Got my ring Im happy

My experience was awesome thank you totally

A little upset. I dropped off my Neil lane pear shaped wedding ring to replace a diamond. Two weeks. Get a call that it was ready. Go to pick it up and its missing the same diamond and now another one. Didnt notice so have to go back to get it repaired again which means another two weeks. I was so excited to get it back I didnt notice it was still missing or I could have left it with them. Disappointed.

I love this place because of their prices, but I got to say I am very disappointed. I drop my ring off for repair and I was told it would be a few weeks then after I get a call that my ring wont be ready for another 3 months. that is just insane. I ask for them to replace it, but they cant do that. How can I can get the same ring back and not have to wait.

Excellent had a repair done on my Bulova waterproofing related for a divers watch and it went smoothly thank you
