Great service. Walked right in & was able to have device installed. Out in less than 1 hr.

Called several times and finally got an answer shortly before close. A man answered and I asked about getting an amplifier installed and he kept telling me he needs to see the car. I told him it’s a 2021 Pilot and he kept talking over me. He then said that it was almost closing time and he had other things going on. What a trash business and horrible customer service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Went in to ask about radio upgrade and guy was very rude. I asked him how much to get radio upgrade and he told me to take to dealer, followed by “I work on anything but that junk”, referring to my car.

This man blew my speakers, used horrible wiring, my radio makes a screaming sound when i start my vehicle and now doesnt want to fix what he messed up..smh DO NOT LET HIM WORK ON YOUR RADIO

Called place to schedule my car and he kept telling me I need to see your car, I told him make and model and said I need to see your car. So I drove over an hour and I pulled in and told same guy who I was and what car he looked at me and says no parts, so I left and had great success with his competition.

I was told that I would be charged $350 for my installation. Then was charged $665 and some change. He said he didnt want to install junk but over charged me for every item I purchased from him. I found the exact same items brand new for less. Even purchased some items from him still, and was then told he didnt need money like that...you do the math.

Ive bn dealing with this guy for over 20 years. His prices have always been fair and he is very knowledgeable.

Went here to get a radio installed and all my speakers were working perfectly. By the time I left his shop I couldnt hear anything through my speakers but static. He didnt even bother to trace his steps, he tried to say I need new speakers before even checking to see if he did something wrong and they were working before he even touched my vehicle. Im going tomorrow to another store to see if he did anything wrong. He really didnt care just seemed money hungry honestly.

The guy working there put in a head unit plus other materials and labor costs for only $130 and had it done in no time. Went here after audio express told me they were first come first serve, then I showed up 30 minutes before they were opened to find they were booked for the day. Definetely recommend this place for better prices and customer service!

Boldy coughed multiple times during my in store inquiry, during a pandemic.... also told me that I’d have to pay more for install since I purchased my speakers and amp online... found same equipment he sold for less

The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me troubleshoot the easiest and most cost effective way to a great system. Saved me a lot of $$$$$.

I brought a 15 inch black diamond sub from audio tech and the man tested the sub inside his store and it sounded good. But once I hooked it up in my car it would play for a few mins then it would put my amp in protect mode. I found this strange so I put my old 15 inch sub back in my car to see if my amp would go back in protect and it didnt. So that means there was something wrong with the sub I just brought from audio tech. Im very disappointed with this bc I spent over 200 dollars for a speaker that was crap..

I asked to repair a 5 years old cd player with a CD stuck. Guy said that he dont do repairs of any kinds. And he convinced me to replace the cd player with new one because problem like that might come back after repair. So, I replaced the radio with new one. Wow... the work didnt take him long. He is responsive and reliable! I strongly recommand his work and knowlege.

Extremely rude, asked him about his warranty in comparison to another store and he became belligerent. His is 30 days and I questioned its coverage.
