They did a great job! They helped me troubleshoot the issue, and find the most affordable option for my needs. The turnaround time was expected to be one or two days, and they completed the work within a matter of a few hours. I’m also very grateful for how graciously they handled my questions and concerns when I misunderstood something about the work completed.

I have taken two vehicles here, one for hitting a deer and one for some cosmetic fixes. They are prompt about getting me in and returning calls. Parnell is wonderful about trying to get you the best deal around. The entire staff is courteous and took time to talk to me while I was waiting. I have learned to trust their expertise over the past 30 years.I asked Steve and his top mechanic, Ken, where to get body and paintwork done, and they said the best place in town was Finney Auto Body.My 16-year-old car was in the shop at Finney for one week, and when Igot her back she looked like she belonged in a new car showroom....allshiny and bright and slick with a new clear-coat on top! They did an excellent job: very thorough in prepping the surfaces and exacting in matching the paint color.I can be happy now for the NEXT 16 years! The folks at Finney are allvery friendly and eager to please. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Prenell went above and beyond to get us in quickly to install top quality racks on our van. We were pressed for time with a fast approaching depature date. Not only did he squeeze is into his packed schedule. He did even better than we ever could have envisioned. Incredible outside the box thinking and craftsmanship at an unbeatable price. Our Subaru was rear ended, with such great force---the chassis was totally damaged---the metal under the spare tire was bent like a concertina--even the steering pulled strongly to the left--most mechanics thought it should be totaled--- but we were lucky enough to find FINNEY AUTO BODY--who took it over and magically repaired all the damage, painted it ---we just picked it up and it looks and drives like a new car ---WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS REPAIR SHOP --THEY ARE KNOWLEGABLE AND THOROUGH--CANNOT PRAISE THEM ENOUGH !!!
