Every time that I have gone into Best Buy in Fairview heights I have gotten great Service.. Even when I had to wait, Holidays are extremely busy for them and with the Pandemic we all have had to adjust a great deal and including our stores.. They greet you with a Smile and try their darnest to accommodate all.. Thank You Best Buy for pushing through in EXCELLENCE during a Pandemic... You will see me most of the Holiday Season and buying... Appreciate all Associates and Staff.. Thanks for being kind to a Man who now has to take his time to walk..
Not much help with the product they sell. Only seem interested in sell a service contract. Theyve lost a customer.
Went in to get a GPS for my semi truck. The employee assisted me. He even recommended that I go somewhere else for a better one for a better price after I told him about the other ones I found. He also assisted me in getting a TV and wall Mount for my semi truck. Would definitely recommend this store.
Horrible service. I took a phone in that was under warranty. I had an appointment and it still took half hour after my SCHEDULED time and almost another hour to be told they couldn’t fix it and would replace it in two days. The week goes by with no email or phone call about my replacement phone. I try calling them and get outsourced to India. You CAN NOT call this store direct. I took the entire day trying to find out if they even ordered the phone. Nobody could find it. I went in after work and they have it at the store. Unreal. I can’t pick it up because they need the old one which is across town because they never communicated that they had the new phone. Screw this store. Plenty of other places to spend my money.
This may be the best Best Buy in the area. It was the only one that could fix my screen in-store out of 4 stores tried. Best Buy in general seems broken. The stores dont answer their phones. The warranty options I was given were either drive to this out of town store or get a refurb phone replacement with no option of any warranty on it. Ive been a loyal Best Buy customer for years but they seem broken these days. Ill probably get my next phone from the mfg to save the BB hassles.

Ah, the old fairview location. Tucked way back in the corner, this location is showing its age a bit. They still seem to remain relevant as I find myself still stopping by for this and that. Long live brick and mortar!
Went in to buy a stylus pen for my Surface. Waited a couple minutes while a rep was assisting another couple. He turned his attention to me and got me what I needed and I was on my way. Best buy is a great place to shop.
Customer service was good at this location. They seem to have a decent inventory of computer parts.
The sales associate in the phone department was lazy and lied to me about my phone plan and didnt want to do the work to help me get the phone I was looking for. After a bit of therapeutic shopping elsewhere and a week later I ordered my phone from their website with no issues. Dont talk to the sandy blond long hair skinny guy if you dont look like you have money he wont help you.
The customer service here is always hit and miss. Most of the workers treat you like youre an inconvenience and how dare you ask questions or want to spend money in this store.

The Store Associates are very friendly.If they dont know, theyll go find someone who does.I was looking for a Smart T.V. Remote Control for my Bdrm T.V. and the Store Associate assisting me said that theres no Universal Remote Control for it, only the ones that come included in the T.V. Box.
Cheaper price then Amazon actually on computer for daughters birthday. Employee who helped me didnt know much more than I did about Chromebook but it kinda made the shopping experience alittle more fun. Yes they are a big chain box store, but the people that work there are locals and Ill support them too.

I went to Best Buy to buy a phone case and protective cover using a store credit that I had. Usually at Best Buy there are many employees who are around and ask if you need any help. Not this time! Though a nice young man did eventually help me.

Got subjected a sound bar for my limited space and love the item as well. Very happy with the help I got and answers to help me make my decision.

The customer service was okay. I was greeted when I first walked in, but found help was hard to spot as everyone looked dressed differently. They helped with my questions but didnt seem enthused about having to research their system. I do think they have a good selection of items.
I went there 2 times with my dad and both times we met with Trevor. We got to computers for gaming and both times he told us some great things about the computers and kept us in our money range. I really recommend talking to him if you are looking for a gaming computer or anything really!

I went for a quick trip to see if they had screen protectors and cases for my new Pixel 4A. The store was prepared with a hand sanitizer station at the door and social distancing markers on the floor. The workers and the customers all appeared to be wearing masks, and yet it didnt seem to be a hindrance to business at all. I found what I needed on one of the first shelves in the store, grabbed it, and quickly checked out with my gear. This store is on top of things. Its nice to see an operation thats got it all together.

I realized I was using the same computer for the last 12 years (which is long after the normal life of a computer). I purchased online a new computer from Best Buy. I brought my old computer to have the data transferred to the new computer. He answered all my questions. My old computer was 8 GB with 1 TB hard drive. The Best Buy rep helped me get the proper part to have the new computer go from 8 GB to 16 GB. When I asked how much to take the new computer from 1TB to 2 TB he showed me the name brand on sale for $50. With his patience & guidance I felt like I upgraded from my old computer to better than I had.
I like Best Buy. I go from time to time. Dont forget ladies Fathers Day is coming..

I love best buy they have everything a tech person could ask for. If not they will order it. Just bought my son a college graduation gift. Purchased it early because of price drop. Gave them a 4 because I called twice and never got a live person on the phone. Was on hold both times about 15 minutes. I understand we are in a pandemic. Staff might be short. But answer the phone this is how alot of people are making purchases.

I got ignored a couple times by Clayton when waiting to ask about the Galaxy Note 10 phone. When Clayton Did come to the phone area he grabbed someone ahead of me. I had been waiting 10 mins. Tell Clayton to ask customers Who was next? when helping customers. Thankfully Mathew (who doesnt even work phones) was able to answer some of my questions. I couldnt wait around all day. I usually love best buy. But my experience wasnt great. I purchased a tv I couldnt fit in my camaro the first time because I had a car load of things, so I went home unloaded the car came back and the second guy wouldnt even try getting it in my car. He told me to buy a u-haul for 19.00. I said no I didnt want to spend extra money. They told me I only had seven days to figure out how to get the tv home. So I was going to return my tv for a smaller tv, something I could get in my car, when the guy finally says, why dont you use our free delivery? I said no one mentioned that to me, it would of saved me two trips and having to clean out my entire car ruining most of the day because I had other errands to run and couldnt do it, so I arranged for a Friday April the 9th delivery. I called my bf when I got the phone call go tell him the tv was on the way. My bf went outside to smoke a cigarette waiting for them to pull up. They walked the tv over to him, put the tv on his hands and the older gentleman told him that he needed to go into the house because my bf had no mask on. One my bfs in his own home, two you dont have to wear a mask outside of your home period. The man was trying to take a picture to assure the delivery was made why the guy couldnt stand six feet away to take the picture while my bf held my tv I have no clue. But if this man is that freaked out that a customer isnt wearing a mask at their place of residence maybe that delivering things to houses isnt the job for him. My bf wasnt nasty about anything he told me about the incident and I was already mad about not knowing about the free delivery. I dont like being told what I have to do in my own household. If he was that scared about it, dont even get out of the car, let the other two younger guys who were polite handle it.
The store is pretty busy but they have done a good job with setting up an area to easily find associates. I was pretty shocked at how quickly I was able to get an item out of a security case and check out.

Bonnie at this store is extremely rude!! She also forced me to pay for an auto renewal. I literally mean forced because as I swiped my card, the auto renewal statement appeared on the screen after and before I could read it entirely, she turned the card reader towards her and pushed accept! I immediately questioned her behavior and she angrily claimed that I must accept it for the transaction to go through. Which is a complete lie! I then asked to speak to a manager and she refused saying there was no manager there until 1pm. Trying not cause a scene because there was a long line behind me, I decided to leave and call customer service who then transferred me to the store where I spoke with the manager and he assured me that her behavior was inappropriate and I did not have to accept the auto renewal.He was able to pull up m purchase and cancel the $70 auto renewal that she accepted.Bonnie clearly needs to go back through customer service training because she does not know how to treat customers and I really do not want to assume that it is a race thing. But it is hard not to make the assumption when she was nice to the 3 white customers that were in front of me and then her attitude completely changed with me.Regardless, Bonnie needs more training.
