I called to get a rough estimate to have my vehicle tinted. Spoke with Kyle. He refused to look up the numbers for me and said its early in the morning and people are showing up for their appointments. In other words, he did not have time for my business. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Kyle may need some extra customer service training.

Wouldnt know stood there for 25 min and nobody asked if I needed anything! Even asked about prices no respond!

The workers are super friendly. I got a great deal on window tinting from Groupon. I love my newly tinted windows. I cant wait to meet them down. Make sure they know that if you have the Groupon deal, youve already paid for your tint. You only have to pay the taxes.

Luke is seriously the best!! My husband, little brother and I went in just browsing for a new radio. Ended up leaving with everything we needed for so much less than every other place we had looked. Arrived with a Groupon to get my trucks front windows tinted.  Austin, the service manager, ensured proper installation of 35% Visible Light Transmission (VLT) tint on my front windows. The result looked marvelous.  I also got the same 35% VLT tint on the top 6 of my windshield.  It also looks great.  I was so pleased I made appointments for my two other vehicles.

I cant ever get anyone to answer the phone and they try to up sale me every time i come in.

I went by there last Tuesday to have my 2 front side windows tinted darker and the person I spoke with told me just to drop it off anytime and that I didnt need to make an appointment. I go by on Saturday to drop it off and another guy tells me that I need to have an appointment and they are booked out until the 1st week of May. From what I was told before and what the other guy tells me is definitely a lack of customer service! So I took my business elsewhere and they got my truck in without any hassle of making an appointment. Id give this company a zero star if I could

Had some trouble getting the radio put in due to them thinking they had all the parts, but one ended up being broken. They handled it very well and allowed me to come back on my own time and stayed over to get it in. The manager, Luke, was amazing to work with. Will definitely be going there again.

Ive been here several times over the years and its always 5 star service. Salesman are salesman and theyre always going to want to make a sale but these guys have only ever urged me into buying things I wanted and for the price I want to spend.Adam Weber is a phenomenal rep who is never too difficult to reach if you have any concerns or questions before or after your purchase, and anytime something goes wrong they fix me up. Sometimes even for free!They also have the best tech in the area called Mace. He built me a fiber glass box to house subs and put in my jeep wranglers floor bed giving me the BEST bass and taking up NO room besides the very small hidden storage in the back. As long as these guys are there, thats where Ill go.

You would think a car stereo specialist shop would have shallow mount Subs. NOPE. Except a 13 or 15 (one or the other) for $550 ..... lol. I needed a 12, left and ordered from Ebay and received the next day for $118. I understand making a living but you shouldnt rob people to do it.

Not a place I would ever go to. I was going to get a backup camera put in my vehicle but they cant even tell me how long it will be to install. It sounds like I could drop my vehicle off in the morning and then maybe by the time they close it could be done? The indifference in the employees voice and the reviews Ive seen elsewhere tell me to run away

I recently purchased a Mazda 2020 CX-5. I wanted the front windows to match the back. I made up my mind to drive to Fairview to see if the privacy glass could be matched and of so I would book for install. Not only was I told the windows could be matched but I was asked if I wanted to get the job done today. I was shocked and happy. Needless to say I am now driving a blacked out CX5 and I love it.I truly appreciate the guys working with me today and delivering a great product.

Luke helped me set up the perfect tint for my Lexus RCF. He explained and showed the different options I could get for tint. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable of his products. I’d call this more of a 4.5 because I was helped in a professional and friendly way. I didn’t feel pressured into upgrading the tints for my windows or for getting a certain fob for my remote starter. Luke was very helpful and made me feel comfortable by giving me time to consider my options instead of rushing me to the register. And I ’m very happy with the results of the work they’ve done. I would recommend— however,My only complaint is the wait to pick the car up. My car was in with them the entire day which wasn’t all that surprising to me because when my boyfriend did business with them about a year ago for his remote starter, it also took almost the entire duration of their operating hours. . Funny enough, we had discovered through the previous car owner that the car actually had the car starter installed already lol.. we raced to get to the store in hopes that we could reverse what had been done, having doubts that we would get our money back. To our surprise, his car had JUST been looked at by this point so we got to leave with all the money we almost wasted... I guess it worked out in the end but having been told the car would’ve had to stay overnight was very upsetting.

They are friendly and knowledgeable with a good selection of audio components. My issues were they were extremely expensive and they didnt wire my new stereo properly. I get to hear this awesome buzzing/whining noise that gets louder as the rpms go up when I have the sound turned off. I would definitely take my business somewhere else next time.UPDATE: The owner contacted me and has made arrangements to fix the annoying buzzing sound and adjusted the price. Thats good business. The above & beyond Adam made happen is that on Friday at 4pm the dash kit that was needed was in Texas he got ot overnighted with help from his regional manager so the car could be finished before the end of day Saturday. Turned my car in to have the speakers replaced at 11am per my appointment. I was told when I made the appointment that it might take a few hours but should be done no later than 4pm. I was also told when I made the appointment that I was the first person on the books. I did some errands around the area as I live a fair drive away. Tried calling 3x to get an ETA on completion the phone was never answered. At 3pm I drove back to the store and saw that the car hadnt been moved. I had to search out an employee (several other customers were also waiting and hadnt seen anyone since they arrived) and was told, with unprofessional attitude, that they hadn’t gotten to it yet because they had a problem car they were working on. The employee also told me they had said it would be ready by 6pm, which was not true. No courtesy call or apology for the delay. I got my keys back and left and will be sure to send anyone that needs car audio anywhere else but to Custom Sounds.

Went to get a stereo for an older truck around 2:30 today. Adam seemed to be the only one working. He was working very hard to answer the phone and help customers so we waited patiently. When it was our turn we asked where his help was and he said everyone had went to lunch at Hooters. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He suggested we come back around 4:00, we agreed. Got back around 3:45 and waited there assuming it would be a few hrs. Other customers were also waiting. At 6:45 they were finally done. Of course they close at 7:00. So we are driving home and I notice there are 2 lights on, 1 the abs and the other the parking brake. These lights were not on when we took the truck in. So we tried calling when we get home, no answer. Going to call them when they open today to try and figure out what they did to make these lights come on. You definitely dropped the ball on this one. They also told us when we were paying our bill that one of the speakers wasnt working. Seems like they should have mentioned it while working on the truck not while we were paying the bill. Guess they didnt want to sell any speakers today and install them and just wanted to go home. But the radio is nice. And good service from Adam. Thanks Adam.
