The restaurant looked clean, it looked nice, they were very organized. The double cheeseburger was small and the fries were piping hot and completely tasteless. The employees were very nice too

In-n-out is one of the few places that you know exactly what you are gonna get -Always. To Me that is huge. There are not too many places you know that what you order will be what you wanted every time. This place is extremely clean and orderly always. They are a place that I trust and I love going there. Also the drive through is orderly and precise. They usually have someone who is outside getting orders ahead of the speaker spot. This again is just a way to be quick. How cool is that?!

Fastest in-n-out I’ve ever been too, great service and as always, delicious food! I love that in-n-out has vegetarian options…I always order grilled cheese and animal fries. I’ve heard the other menu items are amazing as well.

My fav burger place since the 80s during my visit to Los Angeles. Luv fries with special sauce, animal fries I order with extra onions. Great customer service always!

Long line, but it went pretty fast. I ordered a double double protein style extra lettuce, grilled onions. Pickles and sauce on the side!! It was delicious 😋

Food is always good here and the line wasnt in the street today. Would give 5 stars but the fries i got this last time were extremely well done and hard to eat.

Amazing, you can tell all fries are made right there, the burgers cannot be explained by words, and the people there are reay nice. Please come and try the food. You will love it.

Very slow service at 9:00pm. We ordered several burgers and fires, took about 30 minutes to get our order. Everyone in our car had a very good burger except mine was cold on the inside. Most employees were wearing masks, we chose to order with the employee that was wearing a mask. At this time, no matter what the county mandage suggest, all employees should be wearing a mask for food saftey.

As is with most in n outs. They operate very smoothly. There is always a huge line at every restaurant but they get you out quickly. Appreciated how they didnt do the thing where they pull the fries out early just to give you raw fries 20 seconds faster. Good job!

3 stars is fair enough with their long wait time. Where they are mostly the best at is making sure the food comes out warm and good👍. I think having 2 drive thru lanes would make things 10x more better and efficient for customers to be In N Out!👈😂

The employees always are friendly and today was no exception. The food is always tasty. I get my burger animal style and protein style/ and today I got my fries the same way !! Super yum.

First time ever at an In-n-out, it was 10 pm I was super hungry and craving something not cooked at home lol. I looked up different options and after seeing the pictures of their burgers I decided to give it a shot. For starters yes there was a line but it moved rather, quickly staff was very friendly and once I got my food I drove home. Their vanilla milkshake was delicious a bit thick but none the less tasty. Their burger was cold when I got home but I was so hungry I ate it anyways and it was delicious, didnt really care for the sauce they add to it but first timer here so next time Ill request it off. Their fries were not so great idk if they were old or if thats just the way they taste but they were also cold and Ill blame my drive home for the reason things were cold. Either way the place has potential so next time I park and eat there. BTW thats the most recent menu prices went up #letsgobrandon

Had a double double with onions and no tomato. Best burger Ive had in quite a while! Condiments didnt ooze down my arms, onions were crisp and didnt come out and slap me in the face and the bun was toasted to perfection.

I remember In-N-Out making good of their taste but nowadays, their fries arent the same anymore, so I have to lower their stars to 4. Hopefully this will change or else next time I will drop their stars to 3.

Like the name states, youre In-N-Out in no time. Whether youre in the drive-thru or inside, your order will be taken by courteous, and friendly staff. Their menu is classic burger-laden simplicity, affordable, tasty, and fresh. Great eating for the whole family.

Love their burgers! I ask for extra hot peppers on mine too. However, if you love French fries, i would skip thiers. Texture and look, dehydrated. That is the only reason i did not give them 5 stars.

Food and service were good but this guy walked inside without a (state mandated) mask and began talking on his phone. The staff just ignored him, along with an elderly man who pulled down his mask at the food pick up counter and began eating his fries. As a result, I did not feel safe inside this establishment and will not be returning. If businesses are allowed to require regulations such as No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service, surely they can enforce a No Mask- No Service policy during a pandemic.

I love In-N-Out Burger because you always know exactly what to expect and the staff is always friendly. they always get the order right 100% of the time. this In-N-Out Burger is especially good because during the lunch rush they directed traffic and didnt just allow customers to cut in line in the drive through the way so many other In-N-Out Burger locations do, so extra points here for this In-N-Out Burger location.

I really do prefer this location rather than the vallejo one. Theyre so much quicker, even with a long line. And theyre organized and have cones set up for the drive thru. I just know theyre well prepared. Their employees are also so nice and always greet us with a smile. So, just a nicer atmosphere overall.

Theirs a line for a reason. I think they ran out of onions. Because my wife and I asked for it and we got little pieces of onion. ( Animal fries onions) so I think they ran out on a Friday night.

20 minutes to get a single burger, plain. Order was made wrong. As someone who has worked fast food for years, it isnt that hard, but somehow everytime i go to here my order is wrong. Atleast this place is consistent?

In & out seems to be getting worse. The food just doesnt travel well, by the time I got it home the fries were horrible. They were tuff and cold. The hamburger really wasnt good also.

This was my first time to taste it. Ive heard so much about it but I didnt want to raise my expectations much as I was afraid that Id think it was overrated.Im not really a burger fan but this one changed me 😂 I got the double-double burger, fries and unlimited drinks. Everything was juicy and fresh but what really stood out for me were the buns! It was perfectly toasted; crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. The fries was also really good. You can really taste its freshness. It was so tasty, I didnt even have to put salt on it. There was also pickled chilli that added more flavor to every bite.Now, I can really say that the rave reviews are legit! 👌👍P.s. People say you should order animal fries for a complete experience! 😁

Order was completely wrong, cheese on the burger was plastic-like, the napkins were thrown on top of the burger (which got grease everywhere), and the chocolate shake was warm.

In-N-Out is the only fast food place I will eat at I placed my order and in a few minutes I was out the door. Food was great as well as the service.

Friendly staff. Great burgers. Unfortunately fries lukewarm and not fully cooked. Maybe an off day for them because I feel they have the best fries of any fast food chain. Hopefully better next time. And yes I will be back.

The drive thru line was extremely well organized and friendly. The hamburger and shake were up to their standards. The fries were under cooked and uneatable.

Its always packed here and for good reason. Considering the order volume they get its a miracle that they never mess up orders. They keep things running smooth and Im impressed that they are able to keep up. The only complaint I have is the reletively long wait times, but thats really not their fault. Very impressive.

Although they got 1/8 of my orders wrong the service was super kind and patience as I placed my very long and slightly confusing order.

I have to say Hamburgers on my life it is my favorite food I have tried almost practically every burger place that I have ever seen I have to give a thumbs up to in and out on their burgers job well done well-executed customer service not a big fan of the fries and the waiting but the fact that your hamburgers are the balm sometimes I sacrifice a little time to get through the drive-thru sometimes its worth it
