I went in here. Very Unprofessional. They were so rude. They were being rude when you asked them questions and then would god stand around talking about customers for no reason. They act like nobody could ask them anything. I don’t like that when I spend my hard earned money. They hat completely not the way I wanted. I had to go take because of the no return. Like I i have names and they need to fired immediately because there was plenty of people saying that they will never shop here again if they still work there. I planned on getting 2 hats but just got one because I just didn’t feel my money should be spent in this store. John who unfortunately I didn’t get to help me was the only person actually willing to work for customers. The other person standing around talking about customers and the way they wanted there product deserve to go to hell. Byron needs to be fired his attitude makes you not even want to go in there and his friends the person who stitches the hats was rude around him but ok at the end but he needs to go to. Byron also just horrible all around I was about to take my money and go. I f you heard his comments you would feel the same way I feel right now. My hat is messed up I am absolutely disappointed. I didn’t get my hat put in a box like it is supposed to be in. They barley wanted to hand out bags for crying out loud. This store needs 0 stars.
Ive been a loyal customer for over 16yrs and I went to Lids in the St. Claire Square, trying to get my decease baby stitched on my hat and the ruled cashier told he wasnt stitching any thing because he was close and clearly they are open til 7pm and I was in there at 5:45. Thats just bad customer service and business

I bought a Blues Stanley Cup hat the day prior, I found out my friend got me the same one I went to return it and was told no we cant its a hot ticket item and refused to attempt to process a return.

I called from the mall to confirm their hours. I was told they close at 8pm. When I arrived at 7:45pm, the cashier had the gate down and was frantically shutting down the cash register. This seems to be a complaint by other reviewers.
