I was in a bad accident in a snow storm. Route 1 took care of everything. They picked up my car at the scene of the accident and even talked with my insurance company about needed repairs for my car. They made the process as smooth as possible for me and were friendly and helpful.

Not on time, never give updates, never answer phones, took over a month if they had to many jobs should not have excepted another car, just would never recommend, unsatisfied

Great work, honest shop

I had brand new car that I got in an accident in and they said the car would take 2-3 weeks to fix. It ended up taking 6 weeks to finish. I also got no phone call notifying me that it was going to take 3 weeks longer than they told me. Finally after I got my car back, it turns out that they missed a giant scratch on my passenger window. How do you have a car in the shop for 6 weeks and miss the giant scratch in the passenger window? They also washed and waxed the car when I got it back which was a very nice courtesy but here were wax marks everywhere on the car. The manager was quick to apologize about the window and ordered a new one as soon as I left. I appreciate that. He said it would take 30 mins to replace it when the window comes in. It took 2 hours and 45 mins to replace the window. Both times there were no apologies for the timeline being wildly underestimated. The main guy is very nice and the repairs that they did were immaculate. I understand that things happen in the car world and not everything is rock solid, but the entire repair process could have been handled better.

They did an awesome job on my car!!! Hamza was great, he was upfront, honest and transparent about the entire process. He communicated through email, and was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend route 1 auto body to anyone that needs body work on their car!

Buffed out the stretches on the side of my car and truly looks like nothing ever happened. Hamza was extremely friendly and always willing to help!

If you ever find yourself in a situation and want someone that cares as much about your car as much as you do this is the place you want to go too!!! Wether it’s a small scratch or some love is needed. I was involved in a couple accidents and Hamza the manager of the shop told me don’t worry that it will be better then new. Well I worried for no reason anyway because its my car so of course I am going to worry. But Hamza made sure that I was kept up to date with the repairs. Hamza treated my car as if it was his own. I am one that expects integrity in workmanship and I am telling you they nailed it on the head!!! I will bring my car here for life!!! Thank you Hamza and to the team at Route 1 👌👌👌

Okay, but rough edge on door when I got the car. Sloppy, is should have been noticed and addressed. They did smooth it out a little.

This place absolutely sucks. They did the worst job ever. I would never go back or recommend this place to any one!

This place did the worst job ever!!! I brought my Brand new car in to get fixed, i was hit in the back so this shop got paid top dollar to do the repairs. My trunk and back bumper is not even aligned correctly and there are scratches on my supposedly new bumper My tail light popped off as soon as i picked it up and had scratches on it so it was not new and they refused to fix it. Owner is rude and my car looks worse than ever, I DO NOT recommend going there!!!
