We brought our Toyota Sienna to Dan Cava to have some work done, and I thought it was going to be a nightmare. We were dealing with the dealership we bought it from (in Montana) who was replacing some parts due to their negligence, and they gave us a bit of the runaround. Amber in the service department was phenomenal to work with. She just took the reigns and got it handled so much more easily than I ever could have. She took away the stress of calling back and forth and just got it done! I can’t say enough how wonderful she was. She dealt with the warranty company, rental car company, and the other dealership and kept me updated throughout the process. Plus, she’s super friendly and seems to be a genuinely kind person. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 because of my salesman Dion, he was great and I had nothing but good experiences dealing with him. On the other hand, the service department and all managers at this location were horrible. No one responds to emails and sometimes it even took over a week to get a return phone call. They damaged a total of 9 wheels on my 4runner, you can look at the linked photo. The last time it happened, they were supposed to be doing an oil change, were told not to touch my wheels and tires and they still did it. The first 2 times, they did replace the wheels but it was a timely process and a big inconvenience. The last time, Santino Cava called me and offered 100$ for the mistake and told me that my wheels where cheap, thats why it keeps happening, he also told me that I was no longer welcome at Dan Cava. It took me going in and starting to make a scene, but they finally decided to pay for repairs. I am no longer allowed to go to cava, even though they still owe me free service and it all stems from an employee damaging my vehicle. Ive had to take the vehicle to ther shops and they dont see why Cava is having this problem, nothing special or different about these wheels. Other Toyota dealerships and local tire shops said all of this was unacceptable. Read other reviews and take vehicles here at your own risk.

This probably worse service I have had on new vehicle drove extra miles to purchase it then during last service 6 weeks ago they reinstalled the cabin air filter incorrectly didnt notice the noise until next day during the service was informed it was being recalled for fuel pump was told that it would. One in quickly and they would call to schedule an appointment after 5 weeks o called them they confirmed fuel.pump was there but would not tell me when it had come in. Took vehicle in for the recall and to have the cabin air filter installed correctly. Will never purchase from this dealer again.

Went to have an oil change and once I left my tire had a gouge in it and my wheel was scuffed up with yellow on it and was told it looked like I hit a curb by the service manager, but had no scuff marks which is what you get from a curb not a gouge in the tire. So I’m sure it hit the rack arms in the service bay, so make sure you get proof of the way your vehicle is before going or else you won’t be able to prove it even tho that might not work either. So glad I didn’t purchase my vehicle here like I was going to.

I just bought a used vehicle from Dan Cavas and it was one of the best car buying experiences. I felt the offer they gave on my trade was fair and the price for the car I was looking at was slightly below blue book. The nice lady in finance was amazing and Tim took great care of me throughout the transaction. I had a very bad vibration in the front of my vehicle. Erik informed me that a tire had a broken radial cord. The tires still had some tread but he suggested getting them replaced. They also did a wheel alignment and overall maintenance on the vehicle. It has been a week and no more problems. The past 6 years my wife and I have always went to Dan Cavas to get the best deal, we have always been treated good and always get the best deal from other car lots I’ve looked at . All around good atmosphere and attitudes.

Our car broke down coming home ftom vacation, so this is first time using Dan Cava for service. They were crazy busy and we left the car behind. Only criticism is they didnt get to the car until 2 days later and didnt return various calls and texts along the way. They recovered well by diagnosing the problem, explaining it well and replacing my differential next day (above expectations). People were very helpful and pleasant. Overall a 3.5 rounded to 4.
