Staff is not as friendly here as most other establishments. Bathrooms are always clean and all pumps are always functioning. This one is right off the highway which makes it easy to get to.

So now you have to have an American passport or drivers license to get a cigarette?! My husband is waiting on his immigration paperwork, how is he gonna have his license or American passport if he literally is waiting for his case to be done, and what if someone else wanted to buy a cigarette and only had their passport from wherever they are from your gonna discriminate them too ?! Honestly this is so disgusting how they treated my husband, well they just lost a customer!!

In my opinion best Cumberland Farms overall that I have been in. Help very helpful, prices little high on fuel. They have convenient air and vacuum area. Great fresh baked goods. Order meal packages at computer screen pay at register then your number is called. Amazingly good hits the spot. Plenty of parking well lit, open 24/7 every day. Great selection of snacks with free coffee packages. Super selection of beverages such as all types of coffee, iced sodas, and specialty beverages. Plus 99 cent coffees. Would of gotten 5 stars but held back due to gas prices.

A woman came into a Fall River store after getting gas, claims she forgot her mask, and was allowed to stay instead of bring made to go back and get her mask. I asked the clerk if she had anything to wipe the counter, I was only trying to make a point, the answer was NO. After a Westport store being closed because someone tested positive for Corona, she should have been more careful. I will not use that store again.

The staff at this location is super friendly and helpful. Im looking forward to reaching a regular status so they can say morning christina, like they do to Bill and Jimmy.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and when I bit into one there was a hair inside pulled it out of my mouth it was disgusting. Then I have my boyfriend call and the lady who answered had such a bad attitude didn’t even apologize for it and hung up on him within 30 seconds of the phone call. Not only was the food disgusting but so are the employees.

Horrible service theres always 3-4 people behind the counter an only one at a register an the line is always out the door hire people that want to work getting gas an a drink shouldn’t take 10 minutes

My own fault for getting gas station food but ordered recently and it took forever to actually get my food. Had to wait for a different employee to come from back and go outside and do something before coming back in and making my order. My own fault really for getting gas station food at night.

I came in on Father’s Day (and most every day as I live close by and it’s convenient) but the staff is so under trained and disrespectful. I bought a few things and got 15 on gas. I went out to pump my gas and the pump wasn’t prepaid like normal l. I went in and out of the store twice to inform them and they said they were fixing it. Then one of the cashiers came out and told me and another customer to ha g up the pumps because I figured they mixed up our transactions. Then I went in again and they said I didn’t pay for my gas! To add insult to injury they refused to refund me the $15 for gas which the other customer must have pumped by accident. There were 2 cashiers that were disrespectful and literally name calling me like 2 year olds. Ones name was Jazzy and the other I only know as (Cashier 111) as the receipt says. Cashier 111 also cussed out and tried was saying “What to do you want to go” to a customer in front of me who claimed he had gotten. The wrong change. Time to fire these 2 cashiers and hire competent employees.My order wasReceipt #3576374I will be calling corporate today hoping to get my refund. But as a store and image this was just shameful and inappropriate. So much so that I went out of my way to write this review. Check your cameras and see the aggressive and confrontational behavior of your employees

As a regular customer, I was very disappointed and shocked in the way they treated my mother. The cashier in the front who said that she wasnt in the mood was very disrespectful and so was her manager who claimed that my mother was yelling...(she had a reasonable tone) and didnt not listen to her side of the story at all... You guys just lost loyal customers.

Ive never had an issue here. I was a daily lunch and dinner guy until I cut costs. That said now the only time i go is late on Sunday nights to visit one of the employees whos always happy to see me. Ive been to many MANY Cumbys but this is one of only two where I walk in and get a Hey! Howve you been as a regular...assuming that person is working, of course.

Tried their new turkey sausage breakfast sandwich for $1.79. Ive never seen a meat product that small and thin! My pet goldfish wouldnt even have been full off of it! The bargain turns out to be a rip off.

Great food and coffee, customer service is almost non existent at night however they do have some awesome employees parking is questionable at times but its the best 24 hour cumbies in the area for sure

I got FOOD POISONED after eating slices of their cheese pizza. The pizza wasn’t cook well enough but I trusted them, assuming they were knowing how to cook pizzas as they were selling some. Plus, it was hot which made me think the pizza was ok after all. Well I spent today morning crying in pain and when I finally vomit, it was all the pizza. Don’t eat over there, the place is really nice but I strongly believe employees are not all qualified to deal with food.

Today between 12 noon and 1pm My husband went to buy a cigarette case in what he said in Spanish and his friend translated it into English.How normal, they ask for identification.My husband went to get his ID in the car and handed it to the cashiers. The women cashiers began to see the identification began to say that the idetification is false and that they will stop using another persons identification. my husband is a resident of the United States of America and she discriminated against him for speaking. My husband is from El Salvador he is a resident of the United States and his identification is real.

Great location with lots of food options and nice staff, parking can be difficult at times

You cant beat their gas prices, they have cheap eating options, and coffee is good. The service inside my local one is good, and I can find a 24 hour store anytime I need gas.

A typical post-remodel Cumbys with all the fixins. Well stocked, large drink bar, full-service kitchen, the works.I dont know why, but the fries are absolutely fantastic, I get them every time I go in. Also, being part of their SmartPay program is really convenient and you tend to get a lot of freebies.My only complaint is that theyre always busy and dont seem to have enough staff to accommodate it. The parking lot and pumps are often crammed full, and because its a prime stop for the local truckers, theres always several garbage trucks and/or semis clogging the parking lot and road out front. During lunch hour, the store chock full of customers, yet they never seem to have more than one cashier available. If were lucky, sometimes two.All in all, a good place to get lunch or coffee, but expect crowds and a line at the register.

Convenient, but could use better employees at night. Will be going else where.

Forget getting gas here. Everyone parks at the pump locks their doors and you dont see them for 20-40 minutes. Or pumps and plays on their phone eat lunch at the pump. Tryed many times worst gas station/locals ever.
