My wife bought two pairs of their shoes for both of us for my birthday. We didnt wear it until after my birthday, which was a month after. Her shoe furs just fell off half of them after a week of wearing it, which was after the 30 days return policy. Their shoes are not as good as Ugg and only a bit cheaper than Ugg. I think it is better to pay more for Ugg to be safe.

Love the boots at this place! Nice quality and very warm as my feet are always cold so it was just what I was looking for.... the reason I gave them 2 stars is because as one reviewer mentioned.... VERY PUSHY sales people. Additionally I was quoted around $200 for a pair of boots with some percent off because it was a good deal, which I found crazy. Did some research OH GUESS WHAT. Its online. Look it up. Cloud Nine Sheepskin. Thank me later. They even offer free shipping on orders over $100. ONLY BUY AT THE ONLINE PLACE. Shoes come fast, great quality and are CHEAPER.

BEWARE!! I use to love this store, they have great and unique products that I loved to give as Christmas gifts to loved ones. Its a seasonal business that opens around Halloween and closes just after the new year starts. For the past few years I always worked with the same salesman. It was a college student that was polite, very respectful, and knew about all the different products. He was not pushy and seemed to really care about his customers. He also had a great eye for fun gifts. I recommended shopping with him to all my friends and I know they all had great experiences as well. I say all this because it leads to why I rated them 2 star. Sadly, I guess he moved onto bigger and better things because he was gone last year. Instead, the store is now fully of PUSHY and RUDE salespeople. In the past I refused to deal with the manager because she was so pushy and I only dealt with him. Now I have no options. The salespeople have literally thrown shoes on the ground insisting I try them on and wrapped clothes around me without my permission. I cant believe a business owner would insist that salespeople act like pushy street vendors. So while I absolutely love their products, I will not be shopping at this store ever again. Maybe I can find the products online this year.
