Very bad customer service. The guy I talked to over the phone to get my garage door springs replaced was very rude and told me to get it replaced where it’s cheaper!

I called to see if they had any appointments available for same day or soonest available. I was told yes, took my information, and said I would get a call for an appointment time. Three hours later no call, so I called back and told them about not receiving a call. He took my number again and said he would get in contact with the technician and call me right back. It is now the next day with no call at all. I could have called someone else instead of waiting on them.

They gave me an appointment time, and he/they did not show up or had the decency to inform me . I stayed home all day waiting. Very unprofessional

Excellent service. My garage door opener stopped working on a Sunday afternoon, and the technician got it fixed 2 hours later for a very reasonable price. Very skilled, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend!

We purchased a new garage door from them and had them install it about two months ago. Service was fast and friendly. One of the side cables recently slipped off the track when we were leaving the house last Sunday. The technician answered when I called and was at our home within an hour to fix the issue and get us back up and working at no charge. Thankful they provide Sunday service. I highly recommend.

I called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The day of, A-1 cancelled the appointment, just a couple hours before they were due to show, saying I was out of their service area. A-1 had my address when I scheduled the appointment. They should have checked then and NEVER scheduled the appointment in the first place. This was an emergency which I needed fixed asap, and I stressed this to A-1. Because of A-1s inefficiency, I have to wait at least another day and call around again to arrange for a different company to provide an estimate. I could have already had another company quote and fix the problem. As an Estimator myself, I can absolutely express, what this company did is unprofessional. I would not recommend this company due to their incompetence in scheduling.

We recently had our buildings garage door opener replaced. Although there was an initial issue obtaining the opener due to stock issues, the technician kept us updated on a new appointment time and worked with our schedules. He was also very helpful with answering some minor questions afterwards. He and the companys responsiveness and flexibility were outstanding, and their pricing was very competitive and straightforward. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

The technician garage installed my overhead garage door and a new motor. He did the installation. He did a great job. I was impressed with great customer service and very quick installation. There were no surprises and very pleased with our new garage door. Thank you so much!

The technician did a fantastic job with our door! We had been having issues for the past few months and he came out next day to assess! After realizing our opener was already 15 years old suggested we get a new one which we did. Promptly installed the new opened in less than an hour! Problem solved!

Apparently the technician has been saving the day all over...my issue was no exception. Was out in the nick of time, fixed the tension cables & put the door back on track. Presto! Garage door now closes. He even changed the lightbulb for me! I am not wishing this issue on anyone, but if it goes happen - call this guy!
