Last week I called this store to see about purchasing a Nordic Trak treadmill. Just bought the Inspire M3 in June 2019. I went into the store just to look, knowing I was in the market for a home gym. Howard, the store manager, was extremely personable and knowledgable about the equipment. The experience was great and I felt like a got a really good deal. I will be going back for more gym equipment in the future.

I was searching for piece of home cardio equipment and settled on a spin bike - but today there are so many to choose from. As retail stores are closed during the covid crisis, you are left with online research to make an expensive decision. After being frustrated with the lack of details on the manufacturers website, I was lucky enough to come across Howard at Johnson Fitness in Fairfield - he was amazing. He had knowledge of every model I was interested in and gave me the best picture of what I was purchasing without being able to see it in person. He was extremely responsive via email and phone. When do you ever fill out a contact form on a website and get a call in less than 24 hours?! There was never pressure to purchase above what I was looking for, and he helped me configure the perfect Echelon bike for our home. I have purchased two pieces of equipment from Johnson Fitness during the last 12 months, a landice treadmill and an echelon spin bike. The customer service experience has been exceptionally good. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about its products. Pricing is competitive and fair. Coordination with the delivery team was seamless.The Echelon bike stopped working after a week. I called Johnson and they responded immediately. They investigate the issue and within 3 business days agreed to replace the broken bike with a new bike. Since then, the bike has worked perfectly. It was probably the best customer service experience I have had. (Shout out to Howard Olinsky.).I highly recommend Johnson Fitness. It will continue to be my go to spot for top quality fitness equipment.

My entire experience with Howard at Leisure Fitness from first visit to install and first use - was perfect. From the first time I walked in the store to look at their in home gyms (we got an Inspire M2 system) I was treated in the most professional and courteous manner. After the sale, setup and installation as well as the take down of my old equipment went as promised. The installation team was prompt and professional. Howard and his team do a fabulous job - I would not look anywhere else for at-home fitness (any type of fitness) equipment.

A friend of ours recently bought a smoker from Howard at Johnson Fitness & Wellness and raved about his experience. I decided we needed a smaller version of our GMG smoker and called Howard to see if he had any in stock. He was SO WONDERFUL. It was the easiest experience. I was out of town traveling, he put one aside for me and it was ready when I got back. He gave us a great deal and could not have been better to deal with. He ordered covers for us, had pellets, and even loaded the smoker into the car. We will be coming here from now on for all of our smoker and fitness needs!

Solid selection of very well maintained quality equipment to try and Howards knowledge and experience in the field resulted in an excellent shopping experience. Ive been searching for one year for the best multi-functioning home gym. By chance drove by Leisure Fitness in Fairfield and met Howard Olinsky. Howard introduced me to the FT2 by Inspire. He gave me a great deal that I couldnt refuse (better than any price on the internet). Howard and Michael Bower were extremely courteous, professional and very customer service driven.The equipment was delivered to me on Saturday by three technicians (Joshua and others). Joshua and his team spent 3+ hours working diligently to assemble the FT2. They first laid down tarps and flooring protection to prevent any damage or scratches to my hardwood floors. Once completed with assembly, they cleaned up and provided me with a basic demonstration of how the FT2 works.Best gym you could buy for your home!!!Thank you all at Leisure Fitness for a great experience and a fantastic product.Kind regards,Michael D.
