The first two pumps didn’t work; one because the “is this an ATM card” button was so worn down as to be inoperable and the second the credit card machine didn’t work. Finally found one that did work and they prompt you for all kinds of promotions making. During a global pandemic having to touch three different pumps and interact needlessly with a touch screen shows a total disregard for the safety of its customers. Plus the gas is more expensive than the others in the area.

The ladies who work inside are always nice, but the #2 pump has been acting up for months and you have to hold it down for the whole time youre pumping gas. None of the other pumps Ive used have this problem. They were also out of yerba mate drinks so I was pretty bummed about that. Good for a quick stop and usually not too packed.

Once you drive up to the pump and get ready to pump, you find out that it’s only a diesel pump. And there is nowhere that they tell you this when you drive up to it. Also their machines hardly work

I just had the worse experience at this Shell gas station. The clerk did not want to service me, as soon as I walked in the store and opened my mouth to buy gas she walked from around the counter and stood in front of me. She didnt say anything. When I asked the other clerk of she could help me, the one in front of me said she was about to buy something. But, she was writing on a piece of paper and not ordering anything. I am a person of color and I feel this may be the reason, they just didnt want to serve me because as soon as I walked out, she walked back behind the counter! Never again!

Car wash here. The young man at the counter was very pleasant. Clean.

Polite and courteous employees friendly and helpful I make it my stop everyday when I could get gas anywhere but Id rather get it here
