This is the best subway around! Always makes our food perfectly and the service is great! I feel terrible I dont know his name but there is one worker who goes above and beyond every time we show up. He is super friendly and outgoing and really gives the best customer service! When my 7 year old son goes to order, this worker is so patient and funny and really just makes it the best experience. He was there around 230 when we came in yesterday. Please give him a raise!!

Was my first time actually placing a delivery order through the subway app, and honestly will never do it again. I did not receive one of my sandwiches when my food was delivered. I would have just gone to the store however my vehicle was getting worked on so had no way of getting there at that time.There is no way to report saying you did not get all of the items ordered via the app, and was told to reach out to door dash even though I ordered directly from the subway app so how the heck would I be able to contact door dash if I never placed the order through the door dash app???When I call the store to get more information they said there was nothing they could do for me. So spending $10.79 for a sandwich I did not receive and being told there was nothing they could do??You can easily charge my card yet not able to refund me for my order??? What the hell kind of service is this.... Pretty sure that is no way to keep customers this day n age....

Just got a large tuna sandwich here... got home and took a bite and discovered that the tuna was bad. Threw away a whole footlong. The staff even made an older gentleman a sandwich with moldy mozzarella cheese. I wonder how the health inspector would feel? This is unacceptable and we will be driving to waterville for all our subway needs.

A major chain that misleads?! Quit whining sissy, there sammiches are still good, and a far sight better for you than fast food. You want locally sourced? Buy from a LOCAL merchant. If youre just going to plow some other massive companies chow into your maw, eat at subway and like it😈

I have no idea why this subway has such poor reviews. I have been to all the subways in my area. I have found that this subway is the most consistent. Which makes it the only one I go to now I order often online, my food has never been wrong. Even when I order 6 sandwiches. The workers are kind, courteous, and seem to all be trained very well. My sandwiches are filled from end to end not just in the middle. I would recommend this subway to anyone.

TWO very poor experiences in one week is unexceptionable! I called the store only to find out that there was no manager on duty. Employees cannot follow SIMPLE instructions on orders received through the app and DID NOT let me know that ranch does NOT come on a Chicken Bacon RANCH Melt. 🙁🙁🙁

We used Subway for our picnic wedding. Sean (sp), the manager, met with me to help create the order sheet for to include in the invitation, made sure we were all on the same page. We picked up our order & everything was labeled perfectly! Everything was correct & very tasty !! The person that made our order shared congtrats on our (bride & groom) sandwiches wrapper ❤ it was pefect!

Very displeased with my experience here. Food was dry, tasteless, very skimped and sloppily thrown together, made me very ill, poor service, and overpriced.When I received my sandwich, I feel like every guy who’s been catfished. I ordered the chicken and bacon ranch melt, wanted my bread toasted, this was not even offered, what was given was “What bread you want?”. The young man “helping” me, asked if he “had to heat it up” referring to the meat and bacon, I didn’t even ask the question it was one made. I mean, since it’s called a MELT I assumed that meant melted meaning heated........it was only warmed, and would prove to be very bad on my end considering I got really sick later that night. Not to mention the food was disgusting and could hardly pass for a sandwich. I was left unsure as to what to add into it, especially since they had put all the food away. He literally had to wheel the carts with the extras on it back over. And since I A) haven’t been to a Subway since the summer of 2012 and B) lack Superman’s X-ray vision, this made the process awkward. He didn’t tell me what toppings there were or make any suggestions beyond “the foods ok”. Felt like a game of Deal or No Deal.The man was so anxious to get home it reflected in the form of anger and annoyance. I mean, hey, I get it: I showed up 35/40min prior to closing, it was late, he was tired, but I was tired too. I didn’t want to be there very much either (clearly, since I’ve been avoiding this establishment for the past 7yrs). I wanted to be sound asleep too but I had a really long drive ahead of me, this place was open till 11:30 so it worked. Very uncool behavior. If you’re someone who can’t handle night shifts and/or doesn’t want to work for a place that requires they lock up, don’t even apply. I walked in expecting everything to be in order up till that closing time— like most normal places, especially with 40min to spare, and the gas station attendants admitting that closing is 11:30 but they are there for an additional hour as mandatory for closing up shop. In which case, why are they closing up during hours of operation.This is bad business. I should have just pushed through till the next day, and with the gosh awful stomach ache I have since eating that excuse of a sandwich, seems like starving would have been a much better option.Will I return? Absolutely not. 7yrs was not long enough.

Good food, nothing wrong there. Whats wrong is how two of the employees were speaking to the ONLY one who was helping customers. Completely ignorant and it was written all over the poor girls face how the two were making her feel. Wasnt until the poor girl had a whole line built up that they decided to come and help her. Rolling eyes behind her back, rude comments. I truely feel bad for the wonderful woman that was so sweet despite the rudeness.

Rude staff! When I asked for a certain kind of cheese on my sandwich the lady said that’s not what comes on it and then proceeded to put another kind that I did not want on it!

Food and service ok but every single table was dirty and had food and crumbs on them. Had to ask employee to please wipe them off.
