I am a Sprint customer(Sprint is now a part of T-Mobile) and I was having a big problem with my iPhone 12Pro. My texting app kept freezing and people were not receiving my texts. I spent 3 hours with Apple support, via chat, and they couldn’t figure out my issue. Sprint chat support couldn’t seem to help either. I went to the T-Mobile/Sprint Fairfield location. First Seth was there to greet me and was very kind and understanding. But I needed my issue fixed. He immediately jumped on it. Seth, Edward and Jessie are troubleshooters like I hadn’t seen before. The technical support I received was of the highest caliber! I have had quite a few technical issues with iPhones in the past decade, so I know how to troubleshoot iPhones. Seth went above and beyond and even helped make me an appointment with the Apple store to get my new iPhone warranty replacement. The Apple support was no help and kept asking me do things to troubleshoot that had nothing to do with my issues. The Fairfield T-Mobile technical support team made Apple’s support look like child’s play. The Fairfield T-Moble technical support team worked fast and got down to business! In the end my iPhone was damaged and under warranty. I received a new iPhone 12pro. Seth, Edward and Jessie helped troubleshoot my other texting issue and they all three are brilliant! My iCloud account was the culprit in people not receiving my texts. There was either something wrong with my iCloud account, as if it was blocked, although Apple claims there was no block. Or I had way too many text messages in my phone’s storage. Either way, I set up a new iCloud and then everything worked!

Walked in wasnt greeted then waited for 30min to get checked in. Was told I had to wait because I had someone in front of me even though I walked in before the store was busy. Then watched all the sales people help other customers that walked through the door and I was still ignored.

Called to ask if I could have my phone repaired and made sure the part was available. Drove an hour + to get told i have water damage and my only option is to call Asurion and pay a deductible, or upgrade. I can tell they just want to make sales and not help their customers. Whatever the problem is with my phone, existing water damage isnt affecting it. Its the broken screen thats affecting it and these guys only wanted to push an upgrade on me.

Valeria was super sweet and patient with all my phone issues. Cell phone companies are not my favorite places to deal with but she was super helpful. The little sprint stores are awful. This one was great from the second i went in. She explained everything to a T. Sprint over the phone is a joke. If you need help fixing sprint errors from calling the 800 number go to this store. We went in to upgrade our phones and Desmond did a great job explaining products, plans, and prices!! He is well versed and very knowledgeable! He tied in his own phone experiences for understanding which we really appreciated!! Although we will wait until our payment plan ends, we plan to go back and have Desmond assist us. I felt like I was going to buy a car. There listening skills are one of a child. They dont listen to what you need, they only want to sell you what they want. They dont give you all your options. They make it seem like you have to go with the payment plan of a phone for 2 years. I dont mind having a 2 year contract with a lower price phone and keeping the plan I have. They wont even tell you that is still an option. I now will only go to the Vallejo store on Springs road. They have a repair center also. They are very friendly in there. They have everything this one has in regards to inventory. The privately owned store wants your business, and wants to keep it. This store is corporate, and doesnt care as much for the customers needs.

Costumer service from some people are nice but others are rude and I have to wait 2 1/2 hours to gel helped and they werent able to help me to unlock my phone, not even at costumer service by phone I have this issue for almost 3 weeks and nothing is resolved I will never go back to sprint ever. The customer service here is really bad. Theyre dishonest people who promise a service that they never intend to keep. The manager, William, has no respect for his customers and continues to waste their time. Daniel, is not very educated in his job as a Sale rep. He should be fired! Dont do your upgrade with this one. Youll end up paying for free gifts.Theres one Rep. worth dealing with, Mihn. He may be the only one who knows what is going on. If you have to go to this store, just ask for him. Otherwise, dont waste your time or energy at this store. Too bad they werent closed for good during the fires. It would have done us all a favor!

They had more representatives than customers and we still waited for almost an hour. Half of the representatives were just standing around or walking around doing nothing. One representative was very helpful once we talked to him, but it seemed like he was the only one being productive and helpful. Three representatives kept trying to hide in the back, but we could see that they were doing nothing through the glass wall.

I have had to go back so many times and spend a lot of time there but the service is very professional. The problem is with my particular phones and they have been thorough and very accommodating. Frankly the problems I have had have been so weird, I am pretty much a test case and training tool for the techs to step up their game. I dont even mind the waiting because the location is so close to great shopping!

I was there this morning and I was being helped by Austin and everyI info was going fine, up until he flipped the script on me and because a jerk and kicked me out of the store. I am never shopping there again and I am cancelling all my lines 30 since we have corporate account. Going to leave sprint, they already know. Free phones not reliable. All most two years with Sprite. Sprite doesnt keep their word. Refused to put down in writing what they say on phone. Rep lied to my face, 2 managers refused to make it right even after acknowledging the reps lies. This store also Lied to my cousins about GIVING them a Speaker a phone case and screen protector. Said it was a gift but added all of that to their bill. CROOKS. Dealing with this store has been the biggest headache. They will not stand by there word. Just informed after over 3 hours of working on the phone, cant be fixed at the store. Product needs to be mailed to Samsung and they offered a LG smartphone.

I was at this store and asked for help with Iphone activator error and it seem that the people working here has no interest to help their clients at all. I was told that the phone was broke and I had to get a new phone. I stopped by the Sprint Store in the mall on Travis Blvd, and they fixed my iphone within the same day. This Sprint store was so unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They signed a contract with us saying that our bill was going to be a certain amount and then once we got our first bill it was $60 more then what we were expecting. The manager would not it honor the contract that we had from them and we decided to leave and go to Verizon. Luckily they let us out since it was less than 30 days. I would much rather spend my hard-earned money with people that will take care of me right away and honor our contracts when they are made. I highly DO NOT recommend going to this Sprint store or any Sprint store. Their service sucks compared to any other carrier also save the hassle and choose Verizon. Also this store is very dirty
