Workers were wonderful, line was VERY long tho and Masks still required to enter.We got waffle bowls and a milkshake, all delicious.

Hello can an official baskin robins executive tell me the store hours as of now. The Internet says open until 11. I’m pretty sure that means that the door should be unlocked and customer should be able to purchase until 11 but the one we went to they were shutting down counting money and they graciously let us in but they said that they close at 10 when the Internet clearly states closing is at 11. Bad for business!

Went with alot of family & kids. Good that we got a table inside. They were out of cookies & cream, but I had another. thanks.

I stood in line for 40 minutes just to be told they were out of mangos for their new drink. Then I asked for a soft served cone. Then both workers just stared at each other confused. I tried explaining it to them and they told me they don’t have that. I got very frustrated and walked out. They didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience. They should have put a sign out stating they were out so I didn’t have to waste all that time waiting.

Today is my birthday and Im waiting on my free ice cream😋😋

Visited near twelve, it was not full. There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. This place has an awesome feel to it. Kinda of like a place in Houston that I enjoyed.

This is a very small Baskin-Robbins store normally theres only two workers inside, and with covid-19, only two customers are allowed inside Anytime. But this store is our absolute favorite. We love coming here. The store workers are always very nice.

Its a well established company with a huge selection of frozen or chilled goodies. My only issue with all BR locations... tables get sticky quickly... and unfortunately they run only 3-4 staff... so it can take a minute to get the tables wiped down...other than that watching my chocolate covered kids enjoy a scoop is delightful

My local Baskin Robbins is a top quality ice cream parlor. Clerks are always quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. Shop was clean, customers satisfied. I think the prepackaged ice creams are a bit overpriced, but the quality is so very good that as soon as you start to eat it, the high prices seem to disappear and whats left standing is an excellent frozen dessert experience. Check it out for yourself, you will NOT be disappointed.

Considering our current situation with this pandemic, the staff was extremely patient and polite despite having a good size line outside. Very nice employees!

As much as I love ice cream. I feel like purchasing it from the store is always the better option. Anything they can make for you, you can do at home for a quarter of the price.

Who doesnt like ice cream? With all the flavors that they have to offer this is a terrific place to go if you have a sweet tooth. They often have a special going on and you can sign up for coupons to receive by email. It is a very small store and during the summer it can get crowded but other than that it has delicious ice cream.

Stopped by tonight for dessert (party of 4) and service was excellent. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because their prices are on the higher side.

Nice older indian or middle eastern lady with pale skin made our experience memorable... She was very kind and sweet and made the whole experience great.

Very rude and demeaning elderly lady working there. Its not our fault your app doesnt combine gift cards, dont tell us to go to the back of the line after you came up to help us just patiently waiting. Also learn what a QR code is. This woman should go back to training for customer service and equipment use.Other woman behind the counter was kind and store was clean.

Love there ice cream. Was disappointed they discontinued a favorite Gold Medal ribbon.

Their service is good but they just dont give you enough ice cream what you pay for is expensive if Im paying $7 and eighty something cents for a banana split or a banana roll L I should expect a full scoop of ice cream and all the toppings all they put on there is little bits of nuts barely a scoop of ice cream it was horrible the ice cream taste good but what they serve me was horrible and I only gave a to start because they was fast on a service but serving the ice cream they dont give you much of nothing for your money if thats the case I should have went to Walmart and bought me some Blue Bunny Ice Cream

I love Baskin Robbins. This one is even better because they have a drive-thru. They are always fast and friendly. I stop by at least 2 times a week on my way home from work and I dont think I even been in line longer than 3-5 minutes. Its great!!

Got a shake w/ spoiled milk. Told the girl behind the counter and all she said was that the milk was not beyond the expiration date... guess I should have just told the disgusting bacteria it showed up too early :-(

I love visiting Baskin-Robbins because they send me coupons to bring me in AND they have$1.50 scoops every 31st of the month. If the month has 31 days we are definitely going to get ice cream.

They rarely have the newest flavors, their selection is pretty traditional, compared to other Baskin Robbins in the area, scoops are on the smaller side.

Ive cream was good and well priced. Customer service was ok. Only complaint was bathroom was locked and staff could not find key. Store smelled dirty.

They NEVER have waffle cones and if they do they decide not to make it. This is all the time. Like why dont they just tell people they arent selling waffle cones!! Seriously Im going to stop wasting gas going there. Its an ice cream place with no waffle cones.....like what are you in business for? the ice cream cakes?? The brownies??? Like seriously is it a bakerery with a side of ice cream or is it a ice cream store/spot? Soo annoying. My last visit I didnt even bother to buy anything. I husj left when I was told they have the batter but wont make it. It was 5:00!!! You dont close till 10! So no waffle cones.... Useless business, worthless ice creamery or should I say bakery...
