Amazing experience! Representative Serena made my experience enjoyable. While not only being very knowledgeable, provided me with assistance with the technological aspects of my new phone. Additionally, although not working directly with me, co worker, Tynisha also provided amazing customer service! Both of them incredibly out of this world! Like no other. Get them both a raise!!!

I rarely write reviews, but these guys deserve the attention. Over the past 2 months, Ive visited this store about 6 times. These visits were regarding a phone upgrade, a Phone case purchase, my online Apple Watch order being delayed, delayed a second time, and then cancelled altogether. 5 of the 6 times, AT&T rep. Mike was there to assist me. The service here has been incredible, especially compared to my experiences speaking to phone-representatives multiple times since Mid-August. Theyre always pleasant, always happy to help and always trying to make things easier for me and my family. Ultimately, they were able to do what AT&Ts phone-representatives couldnt - and they were able to upgrade my phone from an 11 to 13 Pro, and still get me my recently cancelled Apple Watch which was free (sales tax only) as part of their August BOGO Offer on smart watches. A special shout-out to Mike, whom I dealt with primarily - and another shoutout to the Stores Manager, whos name I cannot recall, and Asst. Manager, Austin.I recommend these guys to you whether or not you already have AT&T as your provider, and plan on coming back for any of my future needs.

Everyone was super helpful! We went in for a new phone and upgraded to a new plan which saved us money 🙏 Serena and Andy were great! Oh and we signed up for Direct TV streaming service which again saved us money… win win!

I received a satisfaction survey from ATT by text. I did not read carefully enough, and answered with a 1. thinking this was the best. It is actually the worst. 5 was the best, and that is what I intended. I feel badly about that error because I received exceptionally good service. The Team at this location is awesome! I walked in and was greeted right away. I had a large business account that needed upgrades. Everyone worked together to make sure I had all the phones and equipment needed. The great customer service didn’t end that day. Recently stopped into the Fall River AT&T store to add the personal hotspot capability on to my account. I left with the new AT&T TV service that is saving me significant money over my existing provider. I was also made aware of great deals available for my iphones that qualify for upgrades. The salesperson Rachel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She did a complete review of my account while I was there and let me know what options I had for adding and or changing on my account. No pressure, just great customer service. Obviously this is a well managed professional store thats worth the time to stop by.

UPDATE: SHADY Rachel bribed us to write a good review for her on googled while we were standing at the register cashing out. Claiming she would “WAIVE FEES” for upgrading. After a few trips back & forth trying to get what was promised & to also remove the “next up” $5 monthly fee we were never informed of or even gave permission to add on my account. I was then told to call the next day that she would speak to her supervisor to figure it out for us. Only to learn that she is no longer working there lol… are you kidding me?? What a joke!!Thank you Lucas for helping me & fixing the mess Rachel created!!

I came in to the AT&T store on a business visit I was greeted by Nate and Rachel they were 100% superb and experience and knowledgeable at what they do. I came into the store yesterday to figure out my account Rachel looked over my account I came in today she told me everything that would make my account savings in life so much better the moral of the story is I was able to pay off my bill pay off my phone get a new phone several accessories and att tv. They were very professional they had nothing but patients they were very persistent and they were able to multitask and resolve real time issues right away if I didn’t live so far away this would be my number one store thank you again.

Had a 6:30 appointment. Walked in at 6:25, store is busy. No worries, we wouldn’t mind the wait... except there was no acknowledgement of us walking in at all by either rep. Okay we proceed to stand by the door for 10 minutes, so I grab a chair myself and sit down because I’ve just had surgery so it hurts to stand a while. Another 5 minutes go by and still no acknowledgement or even a polite smile from reps. She just walk over to the person waiting before us without trying to communicate anything to us.What’s the point of appointments if there’s no priority or sense of urgency?Would it kill to greet your customers? Whom by the way we’re looking to pay off our phones which would’ve been a nice $640 sale for you.And lastly, recognize were there and ask us to wait politely?We have been customers for over 10 years, gold plus tier status and guess what?
