Great place for SAME DAY iPhone screen repairs, I got my iPhone 12 screen replaced in 15 minutes. Couldn’t be happier, even purchased a screen protector for only ten bucks!

Awful! Awful! Awful! I speak to somebody over the phone and they tell me I can come and pick up a wifi box whenever I would like (apparently there’s a thing going on where there’s free Wi-Fi for six months) I go to pick up the box- I wait in the store for 5/10 minutes while the gentleman behind the desk types one key at a time my information and then finally says “My boss is using the app someplace else so it’s gonna be a while.” He said his boss told him to give him five minutes so I said fine I’d wait. Well, no word 10 minutes later I’m still sitting there so I ask if he knows how much longer it’s gonna be be-he has me back my ID and says it’s not like one of those things where you can just walk in and grab a box and I said well that’s awfully funny because that’s exactly what I was told. Clearly they don’t care about customer relations, professionalism, good business ethic, or respecting peoples time. I will never come back to that store again!
