My hair has always been thin/fine but it is starting to thin more as Im getting older and from damage due to color and processing. So I decided so try out extensions. I have never tried before so I know nothing about any of that. I was a little embarrassed and shy when I went into the store, but immediately felt relieved when I was greeted by a very nice and helpful woman (which I believe is the owner)She was very helpful and friendly. I also felt no judgment at all. The products are very nice and prices are also extremely reasonable. I have since been back twice and plan on returning a third time very soon!I just want to say thank you to the woman that helped me get some of my confidence back and no one can even tell when I have the extentions in. We need to support small businesses like this in our community!I would highly recommend Koahs Beauty Supply to everyone!!

I love this place she’s so nice and gorgeous, her eyes are very beautiful😌. She let me get hair for free because school is starting and I wanted my hair done, but didn’t have the money. I was planning on buying one pack of hair to do a bun and go to school with it, but she offered to let me get a pack of hair to do braids instead and I am honestly so grateful for this. She made my day since I was stressing about how ima get my hair done and it’s a relief that I’m not stressing over it anymore🥰. May God Bless Her Soul.❤️🥰

Honestly, I’m torn with this review. The times i did purchase products the customer service was great. For the last several months since February, every time i went they were not open when the hours say they should be open. I have had to travel to Boston numerous times or order on Amazon for products. I went in there for the first time to buy my first wig I had no clue on how to buy a wig how to wear them or anything to do with wigs, I walked in and the lady that was there was very nice she helped me pick a wig explained how to take care of it how to put it on basically everything a first timer needs to know. when I first walked in there I felt very Uncomfortable and embarrassed, she made me feel good about my self and comfortable. I will definitely be going back and purchasing all my wig needs there . I give this place and the person working there a 10 out of 10

Just needs more up to date style wigs and some normal looking ones with better quality. The service is really nice and the extensions for braiding and other styles are good prices and good quality.

The first time in the store I had an idea of what I wanted but didn’t know exactly what I needed, or what would work for me. The woman in there was very sweet and honest! She helped me with what I needed and wanted and told me what would work best for me. I will be going back again! Called about an issue I had with some hair and the sales woman was Extremely rude!!I purchased the Isis braiding hair here which was already more expensive than a normal jumbo back (about 2.50) but I live close by so it was a quick purchase. My stylist hated how it felt immediately- said it was plastic like. She has done my hair Many times before and has a respected salon, never had any issues. This Isis hair started unraveling the very next day.I called Koahs to see if they had any other brand so that when I came in I would know what my other options were. She immediately blamed the stylist, said braiding is a skill and that shes never had a complaint about the hair before.... when I got frustrated she started trying to yell at Me and eventually I just hung up.Overpriced, low quality hair and Rude service. I will dive a half hour to the next store before I buy from this one again

Hands down the best wig shop around they are amazing I was diagnosed with alopecia and lost my hair and went into the wig shop not knowing anything about wigs and the next thing you know a few months later Im buying a wig every other week and Im trying new Styles new colors and they just boosted my self-esteem 100% they are absolutely amazing they are so helpful so nice and I must say I wouldnt go anywhere else.. highly recommended

Koahs is a nice little beauty supply shop that my family in I shop at my wife put me on too this place maybe a year ago and she loves this place we come here maybe twice a week I only come along cause they got my waves on spin lol but other then that it’s a great spot to shop and customer service is great.

ME and MY wife went to this Beauty Supply the young lady was so InTune with us from a guy stand point of view she really surprised me on how much she knows about human hair and what you can do with it and even taught my wife a few things that she never knew the lady was awesome and knew how to multitask with customers cuz while she was dealing with us she was dealing with three other customers as well that was very impressive so on that note my wife got her human hair products for human hair and as well a lovely lace front wig I didnt even know what a lace front was
