.from the very Start, when David was referred to us by a neighbor, to helping us with dealing with our insurance due to the storm damage and following up, we have been 100 % satisfied with the entire process. When we had a question my call was either answered on the spot, or returned in a timely manner. As you can see in the middle picture there was debris literally everywhere but when they were done, you would have never known they were there as the yard was spotless. The plants was protected with tarps. The only downside, which is the nature roofing, was it sounded like a herd of elephants on top of the house. We left and came back to one heck of a well done job.

Avsten dropped by the other day and offered to inspect my roof for free. They both seemed very professional so I gave them the go ahead. After their inspection they came back and said the roof looked in great shape. They took some pictures of some areas that they thought we should look out for and showed them to me but stated nothing needed to be done at this time. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they didn’t try to sell me anything. I would definitely use them later down the road when we need some roof work done!

So, as a part of regular sales training a couple fantastic sales people knocked on my door and explained that they were looking to help those who had damage from the recent storms to their roofs.My roof was really old and it never occurred to me that my insurance company would cover any of my roof - let alone the whole thing.Enter the team at Avsten Construction.Zack and the sales team patiently explained and then walked me through the process showing me how to file a claim, they were here when the adjuster showed up and frankly...they were able to convince my insurance company to replace the entire roof for just my deductible! I couldnt believe it - but they made it happen.I gotta admit - this company was going door-to-door so I was quite skeptical! But then the day came. The crew showed up early, got to work, and within two short hours had the roof stripped, underlayment repairs made and were beginning to roll out the felt. Within the next 3 hours the roof was completed - and once again I was in the dry!The crew was fantastic, friendly and even fun! We had a blast with them. They were great guys who were efficient and not only great roofers - there wasnt a single piece of debris anywhere after they cleaned up. Not a single piece of debris.They handled everything - even gave me choices of materials - I even bought some upgrades - what can I say? Having owned this house for 25 years - Ive dealt with a number of contractors from good to bad and everything in-between. The guys at Avsten (up to and including the office staff and even the owners) are all simply great people.I highly recommend them for your next home improvement project - now Im talking windows with them...dont waste your money on other contractors, give these guys a try and youll never look anywhere else.

The entire process was painless starting from Davids consult all the way through to the PM Anthonys final inspection. The crew was friendly and left my place as if they were never there except for the new roof! Communication from Erin at the office was timely and accurate so I would not hesitate to recommend Avsten to any of my neighbors or friends.

Avsten construction worked on my house due to storm damage. I had a very knowledgeable young man named Casey come and assess my damage. Casey was very thorough and knew his job. We chose to use Avsten and I was equally impressed with the owner Donovan and Mike. The quality of work that my husband and feel like we received was top notch. When Zac and Steve talked with us about a new roof we were impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. Zac handled everything from insurance company contact to set up of the job. It was a pleasure to work with them and the office personnel. The work team was on time and did not stop until the job was done. They cleaned up and left behind nothing but a great looking roof.

Avsten has been phenomenal to work with in repairing our roof due to wind damage. The team was very professional & responsive to the questions I had throughout the process. I received emails & phone calls to help me schedule out the job & make sure it worked with my schedule. When the install day came, they actually rebuilt my two story roof completely in one day! Decking, under laminate, & shingles tear down & replacement all in the same day. I was very impressed. Not only that but the gentleman on the job site were very clean & conscientious in regards to my lawn, patio, & flower beds. They even raked my leaves!They have been a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Zack was great through the entire process, from working with my insurance company to meeting with the adjuster. They got the approval from my insurance company. After the work was started and the shingles were removed they found that the wood decking was not in good condition. They quickly called my insurance company and got an approval to completely re-deck the entire house. They didnt skip a beat. The crew worked 16.5 hours to get all 3 buildings done. Anthony was very attentive to the quality check process and didnt make me feel rushed while i was asking questions. Well deserved 5 stars for this crew and Company! Avsten did a great job on our roof, and managed all the interaction between ourselves and our insurance company. They did precisely what they said they were going to do throughout the entire process. The new roof looks great, and all the leaking problems we had before are a thing of the past. They even took care of all the interior drywall repair and painting that was needed to correct water damage . . . all covered within the scope of their original quote. Highly recommend!

We worked with Cameron this past year to help get my parents roof replaced. I have to say, I was really impressed by the customer service he provides. He is extremely quick to get in touch with you, to follow up, and always makes sure that he responds and answers any questions you have. I feel like he goes out of his way to be helpful, and sets the level of excellent customer service that other businesses should strive for. I should have been weary about a company that comes door-to-door. After agreeing to have my roof replaced because I was told it was basically gone, I was quickly talked into signing their contract and writing them a $1000 check. Didn’t hear from them for a couple of months, then they show up to do the work, leave nails and debris on the ground for my child and dogs to step on. Then when my mortgage company doesn’t pay them fast enough, they turn me into a collections agency, even though they have seen the check from my insurance company. I would never recommend hemTo anyone

Nino and his crew were the best. They arrived at 7 am and worked until dark. They were respectful and courteous. Being a two day job the crew made sure there was no trash or debris left on either day. Cleanup was excellent. I highly recommend this company. The support staff was excellent as well.Cindy Valle

These guys are great. They recognized I had severe wind damage and worked with insurance to get it all paid for. Their roofing crew had our roof complete in about 6 hours and I couldnt find a single nail around our property. They were upfront and open throughout the whole process and I never had any doubts - highly recommend them!
