I didnt know what to expect but I knew I didnt want to feel like I was walking into a pawn shop. This was not a pawn shop feel. The place is clean, safe and easy to find. When I walked in I was greeted by Jim who is casual, professional and very friendly. He looked at each piece of jewelry I brought in and not only explained what he was looking for but he also explained how each piece was valued and the positive and negative characteristics that effect the value of each piece. Jim is a consummate professional. He took the time to explain how each piece in my collection came to be valued. It felt fair and reasonable based not only in its weight in gold, but the quality and for some pieces, the lack thereof of the diamonds.
