The staff were super nice and knowledgeable. They helped me with all my questions and concerns for my hair. I wish I could clone the Fairview Heights store and put it everywhere!

Every time I shop here, the store employees are always super friendly and very helpful. I always leave satisfied & confident about my purchase, & enjoyed the overall atmosphere in the store.

I just found out that they stopped selling my Loreal Preference Mega Blondes MB2 hair dye. I always bought a ton of stuff when buying my hair dye. I have found a competitor that sells it that other Sallys customers are flocking to as well. Now I have no reason to shop here. 🙁

Staff for the most has always been very nice and helpful

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They are also honest and can tell you if they do not know something instead of making stuff up. They will look into questions and include their peers if needed. One employee helped me set up my rewards program on my phone. The store is always clean. I have never seen holes in their displays or shelves. They have a great set up.

Ive been in here before and havent had much friendly service nor much issue but this takes the cake.I wasnt addressed, I was ignored, and I wouldve gladly waited for the one employee to finish with her customer but the point was I wasnt even asked to wait. I wasnt spoken to AT ALL, not when I came in, and not when I stood at the counter waiting for service, and three other people were asked if they were alright and helped in the meanwhile. I wasnt spoken to until I walked out, only to be told that I wouldve been helped before [I] did that. You didnt even say hi to me, I had no idea what you were going to do. Ill try to go somewhere else from now on.

Ive been in twice in the last few days as Im trying out the DIY dip nails. The employee there (I regret I didnt get her name) was so helpful and friendly. She offered great advice, definitely knew the product and reiterated the 60 day return policy. I was very pleased with my visit both times. The store is also a bit bigger than other Sallys Ive been in, so I found it easier to get around and find what I needed. The store was also tidy. I just used a few of the products she recommended to me and I am very happy so far! Thanks!

Great place for hair care products, hair coloring, Make up, skin care, nail polish and nail care, feet care, and Salon supplies. Love this place!!

I usually stop by after getting my nails done and grab a few items I need. Very clean and nice people.
