I am giving credit to Joanne all the way from Redlands for her great customer service- my fiancé wanted to upgrade my ring and she was very helpful with that - I had talk to her on the phone and she was very polite and she explained that I would have to go into the nearby store in my area and they could do the exchange unfortunately when I went to the closest one to me which is San Bernardino mall I didn’t receive the same great customer service in fact the lady that did help me she had the same character as last time that was my second time going in there - I do have to go back and pick up my ring but that’ll be the last time I visit that store- I was really hoping that the RIVERSIDE mall would pick up the phone but I guess they were too busy on that day- I had received great customer service there as well- I decided to call Joanne up in Fairfield because I wanted to know is the transaction doable because I felt like I couldn’t do it Joanne even talk to the sales lady and walked her through the steps on making the new transaction long story short- I know no one is perfect but when you work with customers and you work with all walks of life you need to be versatile you never know who willwalk into your store or what they’re going to buy - I will leave the young lady’s name out of this post I’ll always keep her in prayer there’s something on her spirit that is just not right. Joanne Evasco you keep doing what you’re doing great customer service goes a long way -you definitely know what great customer services is thank you so much for all your help! Even though my last ring was beautiful my new ring is just as beautiful!
They mixed up my ring my promise ring they gave me something else then I got the engagement ring they gave me a different didnt want to give me the ring that I ordered said it couldnt be ordered they never called after four weeks I called them and I had to get a new ring then once the new ring I ordered the new ring that was another three weeks for the new ring and then once I got here theyre on lunch with no sign that says well lunch and what time will be back very unprofessional

She shared options and made sure we were totally satisfied! LOVE the fact that she was not just trying to up sale us, even after we got our marriage rings we wanted she tried to get us a discount. Friends just had a TERRIBLE experience in this place! Not only do they conduct themselves in the most unprofessional way possible, she was also misinformed about shipping time, did NOT approve the charge to her card and refused the refund that she asked for! The manager (probably did his share of dirty favors to get that title) happened to be the one to help her. What a dreadful experience! The mall has other options to buy jewelry... dont shop at this one!
