This is a nice little market that offers many African products. Although they dont have as much as Jungle Jims across the street from the African section its so nice to support your local small businesses. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products that they have and will answer any questions that you have.
I go there for the Shea butter...
Thank God the owner of this store is not God! So rude and full of himself. Cant wait for another Africa market in CINCINNATI!!!
They almost always have what I need!
Good
Lovely market ❤ I love it much because I got all I want from there prices are cool
Its not bad for what they sell. Just that they need a little more work to be done in order to improve the business. I will recommend you check it out. Not necessarily to buy.
They dont price items in shelves and customers have been requesting that for ever ! Items in freezers dont match with plastic containers description. At check out time, they be talking at phone with no considerations showed to customers ...
Do not go there bad place there in our country
Cant imagine how this shop attendant was trying to be so smart over my purchases just a matter of turning away from the register to get me some yams, she tried to double the price of one of my items. The good thing is that the spirit of God spoke to me to take a second look at my receipt, I identified the error and went back to the shop for my refund. The $25 worth of yams l got too only one was ok. What a mess.
They are rude as hell. Go to the other smaller store. If you want to be treated with respect. I will NEVER recommend anyone to this location, nor will I ever come back here!
Great place to send money international to your loved ones and great deals on food and hair products.
Amazing service
Lots of authentic African Foods. I usually get the pure Shea butter and the African Black Soap.
If your into African Cuisine this is the place to go to get ingredients. Besides that they have ALMOST anything you may need
The owner was very nice. The store was clean and well stocked.
The address on here need to be updated. The Asafo African Market is located in Dixie Highway in front of the Restoration Church of Christ International. A good store to shop at for African Food and the owner is very nice. They are the only store in Cincinnati that carry the calabar chalk or pitterstone.
The people welcome me with Joy And they help you pick all the items. A great place to do all your African Caribbean groceries
Its a good place for buying products
Good West African food market.

No price tags on the products, I had to keep going back to ask for the price of everything
