The first girl I had to provide the waxing service was a very rude and cold person. Every word she spoke came out with a nasty attitude. Im not sure what was going on that day but I was met with this attitude. She made me feel terribly. I told her that she made me feel uncomfortable and she started yelling at me telling me that she had done this for five years and has never had a problem. She had wax on me. She ripped off the wax and told me to get dressed that she would not wax me. She was so nasty towards me and I felt so vulnerable being naked from the waist down. She stood there staring at me and yelling at me while I was trying to get dressed. I asked her to leave while I got dressed and she refused. I felt so disgusted with the way she acted. It made me feel so degraded. I spoke with the manager after. When I was in the managers office I was in tears the girl came in and asked if she should stay in the office. I asked her to leave. The manager apologized repeatedly. She gave me time to get myself together and had me see another person to wax me. The new person was amazing. Made me feel so comfortable and did a really great job. Afterwards the manager said that I would not have to pay for the service. I wish I had the second girl first because she was awesome and despite the manager trying to make things right I dont think Ill go back to this one.

I have been using the European wax center for over 5 years. I have never experienced such disrespect. It was my first time in the Fairfield one and I am never stepping foot in that place again. I was running late when I arrived the girl at the desk was very nice and polite and I apologized for being late. When she went in the back to check with the wax specialist. She started yelling I am not doing this today and a bunch of other disrespectful regards. Worst experience of my life and the poor receptionist had to apologize for her ill manner outburst.

Went in today to get a Brazilian wax after a year of not waxing. I recently moved and decided to try this location, I felt as if my wax was rushed and was being pushed too hard to buy EWC products. I didn’t buy any because I can find other products for cheaper somewhere else. When I got home, I found many pieces of wax still on me! Mind you I didn’t find the left over pieces till 8 hours later when I got home from a long day! PAINFUL to take off!

Was going here years ago then stopped but started up again and I couldnt be more happy ! Not only with a friendly staff but I feel safe and it is always clean ! Bree is amazing at what she does and helps this pregnant momma all the time!

Amanda is legitimately the best at waxing! And that’s an understatement. When I first found her at European Wax in Fairfield, I had been bouncing around to different locations for close to a year and hadn’t found anyone that I didn’t dread going to see. Somehow Amanda makes Brazilians painless, something I didn’t think was possible, and now I’ll never go to anyone else ever again! After taking a 9 month hiatus during Covid, I went back to waxing today and was horrified about the pain as I would be starting over again. I should’ve known not to even worry because Amanda is literally so good at her job that I felt like I was on my regular 4 week schedule and that 9 months of no waxing hadn’t even occurred! I’m the biggest baby when it comes to pain so trust me when I say that if you’re new to waxing or if you’ve been scarred for life from a bad waxer in the past GO TO AMANDA! She will completely change the waxing game for you! I’ll never go to anyone else ever again!

I would recommend European Wax center to anyone looking to get wanted. This is where I got my first Brazilian wax done by Toni. Although waxing is painful for me, Toni kept me comfortable and we laughed the whole time. It was a great experience!The salon is very clean, organized and professional.

I started going to European Wax Center when I lived in Tucson, AZ and I had just purchased a 12+1 package when I found out I was moving. I was thrilled to know that the package would continue when I was relocated back east for work. Package deals are the way to go! It is always clean, quick in & out, and great service. Becky is the best...I love her and have been using her for the last 3 years. She is so friendly and always asks me whats new and she always remembers what we talked about last. I am there for maybe 15 minutes (max) but that personal touch of remembering your customer really makes a difference.

This place is by far the BEST !! Been going there for a year and some months and everyone in there is very genuine and extremely nice ! The two wax specialist I would recommend are Krystina and Melba !!! Hands down, they are the best. I been going for over 6-7 years in Fairfield location and Westport location, tried almost everyone that works there. I had good and not so good experience.Two years ago I met Amanda and she really changed my experience in to excellent experience. If she is not working the day I am off I will wait until I book the appointment with her. She is very very very good at her job. If she leave Fairfield location I will follow her because Brazilian is very sensitive treatment and she is expert.Thank you Amanda.

The deals they have are unmatchable, the unlimited year passes has saved me 100s of dollars. I have my services done by Samantha at the fairfield location, shes quick and efficient, and Im constantly complimented on my eyebrows, her skill set makes the experience painless and easy.

Definitely hit or miss here depending on who you get. I would say at least 50% of the time you will have skin ripped off or some form of minor scarring. The other 50% is skilled technicians. Once I use up my package here, I probably wont be back.

My first Brazilian wax and it was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had compared to my previous location I used to go to...toni made me real comfortable gave me great breathing technics to help with the stripes....she did a absolutely amazing job...my eyebrows have never looked this great she listened to my needs and she did exactly just that...I would highly recommend her I will be making it a routine from now on...

What a bunch of low class psychopaths. There policy is to schedule your next appointment even if you dont ask. So, after I was left a mesage as a reminder I called back to cancel. The next day(today) I was called and repremanded for missing my appointment even though I called them yesterday to cancel the appointment THEY MADE without asking! The rude, low class girl repremanded me and threatened but before I could hear my punishment I quickly told her to never call me again. Pure harrassment is what just happened! They should have left it at waxing me as low class as they act the wax was ok. And I do mean ok. Nothing special.

WORST WAX EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never be returning.DO NOT recommend.For starters, I have never written a review for anything, EVER, but I decided it was a must for this. I recently moved back to the state and it was time for a wax (I have been getting waxed for over a year now, Brazilian & underarms. I do not shave). I googled different places to get waxed in Fairfield County and European Wax Center seemed to be most popular.I made two separate appointments on different days in the same weekend for my underarms and Brazilian, because of what I had going on that weekend and the upcoming week. First to get done was my underarms. When I got there, the ladies at the front desk were super nice and helpful. I was really surprised with the place itself, it felt and looked like a doctors office. When I think of a waxing center I think more of a spa and comforting feel to the place (past experiences) because lets be honest, getting waxed isnt the best feeling in the world...not here. There was nothing calming about this place at all. But that is besides the point, when I was getting my underarms waxed the lady doing it seemed very impatient and not so friendly. This was by far the longest underarm wax I have gotten, she kept going over each one multiple of times. Once it was finally done I paid and went home. Not thinking to check them out before I left, because they do seem professional there and seemed like theyd do a great job, especially since she went over it a bunch of times. I decided to look at them once I got home...WORST WAX I HAVE EVER GOTTEN. I had soo many hairs left that I HAD to shave it off because it looked terrible and left me with a bunch of tiny bumps. On top of that, I was left with a HUGE welt/burn that stayed for an entire week. I was so upset.Two days later it was time to go in for my Brazilian, which I was absolutely dreading because of my previous experience, but I had a different lady this time around so I figured it wouldnt be as bad. She was extremely nice and made me feel really comfortable. Once the wax was done she suggested a serum I should purchase, I did not say yes or no but once it was time to pay, the serum was already on my bill... I decided Ill just try it out, that was an extra $30. The lady at the desk asked me if I wanted to make another appointment and I specifically said no. A couple weeks later I get a call to confirm my appointment and make sure I will be going, after I already told her not to make another appointment for me. Now about my Brazilian, again... WORST one I have ever gotten!! Like my underarms, I had lots of hairs left, long ones too. Once it started to grow back in I had a ton on ingrown hairs and my hair has never been so dry. It never grew back right.Like I said, I have been getting waxed for way over a year now and NEVER EVER had an experience like this. I WILL NOT be returning to this company and will not recommend it to ANYBODY.Time to look for another waxing place in Fairfield County.

A good friend of mine interviewed here for a waxing specialist job and she interviewed at two other EWC. She has esthetics experience. All three places said to her ( shes perfect for the job) made things look so positive. She wasnt hired at either of them. These places in my opinion in seem very phony and especially the management. Its so cruel and disrespectful how she was treated. I dont recommend anyone to these places - too much turnover too. They really seem like they like to play games. Way too immature for my liking - and all the gals Ive seen working at EWC are like 32 and younger ( hire more professional mature people)
