1 star, only because 0 stars is not an option.Do NOT take your phone here for a screen replacement.Took my phone there and the next day, a crack popped up on the screen. Phone was not dropped or hit. Cracks got worse over the next few days.Took it back, they replaced the screen.Next day, cracks formed again and progressively got worse.Took it back and had to speak to manager. He all but accused me of lying when I said phone was not dropped or hit.Go anywhere but here.

Needed a screen repair on my 5 month old iPhone SE and fast so I came here for a quick fix. It was actually done wrong the first time by someone else there, and after a week of anxiety about how I would be treated when I went back in to explain the things that were going wrong with the new screen, I was fortunate to walk in to Nicole and Skyler today who were honestly a customer service dream team.They greeted me as soon as I walked in, and when I started to show and tell what was going on with my phone, Skyler literally started finishing my sentence, he knew exactly what was going on. Nicole took over getting me checked in and she did the repair- she too seemed immediately knowledgeable about what the other tech had done wrong and she assured me they would take care of it.I expected to be questioned and asked why it took a week to get back here, but was met with only warmth, friendliness, and solutions.Nicole did the repair correctly, not just fixing what was wrong but actually taking it a step further and using new parts to ensure that there would be no other issues. She even threw a screen protector on the phone for free.What an incredibly refreshing experience- they made my day!

Looking to get a cellphone battery replaced was met with the counter person asking for the password of the cellphone to work on it. Seriously who needs access to someones personal info, bank accounts, social media accounts, photos, friends, to work on a cellphone. Looking pretty suspicious Batterys Plus.

Great service and have everything I need in bulbs nd batteries.

I was in and out in less than 2 minutes getting a new battery for my key fob. They even installed it.

I called on a Monday evening and spoke to someone about getting the screen and back glass fixed on my Motorola Moto z 3 and was told it would take three days to get the parts because they didnt have them in stock. On Thursday evening I called again and spoke to a different person who informed me that the parts had not been ordered. They said that parts would be in by Monday and scheduled an 8 am appointment to get my phone fixed on Tuesday. They didnt even call to let me know the parts didnt come in until I showed up for my appointment. I will never give them my business again.

The guy broke the seal on my watch while changing the battery. Now my watch wont keep time anymore. His back was turned to me while he was having trouble opening it. He went to his co worker and said I broke the seal. I assumed they would put another on. Thats what I get for assuming. My watch that Ive worn and loved for years is no good. Thanks b&b I know its nothing I can prove me against pretty good sized company. Who do you think will win? I would never take any watch there again! I would rather pay $30 and know that some kid is not ruining my watch that I always wore. My lesson is you get what you pay for!!

Absolutely horrendous service. I needed to get my back camera repaired for my S7. I visited this store FIVE times, setting up appointments and calling each time to make sure they had the right parts my phone needed. During my first visit, one employee said that she had the correct parts and would fix it in 1 hour. I came back an hour later and my still broken camera was handed back to me with NO explanation as to why it wasnt fixed.Before I visited the store again, I called and emailed them a WEEK in advance so that they could order the correct parts. I did this to be entirely sure that there wouldnt be any complications like the first time. When I visited the store again and dropped off my phone, I came back after an hour just for them to tell me that they ordered the wrong part. They placed another order for the plastic piece that my phone needed and it arrived at their store a week later.Before I went to their store for my third visit, I called them ahead of time to make sure that the parts were there. The employee informed me that I could visit the store anytime since I was their ONLY appointment that day. I drove to the store at 3:00pm just to read a sign that said, STORE CLOSED, AIR CONDITIONING ISSUES. Why couldnt they have called me about that if I was their only appointment that day?I went to the store when they were open later in the week for my FOURTH visit. After dropping my phone off again, the employee told me that the part my phone needed wasnt compatible with plastic and that it actually needed a glass piece.Later in the week, an employee had informed me that all of the parts I needed were all finally present at the store. I went in for the final time today just for them to tell me they didnt have the glass. What a joke. If they ever offer to order the correct parts for you, take your business elsewhere because chances are theyll either order another wrong part for you or lose track of it. This establishment is an absolute nightmare.

Made an appointment online, received confirmation, reorganized my schedule, then drove 1 hour (in rush hour traffic) to Fairfield to ensure that I arrived on time. Arrived early only to learn that the man behind the counter had let the repair tech go home ... he claimed he had called me and left a message (HE DIDNT) and then tried to reschedule.Dont more if I more enraged that these people cant coordinate the online/retail components of their company OR the fact they think its okay to LIE to customers. To make matters worse, he then tried to offer me a corporate discount ... only to pull it back because he realized I would already be getting a discount for making my appointment online and that they couldnt offer me two discounts!In summary, Batteries Plus Bulbs DISRESPECT their customers valuable time and are seemingly DISHONEST. August 2 2019 around 1:30 pm Fairfield store. I was looking for rayovac flashlight to replace the one I lost yesterday. I returned to the same store where I purchased few months back. I gave the exact description of the flashlight to a staff member and a man wearing blue shirt and prescription glasses told me they dont deal rayovac. I grabbed a rayovac flashlight and pointed at some AA batteries and I told him whats the brand? One thing is product knowledge and other thing is being ignorant, unable to provide accurate information. That man is main reason I am not buying from that business again. I already spent on 2 car batteries, 7 of the same flash light(8th lost one x $20 each) and a lot AAA, AA, 9 Rayovac brand. I am not buying from this business any longer. Go somewhere else.

I got to this business at 615 on and they were closed. I had even called earlier in the day and spoke to a sales person and they said they close at 7 pm. After I got there I even looked them up on line and it says they were open and dont close until 7 pm. This is poor business if you are gonna close earlier than you should you might as well change your hours.
