Evangelie was a pleasure to work with, she went over plan details, explained everything very well and didnt try to upsell any products. She was also very personable, asking about our son that she saw last time my wife and I were in the store. Dennis was so helpful! I did not plan on getting a new phone I just needed some help but it was time for an upgrade and Dennis works with me and helped me with everything I needed. He was patient and kind and also juggled other customers needs in between taking care of things for myself he really ran the store very very well!

My 4-yr-old phone, which I also got at this store, had battery failure and was rapidly losing its charge. Dennis explained my options...1st being to replace battery...next was to replace phone. He carefully listened to how I used phone and recommended a modest cost new phone (I was not interested in fancy, expensive phone with lots of bells, whistles and features...) very, very happy with Dennis for matching me up with the right phone for my needs... a Samsung A42 5G model. Verizon Fairfield is my GO TO Verizon store from now on, because of Evangelie. Evangelie is the most personable, informed, attentive and knowledgeable Verizon rep I have ever met. Evangelie was clearly the person other staff looked to for difficult or tricky questions. Evangelie made me feel heard, respected and taken care of. When other customers entered the store Evangelie multi tasked like a Queen, making sure everyone’s needs were met, answering questions, managing the Verizon systems at various work stations competently and in control. Evangelie went above and beyond for this customer, remembering to call my work line with an update. Verizon has a gem in Evangelie. She is an outstanding employee.

Editing because no one in the store spoke to me about the rebates I was eligible for and now theyre telling me it is too late. Would have been nice if this information was reviewed in the store. All I was asked was if I wanted a case or accessories. Not really happy I missed out on $500 and there is no way to fix it.

Best Verizon experience I’ve ever had

I lost my phone and wasnt sure if I had it backed up. Thanks to Evangelie and Dennis they both were able to get me a new phone quick and was able to to get my information back. I will always come to this store. They always go above and beyond for my needs.

Hi Dennis the manager works wonders! He checked to see how many gigs of data I had and I decided to buy more so that I would be ready for my vacation and road trip ahead. Next he helped me select a speaker for my iPhone and set it up for me so that I could use it right away for my power walk workout! He us also a friendly person who goes out of his way to please his customers! This is my favourite Verizon store I am a loyal customer which is rare today excellent customer service!!!

I dreaded going in for a new phone because I feel like it always takes forever. Jay helped in minutes, sent me to do a few errands, and when I returned the phone was set up, case and screen protector was on and I was good to go! Super easy and quick!

I wanted a new phone but they didn’t have the color IPhone 11 I wanted so they ordered one for me. It arrived two days later and set up was a breeze. Nelson and Dennis were incredibly helpful and I was in and out with my new phone in less than an hour. Both were very friendly and inviting! I’ve definitely had some bad experiences at other Verizon locations, so I’m very pleased I finally found one I feel like will take care of my needs in the future!

Last night I headed into the Black Rock Verizon branch in Fairfield in a panic. My phone was clearly on its last legs and I use it for work so it was urgent that I get a new one ASAP. I had been backing up to my Google drive since early morning and when I walked in at 6pm still had 150 items to go. Jay finished up with a customer shortly after I came in, and was most patient with my phone as it finished updating. My dying old phone ended up making him stay after closing, but he was very kind about it and Im so grateful. My new phone, which is lovely, ended up having an issue with installing the screen protector, the last one of its kind in the store it turns out, but even then Jay went above and beyond. He told me he would speak to his boss Dan about it and I could come back when they got more in for a free replacement screen protector. I cant thank him enough. Thank you Jay for everything!

Dennis has been treating me like I’m his only client. We have been dealing with an account and device issue for 4 weeks. He has stayed on top of things daily (even on his days off) to bring a resolution as quickly as possible. Unfortunately the account issue is still pending as Verizon’s IT and account department continues to work through the problem. The device issue was fixed because of his diligence, care, concern and ultimately his expertise. He is a pleasure to work with.
