gelato always hits the spot, but i’ve only ever gotten the gelato so I dont know about the rest of the menu. My friends however all have thoroughly enjoyed whatever they got every time we visit 🥰

The fastest place to get the dessert you need. All the sweets the place offers are really a bomb of flavors. The smoothies are spectacular creamy and the sugar is at its point. I had a great experience. If you go once, you will want to go whenever you think of something sweet. Gentle and attentive staff with clients.

Pretty much what you expect but nice people, clean venue, and the machines work and the toppings are a good selection. No complaints, only wish it was cheaper so I could take the kids more often. Fun sugary time everytime.

A decent ice cream shop with friendly servers. My buddies and I passed by this shop on a sunny afternoon and got some ice cream. They didnt have a lot of flavors to choose from. But the ones we got were really tasty.

There are plenty of options at Sweet Berry and the kids like to bod their own custom treat. This place has a nice feel to it. The little kids table is pretty smart and kind of unique.

Incredibly disappointed with this place and it all has to do with their cashier who checked us out. Due to health ailments, my sister can only eat sorbet at the moment, and sweet berry is her go to place. So that she can get at least 1000 calories in a day (she also takes lipids intravenously to maintain her weight, having been hospitalized 5 times the past month), my mom takes her to get sorbet often. Yesterday, since she cannot eat anything else, my mom went to sweet berry with my sister twice. the first visit went just fine, but the second visit the cashier goes you have already been here today, why are you back? she then proceeded to give a disgusted look on her face as if it was abhorrent my family dare get sorbet twice in one day! when we nodded and explained that this is literally the only thing my sister can eat, she proceeded to check us out, although her attitude and judgement was palpable.Even if my sister could eat whatever she wanted what is the problem with going back to a store twice in one day? I find it disgusting that the cashier felt it important to ask why she was coming back after already coming there. Any type of shaming is disrespectful. The frozen yogurt and sorbet is delicious here, but God forbid you got back twice in one day.....just made us all feel bad.ps-I have written 15 reviews and all of them are 5 stars. this is the first negative review I have ever written and usually I love everything, but the level of disrespect has inspired me to have this addressed.

Sweet Berry has something for everyone... gelato, sweet and savory crepes, waffles, coffees, smoothies, self-serve yogurt with tons of toppings and probably a few things Im missing because the place seems to have all the bases covered. They make fresh crepes on the spot and have cute specials with something like a crepe, shot of espresso and scoop of ice cream on a plate. Basically dessert heaven. I give it four stars because I go there often, but really the quality of the products makes the place a three if were honest.

My go to spot for gelato shakes. Lots of good flavors and so many sweet treat items to choose from. Im a birthday cake flavor fan

Hong Kong waffle is a real treat here, coffee and tea are good too. Crepes are so so (too thin on the edges). Didnt try their omelets so cant judge.

Grew up buying cakes from their location! It is a beautiful quiet location . I ordered a nitro brew and small cake. Parking should be relatively easy, there are a lot of other restaurants on the same row which may cause a congested lot on the weekends.

If I could give zero stars I would! We went to this Sweet Berry and were treated extremely rudely by the staff who proceeded to follow me and my family everywhere we went like they expected us to steal something. I was shocked by how cliche they were by doing this.We were not loud or rude at all and didn’t deserve to be treated differently from any other customers. If you are African American..don’t give them your money..choose another yogurt place that knows how to treat all customers the same.

I had a crepe and a small cup of gelato. The crepe came out warm and delicious, and the small cup of gelato after the crepe perfectly hit the spot.Will definitely try to come back.

If given the choice between two businesses that are in the business of selling secular goods, services, or food, why select the self-righteous business that attempts to infuse religion? They sell breakfast items and open at 11 am. Who does that. If you are willing to put breakfast items on your menu, then you should atleast open in the morning not at close to noon. Nobody is eating breakfast at noon. However, the place is not bad and they sell good food...

Gelato, froyo, crepes..quite an assortment of sweets for picky dessert aficionados. Prices are slightly higher, but not bad for the one stop shop convenience with a diverse assortment of goodies.

The gelato is good, but whats really interesting are the macha crepes and Hong Kong waffles. The crepe is essentially a gelato sundae for walk-around.

The gelato here is wonderful-possibly the best in Northern VA. They have delightful ice cream crepes, which are popular in Europe and Australia but somewhat difficult to find here in the US.My only complaint would be the attitude of some of the staff. One of the ladies actually walked away from us to pick something up off the floor next to a table in the middle of my asking to try a gelato flavor - which I never got to sample. She seemed clearly disgruntled at us for asking to sample flavors. I consider her behavior quite rude towards us, especially considering that we bought several expensive items from their menu.If you dont want to provide free samples, then dont. But you shouldnt offer free samples and then make faces and walk away when your paying customers ask for them.

The gelato is great for adults and the fro yo and topping fun for the kids. We got a taro and a tiramisu gelato tho we wanted their coconut and peanut butter but they were out. Fro yo selections limited too but basics were available. Nice little seating area for young kids.

My go to for froyo. Its not the best for froyo, but its solid for the self-serve, weigh-and-pay aspect. Lots of other options for dessert. Gelato, toast, crepes.The interior is a little dated, but it gets the job done.

Ive been going since the first day it opened and I try something new every time. I have yet to be disappointed. The gelato is great and reminded me of my travels through Europe. The staff is great and so nice. The food is AMAZING - I believe everything is prepared in the back and they dont scrimp you on the special ingredients. If you are in a hurry dont order the food though because its prepared in the back it does take a little time. Im so happy that this little place is doing well and growing.As a side note - if you want to recycle anything just let the staff know. Im unsure why they dont have a basket in the front but they do recycle.

I had one of the crepes with gelato, bananas, and chocolate. While the food was good, the 2 employees who helped us didnt seem very enthusiastic about being alive. I would have given them another star if the staff had been a little more enthusiastic.

I didnt really like the vanilla flavored yogurt. It had NO flavor. But the orange flavored yogurt was good.

Fantastic gelato, made to order Belgian crepes and of course - signature frozen yogurt in a variety of flavors and toppings. Clean and cheery, it can be crowded at times - but worth the brief wait. Only a few steps away from Chuck E Cheese, Orangetheory gym and Ephipany Pilates if you want to reward yourself or provide an extra treat.
