I ordered the magic Hogwarts acceptance letter with tickets and I absolutely love how it turned out. The foil print is perfect and the customer service was wonderful. There are many options to pick from when your filling out your order form. I will be putting these in a frame with photos of are trip to universal studios. The letter and as the envelope was addressed were great! I would have liked to have seen a real wax seal though and since it was ordered as a dead letter if the envelope had looked more worn, even if it were just the shading it would have been better. All in all good!

I ordered a Hogwarts Acceptance Letter from Legendary Letters and I LOVE IT! Firstly, the letter was mailed within days of ordering (as described) and arrived well-packaged to keep it safe. The letter is so realistic - the wording is as it was in the book and to add to it, youre able to go through and choose from several options for personalizing it. Anyways, it looks real (like the movie, for example) and also has a wax Hogwarts seal and everything. Would definitely buy another one (either for myself or another person). Best part, its reasonably priced! Definitely recommend!

Let me start by saying that i tried to go through a different company the first time around to get a Hogwarts letter for my daughters 11th birthday. That company cost twice as much, gave no response and i had to fight for a refund. The entire process was 3 months of fighting. Stacy at Legendary Letters was SO WONDERFUL to work with. I emailed her right after i placed my order ( half the price of the one i tried for before ) she responded right away, and was so nice. The letter took exactly a week to get to my daughter, and was perfect and well crafted. I emailed her again to let her know it arrived and how happy my daughter was. And again she was nothing but gracious. This is a wonderful company with excellent customer service, i would recommend them for sure!
