Its a nice store and the workers are always willing to help you and explain the products that they have in the store. They always make sure to explain what sales they have before a customer goes into the store to look around. I dont go in as much as I used to since I no longer work in the mall but its nice to go in on occasion.

Always enjoy the smells and selection. This is about the only place I will go shopping with the wife and enjoy it. Coupons and sales are always a good combination. These make nice gifts for a quick occasion.

Velia and Quinn were extremely rude. Unfortunately Quinn is the MANAGER. Quinn’s attitude was the worst. I wouldn’t come here even if you were close by and wanted to do some shopping 😬

I went there to buy Sandalwood body oil. The sales lady said she never had such a thing. Well while I was there I was going to check out some hand lotions. Its not the way it used to be. They had some sample bottles but not the ones I wanted to try. I suppose this is the sign of the times. I just dont like ordering things online.

Associate went above and beyond in assisting me here.I was looking for a specific candle scent. Although she seemed firmly confident in telling me that one was sold out, she quickly checked a couple cabinets around the area to be 100% sure. I kindly thanked her and proceeded to look around a little more. Naturally I assumed that would be the end of our interactions. I was slightly disappointed, but not at all with her because I truly believed she did all she was able to do in assisting me and her effort was appreciated ! But she wasnt done !Shortly after that, she presented me with a couple different candles with similar scents to what I was looking for. Much to my surprise, one of the candles she brought me was actually a scent I purchased before and had totally forgotten about. I couldnt thank her enough! We chatted briefly about more candle stuff before I happily headed to the register to pay.I didnt get her name but thanks to her I left that store 100% satisfied and in a great mood. We need more like her ! !

We had a great experience there! We always love the Bath and Body works ( who cant use some aromatherapy in the middle of the day and the mall?!). Today, the store wasnt very crowded at all, and maybe that afforded them a bit more time, but even still, we basically had a personal shopper. Marisol was the main young woman that assisted us. She took us around the store, helped us with finding gifts for those we described, and even carried our shopping bag as we browsed. It was like being treated to a bit of peace and luxury in the midst of a very chaotic world. The store was bright and clean. Things were easy to find, and everything was sanitized between each customer! Good work Bath and Body Works! We highly recommend this store!

They have so many varieties of scents. Its really incredible. It is a bit pricey though but when they are on sale, its pretty good.

Staff are very helpful and friendly! I love every single product they have specially the body scrubs! I just wish the coupons they give out when you checkout could be used right away during the checkout.

I love it when the manager closes the store 5 mins before 6 when I just need to grab my hand soap. The store closes at 6 on Sundays I understand but its not 6.. Im glad u can make ur own hours

The customer service is excellent. There always seems to be discounts and deals going on so I visit often. Plenty of selection, you wont be dissapointed. (Maybe a little cramped but its a mall store)

Quinn,What made you think it was okay to have a personal conversation on the phone while ringing us out? You didnt even have the courtesy to tell the person you were speaking with on the phone that you had to wait on a customer. From the moment I asked you for help you were up at the register scrolling through your phone and our last encounter was you gossiping to whomever was on the phone about another co worker I assume. Get off the phone, do your job, and treat others how you would want to be treated. Im sure youre not allowed to have your cell phone while working the floor.
