They were out of almost all donuts except the glazed. Four of the donuts on the menu displayed in the drive through are not even being made any longer. And we waited in line 20 min before getting to the drive through speaker to even place an order. I will not be in any hurry to return to this place.

Terrible drive thru set up, goes out into the road. Has no system for delivery drivers and waiting in the drive thru takes 20-30 minutes. If they dont get this fixed will not be picking orders up from here again.Oh and the donuts were ice cold.

Went to go get doughnuts for my kids birthday breakfast and they werent open. Online and store itself said they were open and there were no postings. When I called to ask when they would open, they couldnt even tell me what time they thought they would open today!

Krispy Kreme is one of my favorite places to go to. You can get a dozen of glaze donuts for $11.00. Its worth it. They have different varieties of donuts for the whole family and cold milk to wash them down. Great customer service.

Love the doughnuts but the staff sometimes seem moody. The drive thru is 24hrs but my daughter and i drove 45 min at 10pm to get doughnuts she was craving and no one was there. Drive thru lights on but no one was working. Other cars behind us as well. No note saying closed or anything. Very disappointed

We have been there several times in drive thru and have been talked to so rudely, never a smile or thank you..we went today and the special was suppose to be 2 free donuts if you provide proof of being vaccinated for Covid and when we approached the speaker and asked if the free donuts were still a thing, the girl never responded for a few minutes then she finally yelled out ...come to the window, then ahe acted like we did something wrong and just handed out a small sack with a very squished donut in it...how much more rude can you treat the public til we stop going there and not patrinize this place anymore.

Well I got 4 chocolate iced filled donuts that had no filling. A lemon that had very little filling. The other ones were just glazed. They were very good.

Kiera(the beautiful lady helping at the counter) was very kind and smiled the whole time. She was very helpful with finding the perfect donut for me and my family and gave us a helpful tip(they taste better warmed up). Wished me a happy birthday and was very patient and considerate. Will definatly be visiting again!! Yummm!

I used to love this place. It is still great for the plain glazed. BUT they changed the filled donuts to tiny squares...same price...not cool! I have been disappointed with the donuts the last couple of times. Im guess I will be able to stick to my diet, because I wont be going here anymore!

The line was fantastic, and the guest service was optimal. It was clean, fast, and friendly. Going in at the end of the day, this was a wonderful time to go.

The line was wrapped around the entire building so Im assuming we would get fresh donuts. They didnt have to be hot and fresh. We drive down the street and open the box for the kids and these were the oldest, ashiest, hardest Krispy Kremes I ever had. I been there a couple of other times and this location isnt up to par. I could have just went to the grocery store to buy the 1-2 day old donuts that they sell. Just go to Dunkin donuts, its the next block over.

Went through drive through today and the cashier handled my cash and used the same unsanitary gloves to grab my donuts. This is disgusting as we know money is filthy, but in the height of COVID.Once I notified her that I didn’t want the unsanitary donuts, she simply put them back on the rack, changed her gloves and gave me new ones.Makes me wonder what other disgusting practices this place has!!!

And if it is open, don’t expect to be greeted with politeness. It took forever becase of one car. That wasnt the workers fault, but the donuts didnt taste fresh. The blueberry cake donut actually tasted a day old & it had an after taste of old grease. Even the jelly wasnt fresh. Very disappointing.

Home of the best chain glaze donut. I love those things, especially when you can get a hot, fresh one right out of the fryer. If you arrive when the hot donuts sign is lit, you will get a free one when you walk in the store. Their assorted donuts are good too. Sometimes better than good, they mix up the lineup of the assorted with seasonal specials. The snowman and santa specials were cute and delicious. Not as good as some of our local bakeries but very good non the less.

The donuts were great, but we asked for a vanilla iced coffee and they literally just poured regular black pot coffee over a cup of ice cubes. You could see the separation of melted ice and coffee at the bottom of the cup and it tasted horrible and burnt.

Donuts do not meet the standard of traditional KK. They are doughy even when hot. Whoever manages the mix is doing something wrong!!!

Williamstown my favorite donut place, nothing Ive ever had beats the classic praise donut. But whenever they have some sort of holiday special I love picking up some fancy donuts for the kids. Right now theyve got the deal to get a dozen donuts for a dollar. Just a great way to make friends!

Make sure they give you the right donuts. Dont assume the workers know how to read the names of their own products. Always make sure they put the right item in the box.

Krispy Kreme at the Fairview Heights location was on point! I ordered 3 custard filled doughnuts and 2 caramel lattes and one pumpkin spice latte. My husband does not usually like anything associated with coffee but he loved his caramel latte! I had the pumpkin spice latte. It was divine! In my opinion, it was a trillion times better than the ones at Starbucks and I love me some Starbucks! My son enjoyed the other caramel latte. The doughnuts were fresh and tasty. The staff were awesome!

I am leaving this review more for Krispy Kreme company online team. The buy dozen get another dozen for 1 dollar deal that is shown online allows user to place order as shown right next to the deal. This is confusing for online user as it makes the customer think they are going to get the deal. I get it there is fine print which covers company that online orders but not excited how I had bunch of kids excited to see eat a lot of donuts and ended up eating just one.

When they come out with a new donut as an Awards member you get invited to a free event to taste test their new doughnut. Free always sounds good. But its yummiest when its a free doughnut & coffee. Awful drive thru that allows people to cut mid line. 50 minute wait time for my online order that they were unaware they even had. The donuts handed to me felt refrigerated. And to top it off they messed up our order.

The return was better, what happened to what seemed like right out the grease donuts 🍩..

They staff is very rude, slams the windows and when you ask for any other items or to add a item at the window they catch an attitude like how rude! & they are absolutely discussing always have mask barely covering noses or wear gloves . Makes me sick!

The service was excellent and the people are great the halloween doughnuts are very good and tasty.

It was horrible. We called before we made the drive.. Machine said they were open until 9pm. So does the website. They had closed and put a sign that said they might be open tonight. We were there at 6. Waited at drive thru for awhile.. then Manager came to window and would not sell donuts to us and we could see them done on the racks Behind him. He wasnt sure when they would be open. We drove 2 hrs to get some. We live by Litchfield Illinois. Came home. If nothing else change the message on the phone when having issues and the webpage 😡😡😡..it is called courtesy.
