My experience buying my first trike was very pleasant thanks to the owner who patiently answered all my questions and allowed me to test out several models in search of the best fit. I’m looking forward to many years of fun and adventure.

My wife has called this place a few times and left a message asking to be called back....They have failed to do so. They havent called us back.We are discussing buying a tandem recumbent, this is thousands of dollars! No chance in hell I will buy it from a store that doesnt really want to talk to customers.Hey owner.... Hope you got our message now!

Must not need my business. I left a voice mail asking them to call me so I can have my road bike serviced. I’m ready to get a new helmet and shoes as well as some riding shirts so I’ll take my money elsewhere since they can’t even have the courtesy to return my calls.

Bought a used bike at Goodwill that had a slipping rear freehub. Dropped it off at their shop and they got it fixed for a good price. It was an old bike so it took a while to find the part but they kept me informed and updated.Took it out last night and it worked like a charm. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Owner Joe Allan went above and beyond to help us! We were stuck on the side of the street when he stopped and offered to help. He gave us a ride to his shop where he looked over my tangled and broken derailleur. My husband and I had traveled from Kansas City to ride the Donut Trail, and this was to be our last of three days of riding. Joe got us moving on our Donut Quest with a loaner bike (a sweet BMC) while he called around for parts. We pedaled to another donut shop, then back to our hotel via the scenic Great Miami Riverfront Trail. We loaded the loaner onto our bike rack and drove back to Fairfield Cyclery fully expecting a big bill for a mechanical checkup and a days rental for the loaner. Joe couldn’t have been nicer, nor more fair. His shop appears to be well stocked, clean, and organized. I am a Grateful customer!

Love my new Recumbent!I have bruises and a broken arm from riding on the bike trail over the years. There is simply no way you can always avoid the walnuts, slick spots, squirrels, and deer! That is all over now with my new Catrike Road trike. And it climbs hills just fine and fits right into my SUV with no modification. And frankly, it is a total hoot to ride. (If you dont clip in now you WILL with a recumbent. Buy the shoes!). The guys at FC are all great too. I think everyone will eventually get a trike. The basic building block of the universe is the triangle! (My SUV is a Chevy Traverse)

Turned 53 and my wife 50. Decided to ride my recumbent on the OTET trail from Cincinnatito Cleveland. These guys took care of getting our bikes up and ready. After a test drive a few days later my wifes shifter was acting up and they got her in and it fixed rapidly. Joe and crew....team awesome.

If youre in the market for a recumbent bike or trike or a townie, this is the place. They also have some hybrid offerings and a few mountain and kids bikes, but you wont find any road bikes. Ive always been treated well whenever I have had to run in for parts. Highly recommended.
