Fairly good Circle K located not too far off the highway. Convenience store had a fair selection of snacks/drinks.

This use to be a go to location for me when I drove up to Fairview Heights but it has went downhill over the years. The inside seems cluttered consistently and the drink coolers are always slim to none for choices. Fountain machines have been down more than functioning last few times I have went. The place is no longer very clean either. The bathrooms are horrible and one doesnt even lock so they have a sign that says door does not lock, please nock before entering.not sure if under new management or what but not the same circle K I use to visit and think I will be going down the way to another location now.

This Circle K has the rudest and unprofessional cashier I have ever encountered,treated me nasty,snatched my money out of my hand threw me a pen when I ask for one.I dont think I did anything to hher to get that kind of service. She had rd braids in her hair didnt see hher name tag.just down right mean to me.she would get a negative star rating if I could give it.

This morning I called to get price on cigarettes, « IT » rudely told me they don’t give out prices and hung up on me ( I’m ok with them not giving out prices) but not ok being rudely hung up on! So I called another local Circle K and they politely told me. Mind you the first place I called I have been going to for years even though it’s dirty ALL the time, employees are ALWAYS on their cell phones, trash is ALWAYS everywhere !! So already ticked off I decided to pay in coins. I go into the store and I soon as I place my order « IT » knew right away who I was due to my earlier phone call, she automatically had an attitude. « IT » rang me up and I pulled out my coins (rolled coins) politely asked « IT » if I needed to count out, « IT » said well I have too, not giving a yes or no answer. So I proceeded to count out coins on the counter for « IT », I look up and « IT » is rolling eyes, shaking heading, you know how they do and I ask if there is a problem. « IT » says « IT » ask me not to count on the counter like that, which « IT » did not, so I ask for manager. Explain situation, manager just as rude says they won’t lose any business over the situation and treats me like trash. I surely hope they don’t treat all their returning customers like this. I will NEVER return to this store again and will make a formal complaint to their corporate office!!! PLEASE RETURNING CUSTOMERS PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS!!!!

My only real complaint is that the parking lot is pretty cramped. I fear bringing my truck here because of how little room there is to move around. Not really anything that could do to fix it because of whats available land wise but I try not to stop with this gas station because of that

Its 12:07 and the doors are locked. And workers are in the store, I guess they only sell gas after a certain time, o well on my way to another open place.

This is a decent gas station. It has a variety of drinks and food to choose from. The more I got there, the more I realize that their hot food is delicious. I recommend the jalapeno sausage roll. Its only available during breakfast time, but its great.

The pumps didnt take credit cards, inside the attendant said they would not take cards from outside the zip code then wanted to hold onto card.Location good, easy in and out. Lousy pumps.
