Went from 0 to 100 real quick in here. Im not complaining though. Anitera McGee made our first trip into a Sleep Number store great. They helped us and answered every question we had. So glad we made the decision to get a sleep number bed.

The sales reps were not pushy and send to enjoy explaining how the smart beds work. Im really looking forward to try my sleep number bed after they deliver it (for free)!

The delivery guys were knowledgeable, worked fast, and made sure I knew what I was doing before they left. They also followed all COVID safety measures.This is our second Sleep Number bed and we love it.

Ended up buying the bed. Lol.. our sales associate Ben was very convincing 😁. Cant wait to sleep through the night. Plus delivery will only be 2 weeks and not months like other stores. The price was amazing for what we got. Gave us every discount that he could and no interest for 2 years to boot. Yeah!!!

Recently purchased a bed from the vendor at the St. Clair Mall and received great customer. We paid nearly 9k and waited one month for delivery. Their delivery department scheduled a blocked time that fit their schedule in the afternoon to deliver. On the day of the delivery, the delivery driver called asking if they could deliver three hours early. I told them I would have to stick to the agreed upon delivery timeframe. I left work and called their delivery driver 30 mins after receiving their call and no one answered. I called multiple times during the delivery time and no one answered. I called the store where I purchased the bed and they called the delivery manager. The delivery manager called apologizing trying to reschedule. I cancelled the purchase and will buy from a different vendor. Overall, this experience was horrible and would not recommend purchasing from the St. Clair Mall.

They have very nice beds, the sales person was very friendly, easy to work with so far a good experience.

Very friendly staff. The associate that helped us took plenty of time to explain the differences between each model. It was a no pressure sale. I have been to similar places that I felt like just another number. Not this place. I highly recommend!

My purchase was handled by Ben at the Fairview Heights, IL location. He was very friendly and made the selection process fun! I had already done some research online so I had a pretty good idea what I wanted but it was nice to speak to a real live person!

Ben did a wonderful job on explaining the difference between the beds. He made the experience fun. The store was clean as well.

Very helpful. I needed a set of plugs so I could leave my matresses inflated during our move. The salesman gave me an update on the new Sleep Number Beds and told me about their referral program. He said business is picking up.

I wanted to like my purchase but I hate my sleep number bed. I would have given this store a positive review still but I cant even return my bed now because of the store associates incompetence. The bed was financed in MY NAME against MY CREDIT but they put the purchase in my boyfriends name. So now I cant even return this glorified air mattress that has given me the worst sleep of my life. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with customer service and no one seems to be able to update the purchase to my name even though it is against my credit. BUYER BEWARE!

Mark was awesome at showing someone who knew absolutely zero about Sleep Number beds. I really appreciate the time he took to explain it all to me and they have a customer for life.

Mattress felt lumpy and it was very noisy. My biggest complaint is that when I tried to return the bed they wouldn’t let me return the $2,000 frame. I was told that I would get a full refund if I didn’t like the bed. Now I’m stuck with this over priced piece of trash.

We actually worked with Matthew, the store manager, which we truly appreciated because my husband a CPA hates when sales clerks have to keep running back and forth to management to ask questions. Matthew was very knowledgeable and always able to answer my husbands sometime financially advanced questions, which impressed both of us. He was attentive and helped us to make the best selections to meet our needs, without being pushy and trying to sell us on something we didnt really need. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I bought the P6 Split King Bed. Chelsey was so helpful answering all of the questions I had about the different types of mattresses. I tried out the bed and a couple others. It felt wonderful! I can not wait to get my new bed delivered. I had my last Sleep Number for 14 years. I bought a new mattress and am sending it back for the Sleep Number!

Chelsey Funk made my shopping experience so easy. Id been looking for a Gravity blanket for months, little did I know Sleep Number carried them. Chelsey told me everything I wanted to know about the blanket and how it would benefit me. made it feel like I was shopping from the comfort of my home. She was extremely personable and easy to work with! Will be returning for sure!

The young lady that worked there was great. Very helpful. We can’t wait to receive our new bed. Only complaint is that you have to pay a $200 delivery fee when people are very capable of putting the bed together themselves.

My husband and I worked with Ben to buy our 2nd SleepIQ bed. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us (especially me)! Would definitely recommend him.

Only one person working in store when my wife and l got there on 11-29-18 at 7:30 pm. The salesman was on the phone when we entered the store and Was still on the phone when we left 30 minutes later. Those beds pretty much sell themselves. We just wanted someone to wait on us. We’ll probably buy one, just not from there. Joe Goebel

VERY HELPFUL AND FUN TO WORK WITH. THEY WASNT PUSHY AT ALL LIKE I EXPECTED . WAS DISAPPOINTMENT IN THE DELIVERY TIME BUT THAT WASNT THE FAULT OF THE SALE CLERK. THAT IS SOLELY ON DELIVERY I THINK THEY NEED TO WORK ON THAT A LOT. SHOULD NOT TAKE 2 WEEKS TO GET THE BED.
