I AM CRAZY ABOUT THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY! This is more than a store to me... These are my friends! They take awesome care of me when I go there. Im ashamed to admit it, but I stay in there for hours! Me and the workers talk about everything from wigs and makeup to the Holy Bible and living for God! They always sit me in their Special chair and fix my wigs for me. They cut them and style them to fit my face and I wear it right on out the store! But of course I pay for it first 🤣. And the owner is just as sweet to me. Hes always so nice to me and he welcomes me to stay as long as I wish. And trust, I do! They are all so sweet there and I cant wait for my next visit! Thank you to all of my beautiful friend at Images for your kind and friendly service...I love yall ❤️🤗

Very organized and clean and great customer service but most important the employees are very knowledgeable of the products.

Super nice and helpful staff. Never felt uncomfortable walking around. Love their selection of hair supplies. This is always my go to beauty store.

Very disappointed in the customer service. Purchased 3 packages of natural human hair totaling $75 for daughters prom. Purchased the wrong length so went back to exchange the unopened packages the next day for a different length, but the store did not have the length needed. Store did NOT honor a refund nor extend store credit due the hair being on clearance (which was not told to me prior to the purchase). Please keep in mind that the hair packages are stored behind the counter and none of this information was given to me when the employee recommended and handed me this specific brand to purchase.

The guy behind the counter with the curly Justin Bieber cut completely ruined everything this store had going for it. Had one job and couldn’t even do that right.

Love this place for accessories, hair and hair car products. Although there are two beauty stores here in my town, I still drive and hour or so away just to purchase majority of my items here.No hassles, good variety and well priced.

I bought hair from here (Sphinx Bueno the Ocean wave) there was a special going on in October (buy 18,20,22 with a frontal) I couldn’t wait to get it installed it felt great and looked great afterwards. I washed it one time and it when down from there. It sheds a lot, tangles up and to top it off the frontal has a ball spot in it that my hairdresser had to cover up today. I am NOT a fan of this hair at all. I’ve had my sew in touched up twice and this is just not the best hair and it will most definitely not last me longer than 6 months. I like the hair store but not this hair.

I had an amazing experience here! The staff are nice and friendly! And the images beauty Bar is an amazing and know what she’s doing. I won’t go anywhere else to do my eyebrows which includes Tinting and threading.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SUPPLY STORE! The staff is super friendly & always so helpful. They have a variety of items but I mostly purchase my wigs and contact lenses from them. The wigs are super cute, affordable and come in different textures, lengths and colors (I like having options). Mohamed always be cutting my lace to perfection! They are also military friendly & have a military discount which is great . Tell them I sent you & make sure you ask for their rewards program. They literally make me feel like family & I know they will treat you the same. You won’t be disappointed 😊

Love this store ! They have a lot of merchandise to purchase. HOWEVER, the new eyebrow lady butchered my brows. I was very displeased. I asked for a clean up and let me tell you that’s not what I got. My eye brows are so skinny and uneven ! In addition, my left brow has a chunk missing out of the beginning of it. I hate these eyebrows. I usually don’t write reviews but I had to warn costumers of her work. If you want eyebrows don’t go to her! Just pay the extra 2 bucks and go to the mall.

Ive shopped here many times, prior to the pandemic. I no longer shop here, because the employees dontwear masks. Im immunosuppression, and I asked the worker to wear a mask, and he said no. I think it shows a blatant disrespect for their customers. The website indicated that they take COVID Precautions, but they dont. Its a state madate to wear masks. No wonder region 4 had restrictions started again, since some wont follow simple rules.

They have good prices for cheap hair for a quick weave. It’s a pretty big store so they have lots of items to look for. They also sell snacks which is a plus. They offer reward points. You can gain points with each purchase. They are very helpful.

WORST HAIR I EVER BOUGHT. If your in a rush to buy hair here. Save your money and buy the hair in the plastic pack. I purchased 3 bundles of hair hanging on the racks. The ends dried out about 2 days after my install. EVEN THE WORST WEAVES WILL LAST ABOUT TWO WEEKS BUT NOT THIS HAIR😱😱😱

The owner Omar does business through our bank he is really pleasant and funny. I love that I can get my eyebrows done without having to wait at a nail salon. The prices are great and all the workers are always a big help especially in the wig department they definitely give their honest opinion on any product or brand. They are extremely helpful the staff is fantastic ( shout out to Osmar and Mohammed) they will work with me for as long as I need and they give me great advice due to the fact that I have natural hair. They are very considerate of my balance when I give it too them. Also, super consistent when it comes to updating new sales and other products.
