Well when there is nothing stocked up what can you say..EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TO ORDER...NOT GOOD and I bought a $52 dollar used ps4 controller and it doesnt work

Just go to literally any other GameStop. I was told that there was a launch at this store for a game I pre-ordered the collectors edition for. Launch rolls around and I go to the store, only to be told this store wasnt selected for launch and they knew weeks in advance. So I now completely miss out on the games launch and have to wait till 10am the next day. This also the same associate who deleted all of my saves on my Nintendo Switch without asking me. Save yourself the headache and go to another store.

Game stop is hilarious. The young ladies at the counter was great.

Busy. Nothing in stock. Stood in line for 20 minutes to get a controller only to be told they were out of stock.

Harold and the other employees there are honestly awesome. Very helpful and friendly. I have been going there for years, I highly recommend this spot.

The cashier was very helpful she was also patient with me and my son. We could not find his rewards card or account info. and we forgot his old telphone that the reward card was under. She tried everything to find the reward account. Finally we just bought another card.

Nice staff and we found what we needed. The sales floor is way TOO crowded with products. It was hard to maneuver and there werent a lot of customers in there. I cant imagine what would happen in an emergency.

The days when I used to practically live in a GameStop are a thing of the past ..and thats a good thing . While I try to support brick and mortar stores digital copies of video games have just become the norm . But wanting to beef up my switch library I went in today to pick up a few pre-owned tittles selection price etc yeah not great but I found a couple titles and went to counter ...while waiting for the cashier to return to counter I heard both employees tell customers out right lies to induce purchases was told twice to mind my buissness ( once explaing no if it says vr header required your grand son does need the headset while pointing it out on box ) and another for a unrelated conversation with a fellow customer ..then a barely heard but registered remark about my sons mannerisms ( had I heard it this would have set off the temper I work on everyday and had no choke down the whole visit ) so I get to check out i ask some questions Im told an answer then when I decide maybe this isnt what I want told the exact opposite my further questions where ignited having to ask multiple times each and to little or no answer even asking for a recomendstiin ..and by the time I realised I was rang up ..for the titles i brought up still deciding ..and after a few more sing and danced and him repeatedly asking for payment over my concerns I slid my card right back in its spot looked into my wallet paused said ooh I left my cash at home Ill be right back and went to the evil bigbox store and bought 2 new games ..will never walk into this GameStop again and any trips to the stores will be for Funko runs ( and that wont be physically me ) done the only reason for the stars so high is i did see some choice e3 pops and a CPL Grails ..foiling the grandparents missbuy and sweetest justice realising the abrasive one I the kid of a very old friend ( so Yeo I called both his father and uncle )

We always have great friendly and helpful service when we go in. The employees are always so helpful and pleasant. If they dont have what ypu are looking for they always help find somewhere that does.

They dont pay enough for used games

I drive 20 minutes out of the way just to come to this store. And I live right next to another Gamestop. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable.They will be getting my business for years to come!

Super small and need a better selection

Older black guy with the glasses Harold i believe needs to get a different job he has zero knowledge zero personality and is beyond rude. He made me feel like he had something better to do ignored my questions just clerked me and walked away . I always went to game stop for my new release games but im going to go some where elese. Funny thing i was talking to my neighbor about this guy and he knew exactly who i was talking about from his own dealings in the past and thats why he wont shop there now.

This store doesnt match the prices online. I saw an item within the store but was marked as not in stock online, so i went and ask the manager was lazy and clearly didnt give a care in the world for his customers and was shrugging me off our conversation. Go to the ofallon place, smaller but matches online prices. The staffs were nice though.

People here were fun to talk to, really enjoys it you can tell.

Sells defective pre-owned merchandise and then when I go in very politely and try to get a store credit or exchange Harold was rude and didnt even attempt to help in any way. I would not recommend going there for any pre-owned items.

Nothing wrong with the location or people, its just what you would expect...but cmon Gamestop, its time to price match! It wouldnt be a problem if Gamestop prices were the lowest, but you can often get a brand new copy of a game for less than a Gamestop used copy of the same game. Hoping yall dont become an Amazon showroom, but its looking this way.
