Everything was beautiful they was restocking the sheriff got there just in time to find me some starch to iron my clothes with but they only had three cans left on the Shelf so hopefully theyll be putting some more starch out because I have went to four stores and could not find any and they did have it so that was a blessing

I was able to find everything I needed. Store was not crowded. Some people in mask, some not. Staff were wearing mask. Store was clean. Plenty of staff stocking.

Manager charged for extra items & when told about it she tried to refuse me a refund. So i made her called her boss and boom problem solved. Dont play with me 😌 all my loose dollars go to my children lil girl.

That Dollar tree store had everything I needed they were the only ones that had melatonin and everybody was very friendly Ill come back

There are 2 dollar trees in fairview heights. This one is by Chuck e cheese. The other one is by best buy. This used to be the nice dollar tree and the one by best buy always had half the store with empty shelves. Now the tables have turned, the location near best buy is usually well stocked and the last 10 or so times Ive been to this location, the aisles are littered with boxes of product to be stocked and shelves are sparse. A real dump, drive to the other one if you have an extra 2 minutes

The store was an absolute mess. Shelves empty everywhere. Nothing much for the crafters square...didnt even have wreath forms. There was no zoning done of the shelves. Absolute joke. The cashier was friendly...so theres that.

Theres a lot of things that i purchased it was more than i was looking for i really enjoyed the shipping there

I think this store is really good for last minute ideas for holidays. They have a variety for school projects. And for years going here for kids gloves, they are soft and affordable, because my granddaughter always loses one, so it is affordable and easily replaced. This place sells out of things pretty fast so ask for what you need.

Dollar Tree has everything you can imagine there from food, household, car and much more at reasonable prices.

Could have more in stock. Always a wait and hardly no cashiers working at this location.

Incompetent manager. It took us 10 minutes to get through the checkout. She wouldnt accept a skinny pop coupon that was a dollar off any kind because it doesnt look like the picture. We had the kettle corn sweet and salty flavor. It said any kind on the coupon but she wouldnt take it.

They have a great selection of reading books for adults and children. I was able to find three New York Times best seller books My sunshine Away by MO Walsh. Tiny little things by by Beatriz Williams, and That part was true by Deborah McKinley,

Great store

They have good stuff for the price but, their customer service is very lacking. Today when I was there at 4 PM, there were more than 5 people in line, and only one register open. Then, when they did open another register, I was told that I was NOT allowed to get checked out right away. Apparently, someone who was the next in line, and had way more items than I, was taken first. They had been waiting for someone else to come back inside. I had already been waiting in line for over 3 minutes. That cashier was almost finished with the person in front of them. To top it all off, after the next person got to the register, I was then told to go to the next line because, that individual was going to take longer. Really horrible customer service. I happen to have nerve damage in my left shoulder, and due to having to hold on to a heavy basket for so long, it caused my nerve problem to act up. It is anxious that management is only hiring rejects from all other retail jobs.

Watch your coins here ppl. Purchased $6.11 worth of stuff. I give her $10. She gives me $3.56 in change. I ask why she gave me 56 cents and not 89 cents and she matter of factly responds, thats what the machine told me. Then proceeds to take the next customer without trying to correct the mistake Really???? Shady response. Either she doesnt know how to count coins, the register is rigged or something else...

This store is a wreck, boxes everywhere & empty shelves. This is unfortunately the only crafters corner location close to me and its very disappointing. I dont even know why I waste my time coming here.

This store located in Fairview Heights used to be Deals and was kept up so nicely. So messy now a days. My 6 year old son even complained.

This Dollar Tree is in need of some repair, and the area is okay, but the selection is the best in the area, as long as you come after it gets stocked.

Store and cards pretty organized. Didnt see any staff around to ask! Customer and staff rushed due to a 12 + inch snow coming in!

Havent been in a Dollar Tree in a long time. Found a lot of really good buys not to mention got everything on my shopping list.

Normally my trips to this store are great but one time I went there and bought a box of skittles, after I got home however I noticed that the box had already been open and nothing was in the box.

They have many good stuff for low price, people are very helpful and kind! Very good store!😄😄
