We had a great experience at the Rally House on Saturday! A young man who’s name I believe was Ben was incredibly helpful. He was a very kind young man and knew so much about the teams in the store. Ashley was was also a very kind young woman. Amazing staff and great product!

The merchandise in this store is very well displayed and care is taken to keep sizes, styles etc. together for easy access. Natalie and Ashley provided great customer service on my visit!

Nice sports store to get all your Cleveland Sports shirts, hats, and other nick nacks. Lots of stuff. Cavs, Indians, Browns, and Buckeyes. +more.

Very clean and organized with a huge selection with everything from pendants, clothing, glassware, accessories, and much more. They had all the major professional teams in Ohio, and a good selection for smaller local colleges. Prices werent outrageous, but you will pay up a bit. We will absolutely shop there again!

HUGE selection of local sports items- in way more ways than you can think of! Want a Cavs bathroom- they have the items needed for that!! Indians car stuff- they have it all! Definitely head here for all your local team needs!

This is the place to go for official merchandise. You can probably get cheaper if you get Chinese knock-offs online, but this is the place for just about any official merchandise. Any Ohio State, Browns, Indians, or Cavs fan can find something here to wear. They also have stuff from some of the smaller local colleges as well.

All pro and semi-pro teams from around Ohio are represented here. All types of souvenirs and booster products are in stock. If there is anything you can think of and need, this is the place.

Quality, variety, and selection are the main 3 things that stick out about this retailer. Incredible clothing and collectables for sports teams, schools, and Cleveland gear.

Purchased a youth Browns hoodie sweatshirt for $38.00. As I removed the price tag, the price under it was $29.99! What a rip off. I hate pricing games like this. I will return and you lost a customer. And yes, all my friends will hear about this.

My husband and I had a very unfortunate experience in the Rally House yesterday evening. It was our first time in and we just happened to see the store from the corner of our eye driving by. Decided to stop in, we love the CAVS. Upon entering we were greeted with a cheerful welcome and told about the layout of the store by a female. As we explored our way back to the Cavs gear section, I began to feel an uncomfortable vibe and shortly noticed a man employee specifically checking us out as he conveniently straightened the same stack of hats for just a moment or two too long to confirm my uncomfortable feelings. It was obvious we were being profiled. I told my husband this store doesnt deserve our money if it is going to be this way. He knew exactly what I was referring to, as we jointly looked at the guy following us very closely (still arranging the same hats). He did manage to ask us if he could help us find anything on our way out the door. No thank you sir and we wont be back. I have decided that stores which do this to me and my husband will no longer receive us as customers. If I dont see store clerks following around every couple in the store than it is obvious that you picked us out for a reason and that reason was our skin color (brown), age (30s), or some other stereotype that drew you to stalk us. Our household makes over 6 figures (I know it doesnt look like it) and would have loved to continue exploring this store to purchase Cavs items that we could enjoy for years to come. Please provide your employees with better customer service training, along with lost prevention measures that arent so obviously discriminatory. You could have won a customer for life.

They have a lot of pro and local college stuff.

I have degrees from both Wright State and Cleveland State. I see lots of Cleveland State gear which seems natural. What disappoints me is see lots of gear for University of Dayton which is just across town from Wright State but they dont carry Wright State gear.
