Very clean and large. They have great air quality inside and the rest rooms are clean and new. The western omelet was great and the biscuit is outstanding. Two of us got seated right way.
Its been about two years since going to this location. Silver diner fresh menu of quality foods made it pleasure to eat there. Will definitely go back.
Silver diner is always our favorite breakfast spot because it’s fast, delicious, and consistent every single time. I don’t know if any other chain restaurants that are as consistent with the food as Silver Diner does it. The locally sourced ingredients are a nice touch to the farm-to-table kind of eating. We usually dine outside but have ordered take out before.
So excited to find a diner with actual vegan options that tasted amazing! My husband was so pleased. Staff was very polite as well. The only downfall was they ran out of creamer for my coffee but that just means business is booming as they had a line out the door while we were there. Great job Silver Diner! If we happen to stop in Virginia area again we will definitely stop here again.
Food was pretty good. They offer several healthy, alternative & vegan options. Very clean restaurant and the wait staff was nice.
I love this place! Because I live close, I always make sure to come here on weekends with my family for brunch. The food is always delicious and our waiters are so nice! The menu is varied with lots of vegan, vegetarian, heart healthy options and service is fast. Definitely recommend coming for brunch/lunch!
There are absolutely no words on how to describe how amazing this place is and what I mean by no words is that the staff here will go to the ends of the Earth for their customers. Unlike the silver diner in Alexandria Virginia, this place actually has more than one server for the entire restaurant and the staff is much friendlier. Ive never had a bad meal here and they can also help modify any dish that you have to your liking.I want to take the time out to say thank you to all the staff who work there and please keep doing what youre doing.
Love this place, been here about 5 times and the food is always good. The service is great and fast and the prices are very good for the fresh taste. Love the feel inside but also love the outside patio/seating. They have a lot of flowers outside and really care about appearance.
Really enjoyed the healthy options on the dinner menu. Had the acai banana shake with the lemon chicken and enjoyed.

I used to love their food and ambiance when I visited their Richmond location. This round, not so much. The food is on the pricier end given the quantity. Seats are super tight and not baby friendly. If you have a 1 or 2 years old that like to explore everything on the table, this place is probably a no-no as they dont allow high chair in the walk way. Staff is just okay, dont come to check in on your table besides taking orders, bringing food or collecting check.
Tented outside dining was wonderful! Food was excellent and arrived in a timely manner. We felt the pricing was way too high for a diner but the food and service were good.
I’ve been to other Silver Diner locations that were perfectly fine. The service was great here, but the food (French toast) was below average, there was a 1” piece of bacon attached to my French toast (I’m a vegetarian) and I saw a literal mouse run by me as I was eating. Will not be returning to a Silver Diner.
Wheelchair accessibility - I visited the restaurant and found I could not use the restroom because the toilet in the handicapped stall was way too low. I left a comment on the Silver Diner website about the situation. Within three days, I received a call from the Fair Oaks manager letting me know it had been corrected and that an ADA compliant toilet had been installed. Not only is their food excellent, I was blown away by the rapidness of their response to my concern. Great restaurant and great management!
This is a great spot for a quick breakfast! My favorites are Belgian waffles, bananas stuffed french toast, and eggs Benedict.
The usual Silver Diner fare. There are some nice innovative items, tho they were out of the Just Egg. Many menu items have nutritional info. Burgers and fries always good, lamb sliders a nice twist. Good service and large outdoor seating area.
This place is awesome. Welcoming and very helpful staff. Great food. If youre not eating here you are in the wrong place!

Ive never been to any Silver Diner until this past weekend, and this was a good first experience! I went for breakfast on Memorial Day. My Belgian waffle was delicious! Eggs and bacon were pretty standard diner fare breakfast. But I was very, very pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was. I like my coffee strong, which is usually impossible at a restaurant or diner. But this place made it nice and strong and poured it into a nice big mug, not those dinky tip cups most diners use. This let me keep my coffee:cream:sugar ratios in tact because the server didnt have to come fill up a tiny cup multiple times. I will definitely be back for breakfast!
Beware, the place uses old grease to cook any fried foods. Last night, I ordered chicken tenders and fries. I’ve been sick ever since. However, the service was good.
The outside is the traditional look of a Silver Diner. Inside it is well maintained and decor is consistent with the diner of old. I was very surprised by the amount of healthy food on the menu. The chicken and waffles was really good but I was very impressed with the chicken fried steak. Some of the best meat and flavor I have had here in Nova. Coffee was.... Coffee! Only reason for the 4* was the pricing. Hard to eat there for under $10 an adult but worth every dime. More affordable options would be nice.
We had a wonderful lunch outside at this restaurant last week. The service was great and my lunch was delicious with very fresh vegetables. We love that they have the outdoor seating, so crucial during these times. We hope to go again soon when we are in that area.

Impressed with farm-to-table menu selections. Liver and onions is delicious, perfectly cooked. Outdoor seating under a tent made the experience even better, even in summer temps.

Our waitress for today’s brunch was Jennifer and she was fantastic. Very attentive and kind. The hostesses working that shift on the other hand were pretty incompetent and unwelcoming. The one with the glasses was rude for no reason.
Absolutely loved our experience! Our servers were Steven and Joaquin. They checked on us and provided us outstanding service. A lot of the menu options are Halal. They made sure that the meals we got were Halal and well done. The milkshakes and burgers were an absolute delight. Thank you for the awesome experience. We will definitely be coming again! :)
My 1st time visiting and it was nice. The service was good. The food was so good that I cleaned my plate. I had the pancakes with egg and chicken sausage. I will definitely visit again.
We ordered thru Uber Eats, the food was good, had almost finished my salmon when I discovered a black hair in the sauce so I couldn’t finish that and last but not least the meatballs in the meatless mac & cheese, it’s not a full meatball it’s only half, so the picture looks like it’s a full meatball but it’s half so we got robbed on the meatballs but other than that it was good. :)

Food and service were solid. The ribeye cheese steak was very, very good. shoestring french fries with organic tomato ketchup were excellent. The prices were a bit more than expected for a diner setting, otherwise the review would be 5 stars. Likely to return if the cheese steak monster returns!
Had lunch here with my mother a few weeks ago, and it was not the best. Tbh I dont remember what I got - I know it was a burger though with coleslaw. Neither item was yummy. I finished my mothers waffle 🧇 instead and it was delicious 😋 wont come back again for lunch but will come for breakfast only.
The food here was great and our waiter was very attentive. So why two stars? When we walked in my friend and I stood at the host booth for almost 10 minutes while three employees stood there and decided to keep talking amongst themselves. Rather than bring us to the table. Then one of the hostesses took two menus in her hand and stood further apart from the other two emplyees and just kept talking and laughing amongst eachother. I just dont have words for such reckless abandon for a customer. Im glad I didnt leave because the food turned out being great. But the overall experience was overshadowed by a poor first impression.
Service was super friendly. Cant say enough about how welcoming my server was.The food was so-so. I got the corned beef hash and eggs. The eggs were fine, but the corned beef hash and the home fries just tasted a little off. The corned beef hash seemed like it wasnt brined enough, essentially.
We stopped over to get some dinner and I honestly didnt know what to expect. It looks a traditional old fashioned diner on the outside. I was actually quit shocked when I looked at the menu and saw all the healthy options. Calorie and sugar gram counts were available next to items on the menu. It was great to see how the vegan and veggie items were readily integrated into the menu and not excluded like an other category. We sat at the counter and had great customer service. The hibiscus lemonade tea was also a pleasant surprise. I would like to come back and try other items on the menu, next time. Overall, it was a great experience and I was happy to find out that many of the veggies and fruits are harvested locally. I wish this diner was available in New York.

They have dine in and dine out option. The outdoor dining is very nice for most outdoor dining set up during covid. There are a lot of flowers hanging from the tent and the ambience is very nice. I had the protein oat milk blueberry pistachio pancakes and they were so good. I am dairy-free and was very happy to be able to enjoy pancakes for once!
Always love coming here with my family. The kids love the food and the shakes are always a hit. We especially look forward to that extra serving since it’s given to you along with the left over shaker that didn’t quite fit in the glass! The French toast made with brioche bread so light and fluffy that you just need to order seconds from the start. I find myself going there more often nowadays that their menu has increased to accommodate more vegan dishes. This is truly a spot for everyone.

We rarely go out to eat and when we do I am usually disappointed, but decided to try Silver Diner with the family and Really Enjoyed the food. I ordered the Brussel Sprouts & Hummus Bowl and it was Delicious!!!! The family loved their food too!!! Our server was new to the restaurant, but she did a fantastic job of getting our questions answered and providing great service!

I always loved Silver Diner growing up, and through the years have been very impressed with their commitment to local ingredients and healthy food. They have a huge menu, offering lots of classic diner options as well as tons of choices for all dietary restrictions. Prices are good and service is always excellent. If I only had to eat at one restaurant for the rest of my life, this would be it.

Choices of Large eggs, however you like em, including bread, meats, and vegetables … fresh … from local growers. As they say, who could ask for anything more?
Burger was a tad overcooked but everything else was absolutely perfect. Highly recommend their hummus, vegan and regular burgers, and shrimp quesadilla!

They have carved a lovely outside seating area which is surrounded by flowers! You can order items a la carte so you can match the serving size to your appetite. The blueberry pancakes were delicious and had just the right any of berries.
Pretty standard place. I got the balsamic toast thing? Don’t remember the name. I liked it a lot though. My scrambled eggs were decent. I also shared some home fries and turkey bacon and I liked both. Nothing to wow me but all pretty good!
Caters to many dietary needs and preferences. I love the chefs creativity in creating combinations such as the shrimp and watermelon salad that includes pomegranate seeds, quinoa, olives, feta, and fresh basil. Feels like the combinations are created just for me! There is so much variety on the menu, everyone I dine with finds something they like.
The food is good. But the woman night time manager accused me of using a alternative door to enter in the eatery. I answered her questions three times. So I recommend you come during the day time.

Always a favorite! We rarely eat at restaurants now during the pandemic and this team put my mind at ease. There is significant distancing, all servers wear masks, and disinfection protocols are evident and well-advertised. Service was great with our server bringing extra waters for the kids mid-meal before we even asked. And the food is pretty good. I got the Ancient Grain Shrimp Bowl- highly recommended.
We waited more than 20 minutes after being placed at the table, the waiters passed by but they ignore us, even tho my husband called them. We left the place without consuming. It has been the worst experience.

Good service and outdoor seating is quite nice. The food, however, wasnt very good. I tried the Reuben (very chewy), lamb meatballs, and the cauliflower sandwich.
Host was very confused while getting us a table. Seemed like internal misunderstanding about table availability. The table we got was not the cleanest but the hostess was kind enough to promptly clean it for us. Serving staff was very nice and friendly. Food tasted great, healthy and rather lean selection of steaks. Vegetable sides were surprisingly fresh and better prepared than most local places.
We love the Silver Diner! In our opinion the food is as good or better than much more expensive places. The menu offers a wide variety of choices including both conventional and healthy options. They get really creative with salads, shakes, smoothies and alcoholic beverages. Service has been prompt when we were there which was a bit on the early side for lunch.

Delicious dessert. Great big portions on the milkshakes and brownie dessert. Was hoping the brownie would be more gooey and be served HOT under the ice cream, but it wasnt. The brownies were a little too cakey. The flavor was good. Love the jukeboxes. Our spot was a bit drafty and cold. Fine service.

I LOVE this location of Silver Diner and I practically visit, everyday. The Vegan options are Awesome and I love their Farm to Table practice.The location is Clean, Bright, Well-organized, Efficient and Expedient with orders.Managers and Staff are great, EXCEPT a new Manager, CLAUDIA RODECNO whom was rude, argumentative when I brought a soda back in, because it was acidic with no sweetness and turns out, she gave me the incorrect soda vs. what I ordered. My Caesar salad, she also ordered, incorrectly, but likely would not have made the mistake had she not cut me off when telling her the specifics of the order. Although, she gave me a Complimentary entree coupon for a future visit, my experiences with her have been poor and uninviting.Overall, my almost daily visits are Great and I hope they address the attitude of a poor Manager when it comes to Proper, Friendly and Inviting Customer Service, so that Mine and the Customer Experience, in general remains Top Notch.
