Husband and wife don’t communicate. Had a tenant that needed service and I coordinated with the wife. Told her tenant would be waiting in the window provided. Husband called two days prior and I verified. Day of they say tenant didn’t answer and the husband says I never spoke to the wife. Nobody bothered to call me until then, and it was the husband calling angry saying he isn’t going to waste his time. I tell him the tenant is waiting and ask him if he will do the job and he says no. Super aggressive and unprofessional.
